Clean and comfortable. 3 very nice bedrooms and the place was centrally located. Easy to get to everything. Would definitely stay their again.

We were there for my son wedding and it was a very nice place for me and my family to stay. Place was very clean,we ran into a few bugs but nothing major. Just bring your own supplies and you will be fine.

We enjoyed our stay at this residence in Las Vegas over the Thanksgiving weekend, 2023.
We did do some meal preparation and found the pots and pans selections to be very limited so bring your own. There seemed to be plenty of utensils but again, we brought our own.
All the appliances were in working order and clean.
We did not have guests at the house but there is room enough for that.
We complied with the "remove your shoes" request but were surprised to see the condition of the carpets in the bedrooms. They have seen better days to be sure.
Communication with the host was easy and was quick to respond.
All said and done, it was a pleasent stay though we were rarely there. We would stay there again if we needed something larger than a hotel room.

We were in town for a concert. The house was very nice and clean, updated. The beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.

Nice house. Suited us. 3 days at the Speedway. Clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Owner was highly responsive throughout.

The home is very nice, clean and comfortable. Having access to the garage to park your vehicle was an added plus. I would definitely reserve this listing again, however, I would suggest upgrading the face towels in the first bath room. Thank you

This is the place to stay if you are looking for a quiet place to stay 15 minutes away from the strip! Excellent response time from the host. Being able to use the garage was a lifesaver. Thank you for the restful stay!!

We stayed here for the night on our way to California. The property was great, and the host was helpful and responsive.

While the stay met our basic needs. The communications was not effective.
We had to buy our own face towels. We communicated with David they were missing and after a quick let me check, we never heard back.
The mattresses in the smaller rooms we hard. I didn’t expect deluxe, but these hurt our backs for our 3 night stay.
House rule should Also either be listed or communicated more than the morning before. He asked for no shoes on the carpet, but my mother is mobility’s impaired and need shoes for traction. We would have selected another location if we knew.
I never write reviews, but thought others should note to prep for their stay especially if staying longer.

We scheduled a family trip so we could watch a particular concert. The ride to and from the venue was reasonable and quick. The house was great for the small amount of time we spent there.

The house is really nice. I was able to communicate well with property manager before my booking, but the communication was delayed during the stay. Heads up AT&T does not work in the North Las Vegas area. Also had issues with Wifi going in and out.

Had a nice stay here with some friends. Place was quiet and neighbors were friendly. House had a few small repairs that are needed but didn’t effect our stay. Overall a good place to relax.

The actual beds/BRs were fine but the futon listed as the 4th “bed” was incredibly uncomfortable

The house and property was very clean and comfortable. Good location and good neighborhood. the property manager was easy to work with and great communication. I would highly recommend and would rebook when in the area.

This property worked out great for our family of 5. It didn’t take too long to get to anywhere we wanted to go. It’s close to food and groceries too. It was clean and plenty of space for us.

Property was clean and as advertised. Good Wi-Fi signal.
My team needed a place to stay for work. I prefer a home setting if we are going to be more than a night or 2. This home worked out well, was in a good location for the areas we were working and allowed us to be able to spread out once we got in from work. Have already tried to book it for our next trip (about 2 weeks from now) and it is not available. So I hope I find something that works out as well as this rental did.

Great little house
As of early 2022 it seems like the entire place had been recently remodeled. It was clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. It was exactly what we were looking for and the fact that we were able to book just one night is what made it work for us. Would stay there again if we ever need a place in Vegas.

Perfection
David was such an amazing host and his home was beyond perfection he was One call away with anything that we needed and he had an excessive amount of amenities,and things you need when you forget stuff we really felt at home this home is literally a model home for VRBO the way of vacation rental should be.We are very grateful!
