We rented this home last minute, but weren’t disappointed. It’s location is a big asset. Shopping, dining and beaches are all within quick driving distance. It was cold while we were there, so our pool use was limited. The pool and lanai area are very nice and good size. The house was decorated nicely and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay here again.

Great place, well stocked house!! Makes you feel like you are at home not on a vacation!! Will definitely look into this house for future trips!

Enjoyed the pool especially, comfortable beds, very well stocked kitchen with appliances, dishes, pots/pans, etc., Children loved their room stocked with games and a desk for computer work. Very spacious home with plenty of space to spread out and most of all it was very clean! Thank you for a great family vacation. Will visit in future.

Overall the home was lovely and exactly how it was advertised. Plenty of rooms with fun games our family got to play and neighborhood was nice and quiet. The issue was the management company Vacasa. When we arrived I saw that there was HAIR in both showers and plenty of DIRT/SAND in the pool. I immediately took pictures & video and then I received text from Vacasa asking me to rate the trip and gave them 3 stars. They immediately called me and I advised and sent them pictures. They said the pool team cleaned that same day ( we checked in 4 pm) but there was no way I can believe that with that amount of dirt on the steps of the screened in pool and the bottom. They said pool guy would come in 2 days and he never did. I called again ( they don't call) and manager finally came over to look & take pictures and confirmed "sand/dirt" was excessive. They then offered pool service on Tuesday but we were leaving that day! I specifically rented this home for the pool so we can enjoy and only used it on the last 2 days once it was confirmed the "water" was safe . In the day of covid I cannot believe hair and dirty pool were not inspected before we arrived. We got so frustrated we left 1 day early. Once again its not the owners & home is lovely. I guess the owners heard about the mess and a friend of the owner came over and confirmed the pool was dirty. I will not be renting again if its under the same management team.

We had a great time at this home. We have family that live in Port Charlotte about 10 mins away so this was perfect for us to be close to see them and get to the beaches and restaurants.

We enjoyed the pool and the home. Privacy fence would make the place perfect! The beds did not have mattress covers, that was disappointing. And the pool heater was not tuned on as requested. We had a good time despite the above issues. I have found it is easier dealing with a host in past rentals, Vacasa was difficult to get immediate answers from.

We enjoyed home and pool. Comfortable furniture and everything was very organized with a little book to help find extras. Bar was nice, but no comfy lounging outside. Would prefer a fence for extra privacy. Overall home was beautiful, nicely furnished, with plenty of house essentials to cook and play while vacationing here. Owners are very accommodating!
