This property was a great value. We were close to fishing and on the canal leading to open water. Would have liked to know the dock was available in advance and would have rented a boat for the week. The only negative was the kitchen lighting. It was so dim we could not see to cook. The stove top lights did not work and there are no under-counter lights and very low wattage bulbs over the table, so low I could not read. While this was a negative my overall impression was positive.

The inside of the house was clean and roomy, but several lightbulbs were burned out and no extras found. 4 dishwasher pods provided and one was so hard it wouldn’t fit in dispenser. (The neighbor gave us one). One extra roll of tp per 2 bathrooms for 10 days & 4 adults? Hand soap dispensers were nearly empty (we had to buy replacements).Garbage cans outside of house were packed when we arrived. Full garbage bags and construction debris littered over front lawn. No information about pickup given us. After 4 days, we called company and were told to put out garbage early Fri morning. Pick up happened Monday, but construction debris remained. Backyard furniture: 4 chairs didn’t have cushions, so unusable. There were 3 decent chairs, but 4 of us. There were two canvas director chairs which both tore—we are not obese people. Yard, front and back, was unkempt, very weedy. Neighbors’ yards were pristine. No written information was provided about using tv or check out procedures…had to call company. Lighting in kitchen was poor. Living room furniture and beds were comfortable. Thank goodness.

This home offered a variety of super comfortable spaces where we could privately relax or comfortably hang out as a group. The home was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood was incredibly quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend this home to anyone.

This home was beautiful and had just the right amount of room for our family. We had some issues with the ac but the manager was amazing on getting someone over to fix it. Definitely recommend this home for future stays.
