From the minute we arrived to the condo, everything was beautiful & perfect. Communication was very forthcoming with Coastal Getaways & they even emailed us when Ian had touched down to let us know the property was fine. Our stay was extremely comfortable-especially the beds! The main shower was dual pressure above & front wand which was so nice. The stain glass window in the main bath was just one of the special touches the condo has. The view of the marsh & surrounding areas is in 2 magical places - the main bedroom & sitting room. Kitchen came equipped with everything you would need plus an extensive bar ware collection. Quiet - quiet - quiet....it was amazing how we never heard other people and really felt at home & cozy in our condo. We worked out at the fitness center & pool & rented bikes that were brought to the condo. We also did a 4 hour kayaking tour where we were the only soles on the water. Two porpoise/dolphins came right up to us! It was magical. There was even a jute bag with a wine bottle with 'Happy Anniversary' on it when we walked in. All of the special touches are what made this space & rental magical.

We enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful! The place was clean & nicely decorated. The only drawbacks were the number of stairs we had to climb to access the unit and no direct path that provides a safe walk to the Seabrook Racquet Club.

Very comfortable and clean property! We would definitely stay here again. The views are incredible, we loved watching the marinas and various wildlife outside!

The property was clean and well outfitted. The furnishings were comfortable and the view was picturesque. Shopping and eateries were close and access to open, clean beaches was close by. We had a very restful and relaxing break from the real world.

The property is lovely. We enjoyed Seabrook Island and would stay here again.

Great place wonderful view very clean. There was some trouble getting the gate code but after that all was great.

This property was so clean and the views off of the sunroom were breathtaking as soon as you walked in the door and turned the corner. Enough space for a family of 4 where you did not feel you were on top of each other. It was super hot so hard to use the screened in porch, but it would be perfect in a bit cooler weather. There were deer right outside our window that we watched play in the marsh. The sunsets were amazing and we watched a storm roll in at night. Would highly recommend this property.

We used the recommendations for family beach pics and the discount provided for bike rental and a sunset boat cruise. The condo was clean and quite comfortable for us and our teen sons. The kitchen and nearby Harris Teeter made it easy to cook to save a little on the food budget.

This property was perfect. Beautiful views everywhere. You can walk to freshfields. Comfy beds, fairly well appointed kitchen (bring good knives and a large pot if you cook) Already planning a return trip to stay here!!

Our family had never been to Seabrook before and this vacation was such a wonderful time!! The villa was such a nice place to stay! It was clean, fresh and cozy! Plenty of space for a family of five! We used the futon couch as well and they had fresh sheets available for that too. They provided plenty of basic things like towels, hand towels and paper towel. They gave us a lot of ‘starter’ items like toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap, etc. I’m not a fan of bar soaps in the bathrooms, but I brought a couple little pump soaps anyway, so we used those. The location of the villa was perfect! We rented bikes from Alligator Bike Rental and we enjoyed biking all over the island. Being next to a marshy area was neat. We saw various boats coming and going from the marina, beautiful birds and enjoyed watching the skies through the large windows as a storm rolled in. We enjoyed the screened in porch. Perfect place for morning coffee or opening the slider to enjoy the fresh air! Communication from start to finish was fantastic! We really appreciated that! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Beautiful sunsets from the dock. Enjoyed the sunroom and views of the marsh. Lots of barware for evening cocktails. Nice, quiet community. Freshfields Village was very close for picking up groceries and going to lunch or dinner. Beautiful sunsets at Bohicket Marina. Property Managers made check in/out very easy. The starter packet of supplies was very helpful. A great experience all around.
