The house was very clean and spacious. The location was great because it was so close to the community clubhouse/pool. The game room, pool table room and hot tub were fabulous and we spent countless hours hanging out which was unexpected bonus since our kids usually prefer to explore community instead. The communication with the owners was amazing. We would 100% rent this house again.

The house had lots of fun things to do for our family. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table. The location was very convenient to the beach and pool. We enjoyed seeing the many deer that roamed the neighborhood, as well. Communication with Brian was very easy and response was timely.

Although we had a very nice vacation we loved how close of a walk it was to the pool and lake. However… 1. The grill needs to be replaced we couldn’t even cook on it because it needed a good cleaning which we’re attempting to do until we notice the inside lid was cracking & peeling paint off so I was to afraid that while cooking it would fall onto the food. 2. The bed on the second floor needs to be replaced very uncomfortable, squeaky and you would just roll into the middle of the bed. 3. The tables were dusty and the floors all around the edges was dirty. 4. Living room furniture was old and uncomfortable you would sink right into the cushions. We hope you take this as constructive criticism in order to help you. On a good note the owners were very attentive and nice.

Pros: Close to the lake/pool Lovely neighborhood Wildlife Game room (although the table tennis net was broken as well as the chair for the arcade game) Cons: Home is VERY rundown and desperate for some TLC. Furnishings and kitchenware were either very old or sourced from a thrift shop. The yard is unkept and messy (i.e spider webs, unraked leaves, mold, weeds, hot tub cover filthy, ect) The main entrance had a bucket filled with water and cigarette butts, an old birds nest stuck in the light and dirt everywhere. Mattresses and pillows were the cheapest you could buy and since we were not supplied with sheets (at the start) you could see all the stains under the "protective covers." The outside deck was gross. Much of the pain was chipped away, the cushions were unusable, they were covered in mold, as were the table and chair legs. Since this property had so many 5 star reviews we were SHOCKED at the condition of this rental. We would absolutely not recommend this property.

We had a great time getting together with our family! Your home was comfortable and the amenities were really fun for us, especially the 5 kids! We were in the lake, pool, and hot tub a ton! It was great to all eat together outside on the deck for meals in the beautiful summer weather. Having the game rooms downstairs for the rainy moments was awesome! We made great memories and enjoyed our stay.

This was a awesome experience for me & my friends. The house was beautiful and well kept, there were enough room to housed my friends who came to help me celebrate my birthday. All of my friends absolutely loved the house & the awesome experience of being in the Pocono’s. Brian, who is the owner of the property was a joy to work with, he was very easy to communicate with and always responded to any questions I may have in a timely fashion. My friends have asked that I keep his contact information for we will most definitely come back to Brian’s place in the Pocono and will recommend his place to other friends & family.

We were just looking for a few days with nowhere to go and nothing to do but hang out together. From the game room to the hot tub to the space to spread out , we had a wonderful stay. Will definitely consistent coming back when we can enjoy the lake. Thanks for sharing your home!

Great trip … house is spacious and nicely decorated, plenty of room to spread out for 8-10pp and 2 dogs! Everyone enjoyed cooking delicious meals and eating together at the large dining table. Fireplace is lovely and the huge hot tub was great after skiing at nearby mountains! Game room and pool table were very entertaining - and we all relaxed and played board games when not out on the mountain. Lovely area, would like to come back and experience different seasons! Communication with owner extremely quick and easy!

We were looking forward to some snow fun with our grandchildren but Mother Nature didn’t cooperate. The ski resorts that are in the nearby area were making snow but the temperatures were in the low teens with the wind chill. Fortunately for us this beautiful house in Towamensing Trails provided everything we needed for a relaxing fun filled weekend. Our grandsons thoroughly enjoyed the game room and the roomy kitchen table provided the necessary space for games and puzzles. There is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves and quiet spaces to enjoy a nap or read a good book. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a family meal .Right off the kitchen is the twin room which the boys thought was perfect to look out the windows and watch the deer.The house is cozy and decorated perfectly for a mountain resort area. Everything about this house was perfect for our group of 10.

Comfortable property close to outlet shopping and Hickory Run State Park. Amenities such as pool table, hot tub and fireplace were wonderful for a cold winter weekend.

Our kids had a blast with all of the game options and never wanted to leave the house other than to go for walks and look at all of the deer. We would love to visit again during the summer months.

My coworkers and their families get together yearly in November for a weekend getaway for a Friendsgiving event of bonding, hiking, lots of games, reading, cooking together, napping etc. Upon arrival, Stacey & Brian were available within minutes via phone/text with a friendly mannerism answering our stupid questions like “tell me the entry code again”. Pros: The process was very easy with keyless entry. The rental is nicely decorated for the Thanksgiving holiday, pretty clean, kitchen stocked well with utensils etc for larger group. The kids absolutely loved “their room” which consisted of 4/5 single beds; each coworker had their own bedroom to hibernate when necessary. The bedrooms were perfect size, family room on the smaller size accommodated 6 people. An “instant” gas fireplace made life easy with no cinders to clean up. Con: The big bonus hit for the husbands /kids were the 2 game rooms on 1st floor. We had a hard time prying they from the joysticks and cue balls !! Deer were daily visitors, we counted 30 driving threw the community on several days but daily average on site was 10-12 twice a day. The dollar general was 3 miles away and have just about everything, along with an Italian restaurant(we didn’t try out - we cooked in every night) . Our host/hostess granted us late check out until noon so we could attend Mass @ St Peter’s Catholic Church, a very friendly parish community, just 5 miles away. We took the group on a short interesting field trip to explore boulder field just a few miles away. Getting there was an experience trying to avoid the pot holes on the dirt roads along with being on the lookout for the fluorescent vest of the hunters carrying their rifles. This was a perfect fit for our work family and are thankful for this opportunity the owners extended to us to sharing their lovely rental. Thank you Stacy & Brian. Happy Thanksgiving ! ~Veronica

Our family had such a great time during our stay. It was a short walk to the lake, pool and playground. We saw plenty of deer during our stay. The kids loved the game room and hot tub. We had plenty of room to spend time both together and apart when needed. We had a great time on our hike to hawk falls. When the weather was not great the kids had a blast at the community game room and we still were able to enjoy the covered hot tub and game room in the home.

Great house! Nestled in a real nice community. Had everything we were looking for and laid out really well. The game room was awesome. The pool, lake and clubhouse are just a walk around the corner. Lots of nice scenery. The deer were plentiful and came by often and Hickory Run state park is a short drive and worth visiting. . The property owners were very easy to communicate with and made the entire process seamless and pleasant. We had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously . The house was comfortable, cozy and immaculate. We loved that it was so close to the community center. We went everyday to the pool and loved sitting on the deck in the mornings and for meals. We will definitely book this house again.

We had a great vacation! The house had a pool table, ping pong, and video games for the family. The lake and the sand volleyball court was awesome and a short walk from the property.

Large house had everything we needed. Great communication by owners Brian and Stacy. Family had an excellent time, deer on the front lawn every day, games for the teens, hot tub, plenty of space, close to Lake Harmony. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice house brain was quick to answer the only problem we had was the neighbor building the house right next door was loud and throwing f Bombs from the time we got up till the time he left never stopped He never had the same help from day to day security was told about it but never did anything but house and host where awesome

This house was perfect for our recent trip to the Poconos! We had two families and 5 kids ages 1-5. The older kids loved being able to have their own room with 4 twin beds! The three floors made it convenient to spread out and find space whether you wanted to play in the game room or relax in the hot tub or spacious deck. The location was great too, quick 2 block walk to the community center with lake, pool and playground. We found a small grocery store within a 5 minute drive and multiple pizza shops. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond. He really wanted to make sure our stay was pleasant, I would definitely recommend this house and will stay here again!

Wonderful stay. Everyone had something to do! Ping Pong, arcade games , TV ‘s everywhere, Outside hot tub! Feeding the deer. The house was fully equipped for 10 adults and 5 kids. Hickory Run State Park a short drive away! Brian couldn’t have been more accommodating!!

My paintball team and I stayed here for a weekend and found the property to be perfect for our needs. Four large rooms with queens and a room with multiple twins in a 'barracks' type setting worked great. All of the amenities worked great and the hot tub was quite roomy! Brian and Stacy were gracious and accommodating hosts. We will definitely look to book this property with them again!
