Was wonderful wished we could've stayed longer

We booked this BEAUTIFUL cabin for a Moms’ Retreat. Absolutely GORGEOUS location! The hot tub and sauna were amazing! However, the master bath needs to be recaulked which caused mildew and allergies issues for me. The host was super friendly and quickly responded to questions before and during our stay. Notes: 1. Pay attention to driveway details. It was dry so my mini van made it up without a problem. 2. Be sure you specify the specific number of people staying. If you have more than you originally planned, then contact the host ahead of time to avoid a fine. Extra guests will cost.

Wonderful cabin in a secluded location. Peaceful and clean it was everything we could have asked for!

Yes the drive up it is steep but so worth it! It was a perfect place! Clean, cozy, beds were good, has what you need there, beautiful inside! We used the hot tub, felt great and we used the sauna also felt great. We grilled, we cooked, we used there…everything. They had a dishwasher with everything you need. They really didn’t leave anything out that you could possibly need. There was even a temperature stick for the meat. We had 6 adult ladies and each of us said we may have to make this an annual thing now. Even with just two full bathrooms we had enough space to get ready and not be all over one another. We didn’t get to use the fire pit but it looked so inviting. We left on Saturday to go to a winery about 28 minutes out but the drive was pretty. We also went out to The Lodge resort for dinner, it was about the same distance. Any questions I had were answered quickly. Highly recommend this place.

We had a great weekend at this beautiful spot. The view was gorgeous, the place was clean and comfortable, and the house has everything! The driveway is no joke - we almost didn't see it with the leaves, but once we got up we were great. Thanks so much for sharing your spot with us - we would love to return.

When we entered the house there was a clean warm feeling I got that made it feel like home. We saw deer in the morning just off the driveway as we looked out the kitchen window. We walked the path through the woods and the colors of the leaves were beautiful, absolutely breathtaking!!! Every evening we were in the hot tub where we had great conversations under the stars. The host is very accommodating with information and meeting our needs. I enjoyed myself immensely and would like to go back again soon.

We all had a wonderful time. Loved the trails. Perfect for us, as we are all older. Plan on coming back next year.

Our second time to Hocking Hills. Visited with our two kids (infant and 3 yo) and my parents. The cabin was great! Perfect location to all of the hikes! Hot tub and fire pit were fun to have. Would definitely rent again. One thing to keep in mind this house does not have a washer and dryer - I am used to VRBO rentals having this amenity so didn’t even think to check listing. It by no means impacted our trip but after hiking all day, with two kids, might have been nice to be able to do a load of laundry.

Very nice .Relaxing. Everything there we needed and then some .

The cabin was everything we needed and more, it really exceeded our expectations. The close proximity to the Hocking Hills parks was a big plus. Host Christina was great, she sent an email midway through our stay to ask if we needed anything but everything was as stated in the listing and we needed nothing more. The cabin was spacious enough for five girls to be able to spread out and have our own quiet niche when needed. The drive way was definitely an added adventure and not a deal breaker lol would highly recommend this cabin to others.

Very Spacious and beautiful cabin! Loved the layout! We had a few very minor issues, but our host was quick to respond and handl them which is the only reason I had mentioned this. The property is fantastic and the scenery is breathtaking! Will definitely be back to this property!

The cabin is absolutely beautiful. It was so close to some of the Caves! The only thing I wish I would have done differently is staying a night longer.

We thought the cabin was even nicer than the pictures show. Bonus is that the hot tub is right outside the door, without a cold walk outside to get to it. We really enjoyed the layout and had a great stay!

Perfect getaway for a group of friends.

The hill coming up to this cabin was worth it. Super clean and relaxing cabin for the whole family.

Not as clean as I expected it to be. Cigarettes in driveway. There were to be no smoking on premises. Pooper scooper in landscape there were to be no dogs. Beds not very clean at box springs tons of dirt collected there. Bedding and mattress covers need updated. Stains on mattress cover. Overall beautiful place not as clean as expected. Definitely need to do some updates on bed linens and comforters. We had a good time and made memories! Suggestions would be to leave information on how to contact EMS or hospital information in case of emergency. Another suggestion would be leave a notebook or something there to let guest tell a bit about them and their stay. Something for other guests to read. Loved exploring around there.

My husband and I traveled to this cabin mid December. The cabin was amazing! The cell service is definitely spotty so I suggest loading your GPS before you leave. There was a trail near the house for a nice hike. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our time in the Hilltop Cabin! The LARGE pen kitchen and eating space were perfect for puzzles, eating, and cooking as a family. The lower family TV room was fun to hang and watch a movie. We enjoyed the hot tub and firepit each night. What a joy this retreat was!

We rented this property for the weekend with our daughters, son in law, mother in law and 2 babies. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked as we ate all of our meals at the cabin. The large Jenga game was a hit for everyone to play the game and build with. The only one complaint is the master bedroom was a bit chilly and we didnt realize the space heater was in the armoire until the last day. Also the mattress in the far right guest room may need replaced with one a little more firm. But all in all it was a great place to stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Hocking Hills and our stay at this cozy cabin. Appointed with all of the necessary kitchen amenities, plus games and puzzles for a fun night after a day of hiking and enjoying the park. Hot tub and sauna rounded out the perfect get away.

6 friends drove in from out of state and we came down from Columbus for Halloween Weekend. Honestly, we spent most of our time just at the cabin, going to the corner gas station down the road for supplies when needed, and had a wonderful time! Will warn you that you need to bring your own garbage bags and there is no trash receptacle at the top of the hill (it has to down to the entrance). Definitely suggest heeding the owner's recommendation to use a 4-wheel drive vehicle to get up to the cabin. The cabin has quick, easy access to all of the great hikes Hocking Hills is known for.

We had a group of 8 adults and everyone had a great time in the cabin and the surrounding area. There was more than enough room for all 8 of us and the cabin was very clean, well-stocked with essentials and the notebook was a great reference for cabin rules and things to do. The master bedroom/bathroom was a great room to stay in as were the two bedrooms and loft. We all loved the cabin and would suggest others stay there as well. One small problem was a clogged drain in the main floor shower. We figured no one has reported it because the master bathroom shower worked fine. Overall, the cabin made the trip an exceptional experience!

House was even nicer than the pictures. Age range of our group was 9-70. Everyone had something they liked best. Fully equipped kitchen, wonderful view, enjoyable hot tub, lots of areas to relax in, lots of hiking trails close by, and nice restaurants. We were really impressed with this house. The drive was a little scary at first but even our rear-wheel drive pickup was able to make it with the instructions provided by the host. Thanks for the enjoyable anniversary celebration.
