I planned a family vacation this year to Shenandoah. There were 10 adults and a 2 yr old. This home had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything needed, there are numerous porches with comfortable outdoor seating and everyone had there own bathroom. The loft is really cute with a queen bed, bathroom and seating area. Everyone was happy with the house.

We were all mesmerizing by the bridge and double doors upon arriving. The home was spacious and had enough room to spread out. The game area down stairs was perfect for all age groups. The suspended fireplace area was the gathering place for all. S'mores inside!!
Cook Out for lunch on the deck over looking the pond was Amazing!
Will be back and highly recommend.

As indicated by the pictures, this is a special house in a special location -- not just in terms of proximity to the Bryce resort but the house itself has its own cascading waterfall and sits over its own pond, hence its name. The host was very friendly and welcoming. We look forward to staying here again!

The House over the Pond provided us a unique place to spend time with each other when we were not skiing. Plenty of room. Comfortable beds. All we needed.

Let me start by saying the property, inside and out, is GORGEOUS!!! We had an excellent time, and the whole atmosphere was relaxed and lovely. I'm sure in the fall and winter, the area is even more beautiful.
Owner was INCREDIBLE with replies, and clearly cares deeply about this property. They had allowed us to rebook the house after a Corona virus scare in our group a few days before our initial trip was set to begin.
Lovely property, lovely owners, and lovely atmosphere.

House over the Pond? More like Happiness over the Pond.

We enjoyed the foosball, air hockey and pool table and there was so much room (and so many bathrooms!) which was great for our families and the teens. Five stars and we hope to return next year for another ski weekend!

Wonderful stay in a unique home!
We had such a wonderful stay in this fun house! Our 2 families and kids enjoyed skiing and tubing at Bryce and then coming back to the fire and family style dinners. We enjoyed the foosball, air hockey and pool table and there was so much room (and so many bathrooms!) which was great for our families and the teens. Five stars and we hope to return next year for another ski weekend!
