The place was real nice but had some trouble with the driveway. Managed to get out and had to park uptop.

Awesome place to stay. Host has put a lot of thought and effort into making a guests stay be a wonderful experience.

Wow, this cabin and location are truly amazing! So close to everything but it feels like you are tucked way in the woods. We brought our family here for a ski trip and it was perfect! The cabin was clean and well stocked with everything you could need and more! The owners definitely go above and beyond! The beds were super comfy and there were lots of extra blankets, pillows, etc. They had fun games and even a Nintendo switch for the kids to play on. It was the perfect place to come home to in the evenings after a long day of skiing. We loved curling up by the fireplace and watching the wildlife through the amazing windows. We used the provided deer corn and were visited by elk, deer, and turkeys! We got lots of snow while we were there but it did make getting out of the steep driveway tricky. Our 4wd truck almost didn’t make it out but the owners had it plowed right away. The provided parking area was sufficient however it is a bit of a steep walk down to the cabin so keep that in mind for older people, etc. Overall the cabin and location were great and we would definitely stay here again! Everything about this property was exceptional! The checkin process was easy, the owner was prompt and friendly, and the property was even better in person! The wildlife will come right up to you and the welcome baskets and fun stuff provided by the owner made you feel at home! Would definitely recommend this property!

Great house, hosts, and location!

This place was so much fun. Very clean and was in a perfect location. The owner was very easy to work with and understanding when we accidentally broke a lamp. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 5 loved this place. There is so much for the kids to do around the house.

We were very happy with our stay. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. The home is surrounded by beautiful woods. We enjoyed spotting the deer that walked right by. Our family enjoyed the card & board games that were available. It was a very close, short drive to the slopes but felt like we were tucked away in from town. We did feel like our 4 wheel drive suv would be able to get up & down the driveway with ease, but the snow and steepness proved us wrong. If in doubt, use the handy parking pad off the road at the top of tur driveway. :)

We stayed at this home for 4 nights and we were very impressed. The home is well stocked and the owner has thought of everything a person would need while on vacation. It is well organized and we easily found what we were looking for. The home is cozy and wonderful instructions were given for everything. The house had a welcome basket which was full of chocolate goodies and my little girl thought she had hit the jackpot. We would definitely stay again if we head back to Angel Fire. The quality out weighs the price of this beautiful home. Thank you!

Great cottage in the woods at Angel Fire. Comfy beds and gracious host. Quick drive to the slopes.

We had a great visit to angel fire with my wife, young kids and my mother tagged along. The house was great with plenty of room for us all. Plus it is very convenient to the mountain. We will definitely be back!

This chalet was warm and cozy upon arrival. We arrived late but the lights were on inside and the home was warm. It was just the welcome we needed after a long drive with tried children. Having the loft was a great extra space to have for the kids to stretch out. The description does say ski in/out but it’s about two miles and not walking distance. With that said, the drive was fast and easy. We would absolutely stay here again. We made great memories.

The homeowners have gone above and beyond to make this place inviting and memorable. Very easy drive to the Angel Fire slopes. We played around the house one snow day, using the owner’s inner tubes down the back hill and throwing snowballs. Horse drawn sleighs go by often and it was fun to wave and say hello. You can easily hike to the store and coffee from the back trail. Gas station and groceries close by. We bought most of our food and cooked in the kitchen. Great accommodations. Not one thing negative!
