Property offered weekend entertainment in their gazebo nestled in the center of the property. Quick freeway access to Bancroft and Jasper Parks.

The unit was clean, comfortable, and well equipped; we had a very enjoyable time there. There is no conventional oven in the kitchenette, but there is a toaster oven, which was perfectly adequate for our needs. Lake Louise is a magnificent place to spend time.

Property is very close to Lake Louise. The unit was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the convenience and quality of the breakfast buffet. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, we are happy with our decision to stay at this property. The item that can be improved for the future is information shared via VRBO about shuttles. I was told that getting a shuttle shouldn’t be an issue. At check in found out that all shuttles were booked for days ahead. This forced us to plead and beg for some shuttle time, and we ended up settling for a time that wasn’t our first choice. Also, was told via VRBO that there are no toiletries provided, so I brought my own. But basic toiletries were provided - soap, shampoo, etc. Staff at the front desk seemed completely uninterested in these issues stating it isn’t their company who handles this communication.

We loved staying at the Lake Louise Inn. It was located in such a beautiul location. Close to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. The shuttle service was great. The restaurants and amenities were great. It was quiet and beautiful. I would stay there again.

I was looking to book at the Fairmont on Lake Louise when I stumbled across this property which was 1/4 of the price for 5 people for 3 nights. It was only 6 minutes away from the Lake, had a full kitchen and the breakfast buffet was to die for. The view wasn't anything to complain about either. Very clean and well kept property. Highly recommended

The property is in a resort with many amenities, including a pool, hot tub, 2 great restaurants, and mini golf. The unit was very clean and worked great for the 6 of us. The restaurant across the street, Bill Peyton’s at the hostel was amazing!! Short drive to Lake Moraine and Lake Louise. Definitely recommend!
