This house was perfect for our first trip to St. John. It's located in quiet Fish Bay, but still a quick trip to anywhere on the island. We enjoyed renting a 4x4 jeep to get to all of the beaches on North Shore and Coral Bay. We did go to the Westin twice which was only 5 mins drive to catch 2 excursions with Cruz Bay Watersports (the Night Kayaks and the Pizza Pi Snorkel trip). The house has everything we needed and was very comfortable for 2 adults and our 2 children (8 and 12). The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need. Beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear, coolers, etc available for our use. The pool was our favorite way to end the day watching the sunset behind the mountain. Luzmey greeted us at the house and helped answer all of our questions. We hope to return again in the future!

From the adventurous ride in our rented jeep to what feels like the top of the world- Sea Vista Villa did not disappoint. Amazing views. Especially the stars at night. Great location. Wonderful home. Everything you need for the beach, snorkeling, and relaxing ag the pool. The outdoor kitchen is awesome. We cooked and ate in most nights. Owner and property manager were great to work with. Timely communication and great info. We highly recommend this wonderful home and a vacation to ST John. Loved hiking and snorkeling and just spending time together as a family. We had the best stay at Sea Vista Villa, the view is remarkable, the house is the perfect size for a party of 6, it was clean and well kept. Games and books to occupy anytime you may not be at the beach. Cannot wait to go back.

We loved this villa for our return to St. John after the pandemic. Beautiful location, view, setting, amenities, all of it. Can’t recommend it enough!

Our family (6 adults, 1 toddler) had a wonderful stay at Sea Vista Villa for a milestone birthday for our father. The views were incredible, including both sunrise and sunset views and gorgeous ocean views. The house had everything we needed for our stay (including everything from many sizes of snorkel gear and beach gear to baby/child items to frozen cups for frozen drinks). The kitchen was well-stocked and all appliances functioned great. We loved the pool and the deck with an outdoor kitchen and plentiful seating (the pool deck area requires very close supervision for young children but our toddler absolutely loved splashing in the pool). Communication with Luzmey was great and the one small issue we had was fixed immediately. We very much appreciated Virgil meeting us upon arrival to show us the way to the house as well since the roads in St John are quite difficult to get used to, particularly in the dark (a Jeep or similar 4x4 vehicle is a must!). All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back and enthusiastically recommend Sea Vista Villa to others visiting St. John!

Great place! We have stayed at a few other places on the island and this was by far the best. The furnishings were nice, the kitchen well stocked and the view incomparable.

The property was awesome. The views were spectacular. Salie and Shannon were awesome. The driveway and roads in general on St. Johns are not for the faint of heart. Recommend a vehicle with tight turning radius. The open air bathrooms in the main level baths were a surprise. Difficult to freshen up when the temp in the bath is the same as the outdoors. Having a light or two on and AC on upon our arrival would have made a great first impression. Fortunately, we returned to town for dinner and groceries while it cooled down and used the pool while the bedrooms cooled down.

Didn’t realize how adventurous the terrain is in St. John! Be ready for twists/turns, bumps and climbing but totally worth it for the view. We had a magical stay!

My family of five (wife, two teenage kids, and sister in law) just spent a week at Sea Vista Villa. We had a great time, and I cannot say enough about the property and the location. The pictures truly don't do justice to this property. For one, the online photos don't reflect recent updates to the indoor kitchen and living area. The owners have also added an outdoor kitchen, complete with a built-in grill, sink, and eating area, all of which are under cover. Cooking dinner was half the fun, and if you like to cook with a gourmet grill and a cold drink in your hand while watching the sun go down over the ocean, this place is for you. The owners are also in the process of renovating a room downstairs for exercise equipment. You should ask them when it will be done. Working out on the island is not terribly convenient. Secondly, Fish Bay is far enough out of Cruz Bay to be peaceful and quiet, but not so far that you cannot easily run back into town for your afternoon iced coffee or groceries. It's about a 15-20 minute drive to Cruz Bay, about 30-40 minutes or so to the north shore beaches, and about 45 minutes to Rams Head and Salt Pond Beach on the SE side of the island. And finally, not only do you need a rental car, but you need a 4x4 jeep. This is a must. Just getting to this property and up the driveway is no small challenge, let alone getting used to driving on the left hand side of the road or dealing with all the dips, hairpin turns, and steep climbs and descents. Two other minor things that I would mention....guests, including us, will leave certain non-perishable items behind. It's a good idea to check into the property first and take an inventory before going to the grocery store. Also, the 3rd bedroom is downstairs and requires you to go outside and navigate some narrow steps. My 17 year old son was fine with that, but it might be more challenging with a young child, especially at night. All that being said, I would highly, highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

The home is gorgeous with a truly breathtaking view!! It sits high so the view is just stunning especially while enjoying the infinity pool! Just stunning! The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. I have stayed at several vrbos but Sallie the property manager went above and beyond and was very accommodating! Let us know where to go, what to do, even called and let us know when the whales were close so we could go out and take a look in the pirate scope! We can’t wait to go back and will definitely be staying here!

We loved staying in Vista Villa in Fish Bay. The surroundings were so peaceful and beautiful. Each room had King beds with ensuites and the beds and sheets were so comfortable. All of the amenities in the house were very nice, and we wanted for nothing even though almost 100% of our meals we cooked for ourselves. So nice that little things like sunscreen and bug spray were there for a backup in case we ran out--which we were very close!! There is a little falcon that perches on the dead branch over the little patio that we saw almost everyday from the shower. Hummingbirds came everyday too. This was our first time ever in the Virgin Islands and we had a super fantastic time. We would most definitely recommend this to our friends and family and would love to stay here again. Sallie was wonderful with communication and follow up. We cannot wait to get back here!!

The stunning views, beautiful warm pool and very functional home. The villa was close to town but far away as well. The peace and tranquility were what vacation is all about.

Sea Vista Villa is a great place to stay on St. John. It is spacious, newly renovated, clean and the view is absolutely spectacular with a front row seat to sunrises and sunsets. It is stocked with everything you could possibly need from blenders to beach chairs. The back deck has a pool, a big comfortable table, an outdoor kitchen/bar, lounge chairs and more. The beds were extremely comfortable and had ceiling fans and AC. I would highly recommend staying here. It's worth the extra drive from Cruz Bay to Fish Bay to stay in a big, comfortable oasis like this. But, the real rock stars are the hosts, Sallie and Jose. They were extremely attentive to all of our needs and questions. When our flight was cancelled, they pulled out all the stops to make another night happen for us even if it meant having to clean the villa themselves. We can't thank them enough for handling every issue that came up. We will be back!

This villa was incredible. The pictures are actually out of date as there have been major renovations including the entire kitchen. Once you get used to driving on the island, it is a short drive to Cruz Bay and beaches. Sallie, the property manager, was extremely helpful prior to the trip. She helped coordinate our grocery delivery and met us at the ferry as we arrived on the island. The villa was clean and had unbelievable views. We will be returning in the future to St John and Sea Vista Villa

My family of five absolutely loooved this house! The view makes you think you’ve died and gone to Heaven. The patio is spacious, has a great grill and bar, dinner table with shade, lounge chairs, and the pool is incredible. The kitchen is very well-stocked with every utensil and pot/pan you would ever need, including a Margaritaville margarita maker! The grocery store is close and Cruz Bay is a short drive from the house (10 min?). The mattresses were therapeutic and we slept better than we do at home. There is a storage shed with a lot of chairs with a shade canopy, which we were so happy about! Also, it includes scuba equipment and so we were thrilled about that! Several coolers and inflatables/noodles for swimming were extremely helpful to us. The gardens around the house were so well maintained and the whole scene was gorgeous. The house was very clean and we had no issues with that at all. Communication with the host was excellent. Sallie was extremely responsive and also very helpful. She gave us several tips on how to find sea turtles and some restaurants to hit, and where to go to watch the sunset. We cannot recommend this place enough-you will love it!

We had an absolutely amazing time w our family. Sallie, our host, was very sweet and easy to get a hold of. The view and outdoor area were beautiful and our favorite part of the home. Some things worth mentioning are the home was going through some renovations and it was apparent. The listing also does not mention that the third bedroom could only be accessed through the exterior. This may be an issue if a family has younger children. The house also had a septic issue while we were there and the smell was was pretty bad for a couple days. With that said, we are already planning to book our trip there next year.

The amazing: Sea villa vista has what is most likely the most beautiful view on the island. Both sunrise and sunset are visible from the property and the deck and infinity pool. The house had everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation with portable speakers and beach chairs/towels/cooler as well as an outdoor bar/grill. Check in and out was super simple and the property manager was easy to get ahold of if we needed anything- The booklet left by the owners is invaluable to enjoying the island and info about restaurants and beaches makes it easy to decide how to spend your vacation. Good to know: The location is fairly far out of town and has a super steep and long driveway which requires a bit of maneuvering. We found the view worth it. The property is currently renovating, which we didn’t know - so there are some minor unfinished things around the house- which for this price point probably should have been disclosed. Overall, an amazing view and a house full of all the amenities you need for a fabulous vacation. Will be stunning when finished.

What can I say?? They property over delivered for our expectations and Sallie was a wonderful property manager to work with!!! This was our fourth visit to St John and I couldn’t recommend it more.

My husband and I stayed at the villa during our Thanksgiving trip to the USVI. The villa was beautiful. We spent most of our time enjoying the views from the deck and infinity pool. We loved our trip to St. John and would recommend this property to anyone that is looking for an upscale place to relax that has amazing views!

We had a wonderful stay at the Sea Vista Villa. The manager, Sally, communicated with us continuously from the time we made the reservation. She met us at the car barge and guided us to the villa, which, considering the roads on St. John, was very helpful. The property was exactly how it appeared on the pictures. The view from the terrace and the pool were nothing short of stunning. The location is very private and quiet, yet close to everything. I have already recommended this villa to my relatives and friends and will continue to do so. We hope to be back soon and frequently. Love St. John and Sea Vista Villa!
