Do not trust the photos. My whole life Iv spent summers in laughlin and this was our worst experience. When we got there the house was not ready. The cleaning people were still working on the home an hour after check in. The home owner bob was there to let us know one side of the home had no AC at the moment. The pool was green even after they finished cleaning it. After bob left we noticed the fridge and garage ac were also not working. He told us the garage in the garage was working but it wasnt. After being in the living room for a few hours at 89 degrees waiting to be able to turn on the ac, they asked me to turn on any fans I saw. When I went to turn on the floor fan in the living room with the fireplace a cockroach got thrown at me from inside the fan. As we chased it around the room to kill it we found more and more. We also found some inside the master bedroom closest to the kitchen. When I informed them of what I found they said, well you are in the dessert. 1 ok maybe it snuck in. In a matter of 30 minutes we found 6. And then during the night we found a couple new ones under the bed and again in the living room. We were now at 10 that we have found in just a few hours. There were ants on the counter that another reviewer had mentioned, but nothing like this. The play area had a giant whole in it with caution tape around it. There were open wires by the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi bathroom window glass was broken. We were stuck and had to stay 1 night. None of us slept.

We had a great time. We will be back if God willing.

Very nice stay, had a issue with the plumbing but nothing to worry about. Owner was on it. There was one thing I was freaked out about was the huge Roaches outside in the backyard but it’s the dessert so I understand there’s little creatures out. The family had a blast. The pool was the best part of the house.

The property was great! Plenty of parking and spacious. The pool is huge and amazing. Our kids really enjoyed themselves. It’s a good house for a large group.

We had my daughter’s graduation party here. Very nice property. The air was out in the main part of the house but the bedrooms and the garage was cool which was the most important.

We got there to start our vacation but we had to wait first because there wasn’t the things that we expected to be there. The only thing I ask the owner was to have a clean BBQ grill. It wasn’t clean and the Propane tanks were empty. The reason she gave me was that they had back to back guess. Pool wasn’t clean and the area around too.

We had a blast 4th of July weekend . The house was roomy and had everything you’d need.

Checkin was a breeze! The property & home were perfect!! We spent most of the time in the pool & hot tub! The set up was wonderful. Just enough of everything! Deep enough for diving. Shallow areas for the littles and the hot tub got hot in 20min. We had an epic experience here!! Plenty of bbq'ing in the back next to the pool. Comfy beds & warm showers! We loved it!!
