Our group of 11 loved staying at the house! It was clean and very spacious. The neighborhood pool was right outside. We could get to anything in town within 15-20 minutes. We watched the Memorial Day fireworks from Top of the Rock on the screened in porch. The owner and house manager were great at communicating and quick to respond. Amazing find for lots of space!

Home was spacious and clean with the perfect layout to allow our family of 14 to spread out. Well stocked with everything needed during our stay and decorated beautifully without fragile clutter that makes it difficult to have littles running around. This one won't disappoint!

First time booking a house using VRBO and the bar was set high. Absolutely no complaints at all about our stay. The communication from this host is unlike anything I've experienced. SUPER QUICK and SUPER RESPONSIVE! House was clean which is a MUST for me and my family. The location of the house within the neighborhood was amazing as it was super close to the pool and clubhouse. Loved the surprise of a second pool too. Overall perfect experience for us and if we ever visit Branson again, we'll be rebooking this house.

Cousins reunion-4 couples. We enjoy being together at least once a year. We stayed a full week, went to two shows, ate out about 6 meals during the week, cooked the rest ate the house. We enjoy spending time playing cards so lots of time spent at the house. This home fit our needs just right. We had a great time and had no issues with the home or the furnishings! Thanks for having a nice home we could rent.

The home was exactly as advertised. We used all 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for 6 ladies. The kitchen was well appointed and we enjoyed the comfortable furniture & fireplace while we stayed up late chatting after full days of fun in Branson & Big Cedar Resort!

This house was absolutely AMAZING! Easy check in, just minutes from downtown Branson, great workout area, very quiet & peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay and again, this house was the BEST!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean, comfortable, and had lots of room for our group. We had 6 adults and 5 kids ages 3-10 and really appreciated the downstairs area. It was a perfect setup for traveling with multiple family members and kids. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our vacation. It is in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from all of the attractions in and around Branson. The property manager was quick to answer any questions I had, and the house was very clean and welcoming. The community pools and clubhouse are just across the street, which is very convenient. It had a well=stocked kitchen for our meal preparation, and plenty of towels for the whole group. The kitchen is open to the dining area and living room, so having everyone in the same space was great! The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. We couldn't have been happier with this booking and will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area!

This house was really nice. We had lots of space to spread out and enjoyed hanging out in the kitchen and living room. The pool table was fun and the teenagers enjoyed learning to play.
We will stay again next time we come to the Branson area.

Rented for my sons wedding at Big Cedar Lodge. We had two couples and five groomsmen and the groom. It worked perfectly! One the groomsmen is getting married soon and wants the same type of experience.

House was spacious and very clean … we had 7 kids with us and they loved hanging out in the basement.

Family getaway
We were very pleased with the accommodations. Stayed with two adult children and their spouses and toddlers. We all liked having king-sized beds and the kids loved the bunk beds. Cooked most meals at the house and had everything we needed. Close to pool, 5 min from grocery store and 20 min from Silver Dollar City. Would highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable, roomy! Walk across the street to the pool…we used the grill every night. The kids loved the large family room downstairs.

Amazing location & spacious!
We loved this rental property! We typically get a couple of smaller condos but decided going bigger and splitting it would end up being more cost effective and comfortable for our large family. The floorplan was perfect! There's so much room!! We did have some problems with the AC unit but the property management was on it in no time and fixed it so fast. Would 10/10 recommend this rental or any of their other properties. They thought of everything to make our stay go smoothly. We will surely be back!

The house was great. It had more items in the kitchen than expected. We were able to communicate with the property managers and get quick responses. Appliances could use an update but overall good experience.

Weekend Stay
Really nice location and neighborhood. The house was perfect for my family and a couple of friends. The only downside was that we planned to grill steaks one night and the grill would not work.

Wonderful house and so considerate of kids!
We had a wonderful time at this house and it was just beautiful. We loved how they really considered kids throughout the house, with games, books, plastic dishes, and even convenient step stools under the sink. Having the large living space downstairs was perfect for the kids while the adults could lounge in the upstairs space. The beds were super comfy. Everything was provided for the kitchen and bathrooms, and also had a high chair and pack n’ play for the little one. This made it a spectacular and stress-free, easy getaway. Communication was great! We will definitely keep this one in mind for future trips. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
