Perfect location! Everything we needed all in one spot. We will definitely be back.

We were surprised by how well the property was stocked. Check in was seamless and Anna communicated with us every step of the way. We couldn’t have been happier and will look to stay here on our next trip to Manasota Key.

This condo is perfectly located! Within walking distance to restaurants, beach, bay, and morning beach yoga. The condo was clean and well appointed. The pool was nice and warm and we enjoying it quite a few times. All you need for a day at the beach is ready and waiting for you to use. Beach chairs, wagon, cooler, towels, and beach toys! Our family of 5 had a great relaxing visit! Weather was so nice I forgot it was Dec. /Jan!!! The owner was very accommodating and was a text away for any questions we had.

The condo we stayed in exceeded our expectations. The interior was warm, modern and comfortable. The pool was amazing and there were 3 restaurants within walking distance and a beach across the street! We will be back again. Anna did a great job hosting us.

It was a nice little condo. Very clean. Everything worked. The window to the kitchen leaked really bad in the rain, had to use towels to soak up the floor. They said they were aware of this and had windows on order. The building in front of it is a burned out shell, wish we knew this before the day of check in. It is right behind a restaurant so it is not that quiet. The pool was warm but super dirty, like not able to swim in , dirt all over the bottom. But it was a good place to sleep and was close to the restaurants and beaches.

The property was just as listed, nice clean and cozy. check in was great and easy and was located close to restaurants etc. I relaxed during my stay .

We enjoyed our visit and our stay in Manasota Key!! The beach was was super convenient from condo, short walk. Backpack beach chairs, really nice, and I was SO thankful for the umbrella! I would not have been able to sit out in the direct sun for very long. So these items made it nice for a relaxing time listening to the waves. My daughter enjoyed sleeping in, enjoying coffee leisurely and even watched a few chick flicks! The storms were beautiful as well a couple of nights. We watched from the beach. Very cool sunsets and storm clouds. The condo is nice, and very clean! So thankful! I love the floors, color scheme and "airyness" of the home! It was just my daughter and I, so I'm glad and thankful of the area and safety. As I mentioned before everything inside was very nice, clean and comfortable! If in the area, would definitely stay with Anna again!

The overall unit was great. Had a lot to offer beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and kids sand toys. Restaurant serving breakfast right next door, Magnolias. Was sorry the dryer did not work while we were there. It was communicated on the day we arrived. I wondered why the dryer malfunction was not communicated to the property owner sooner. We looked forward to having a working washer and dryer. Overall rated it high. Anna Jenkins is great!

Owners thought of everything. Nice property, close to the gulf. Clean and comfortable.

The place was nice and clean. Great location. Good amenities. Little noisy, you can hear the people upstairs when they walk around. At night when you are sleeping you can hear the vehicles driving by. The beds in the 2nd bedroom and tiny, I rolled off during my sleep. Some settings on the smoothie blender do not work. Had 2 k-cups of coffee. No real sugar for the coffee. Hard to navigate a big suv in the provided parking spaces. I have it a 4 star. We will definitely stay again.

If looking for a quiet place to enjoy the beach without a crowd, this is a hidden gem! The condo was cute and super clean with access to the beach within walking distance. Other popular beaches (think shark tooth beaches) are within driving distance but do take the scenic route as the area is beautiful! Hope to come back again! If we do, we plan to book this place again!

The property was as advertised and we found it to be clean, comfortable, well stocked and organized. Was great for just the two of us for a long weekend. I didn’t love the location on the island in terms of the neighborhood, but there was plenty to do and places to eat within walking distance so that was nice. Communication with the property manager was convenient and she was quick to respond to my questions.

My family had a fantastic time at this property. It was beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. It had everything we needed and then some! The property manager was very responsive and kind. We loved the pool as well as the incredible location to the beach and area restaurants (make sure you try Magnolias next door!)

The property managers are on top of everything. It was peace of mind to know that they are available and responsive to any inquiries and in case there is something needed they are available to assist. The condo is very functional and pleasantly decorated with aqua colors all over. the beach is just 5 min walk. There are also several places to have a drink and get food near by. Parking is next to the condo. Beach chairs are available and anything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would love to return in the future.
