amazing views of the beach

Unit was spacious. Location was good, beach not too crowded and we found lots of shark teeth and enjoyed the beach.. Especially liked seeing the numerous marked turtle nests. Kitchen was clean and mostly well-equipped.
We were super disappointed in the condition of the condo. It needs a lot of attention and replacement of much of the furniture and other items. Sofa, dining chairs, and bar stools were all in very bad condition. Even the 7- and 11-year old boys refused to sit on the stained sofa until it was covered with a sheet. Mattresses were mushy. Drapes were a joke. So many maintenance items unaddressed. Manager offered us a refund after our arrival but I expect he knew we'd be unable to find a suitable alternative at the last minute.
It was especially frustrating not to have any bath soap or shampoo provided. Ice maker was empty when we arrived so we assumed it was broken, but apparently it was turned on immediately before our arrival--so no quantity of ice until the next day. I've seen better toilet paper in gas station restrooms and nicer flatware in school cafeterias. There are a handful of nice touches--good pots, for example--but for the most part the property needs to have money spent on upgrades and maintenance.
On another note, we booked through Orbitz and had a never-resolved problem with the interface through VRBO which caused a lot of communication issues.

Breathtaking views from all windows! Right on the beach. We would love to visit again. So much better than a hotel. Very spacious!

We read this impressive beachfront home with private elevator for our family needs to stay and enjoy our grandchildren. The property was very well-maintained. The views were awesome.
Beach was clean and not crowded. This property Would definitely be at the top of our list if we in the area. Five Stars

Lovely overall stay. Would recommend a few things fir a better stay next time:
- more washcloths
- hooks in master bath for towels
- fix lights- a lot of the bulbs were burnt out or flickered.
- smart tv or a how to guide for operating the satellite tv

We absolutely loved this condo on a private beach. The condo is very large with multiple balconies and a direct view of the sunset over the gulf. Everything we needed was included and the condo was very clean when we got there. The host was quickly responsive to every e-mail. Our only challenge was locating the correct door for the condo, but once we got in the elevator (yes, there's an elevator!), it was very clear. Highly recommended and we will be staying again. Thanks for this amazing property.

This is a great beach spot with plenty of space, beautiful views, walking distance to the beach, dedicated parking, and lots of nearby restaurants for dining out. In case it makes a difference to your guests, one of the 3 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom is a trundle-style pull-out mattress, but all of the beds are very comfortable. They provide a couple beach chairs, an umbrella, and some beach towels, and there is an outside shower for cleaning off the sand before heading upstairs. We would stay here again.

Loved our view all day long. Saw dolphins playing in the waves. Walked down a short path to the beach. Great sand, shells and able to walk for over a mile in either direction. Several restaurants less than a mile away. Just the basics in the condo but that was all we needed to relax and unwind from our busy life.

Unit d is the end unit facing the beach and there are gorgeous views all around the living area. It's a large beautiful condo with a private elevator straight to your door.
The owner was very responsive and flexible/easy to work with.

Our family had a great time being able to wake up and go for long walks on the beach. Lots of shells to find up and down the sand. My husband and the boys played in the water.

This property is AMAZING! Immedialty upon entering the unit the view took our breath away. Andrew was super responsive and very accommodating to our needs. I definitely felt like I was on a tropical island somewhere else. It was quiet and the neighborhood was great. Everything is a short walking distance if you wanted to venture out. We can not wait to stay here again soon!!! Everything was absolutely PERFECT!! Thanks for having us Andrew!

I wanted to come to the beach for Mother’s Day and I picked The Beach House. The views are exactly what I wanted, and I though it was so cool that each room has its own patio. My family had a blast spending lots of time on the beach, just walking downstairs and straight out. It was hard to leave this beautiful place. My vacation was exactly what I hoped for and the owner Andrew was very responsive and kind!

The property is beautiful! It was great having an elevator that took us directly to our door. The home is in need of a few repairs. The parking is extremely tight. We were thankful out vehicle wasn’t any larger. Overall we enjoyed our short stay and would consider coming back again.

The views from this property are seriously priceless - windows all around, multiple balconies, beachfront balcony and steps to the ocean. Andrew, the manager, was very responsive and took care of our every need. The prices this year were appropriate, however the increase for next year, we felt, were overreaching. While the condo itself is lovely, the furnishings are subpar. The 2 twin beds listed were a broken day bed and a cot that broke (they did immediately replace that with a bed frame). There’s no dresser in the third bedroom so storage was limited. The remainder of the furniture was very worn and dated. Overall, with complete refurbishing, this would be worth the increase. As is, it’s questionable. However we enjoyed our stay very much and have all good things to say about the management.

The property originally rented was not available and this was our substitute. The house and property were nice but it needed some refinement. The interior decor was barren. There were exactly the number of dishes to serve 8. Serving dishes and pots at a complete minimum. That being said, I was impressed by the handling of the situation. Thank you for taking care and of my family’s vacation. Good job!

I'm really pleased with the property and I could see the housekeepers did a good job as well. The furniture is a little bit outdated but who cares if you have a beautiful view and a private beach! Great location, excellent customer service so it's worth every penny!

We were so pleasantly surprised with this condo! The views are amazing and the overall layout of the unit was perfect for our family. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful condo and seriously the views cannot be beat. There is certainly some signs of aging happening and the unit needs a little TLC (cracked floor tiles, one fan spins the opposite direction, carpet and paint is wearing down, fridge is banged up inside). Some areas needed some extra cleaning (some older sheet stains and exploded drink in the freezer), but overall the space was clean enough for everyone. The elevator was not functioning at all, but we didn’t know if that was a sudden change or not. Even with all these minor hiccups, we agreed we would stay again for nothing but location because it really can’t be beat! Definitely a great place!

Overall very nice. However the elevator was not working and we ( four women over the age of 70) were stay on the third floor. With temperatures above 90 it was difficult climbing three flights of stairs a few times a day ! The refrigerator had a broken shelf . Andrew did his must to accommodate us and helped with moving in .

Highly recommend for large families. Spacious and comfortable. VERY CLEAN! Communication with host was prompt. Large kitchen, dining and family room area. 1 minute walk to a beautiful beach with clear blue water. Lots of restaurants and shops in general area. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Beach retreat
This was a very spacious condo with beautiful ocean views and great location, walking distance to all the restaraunts in the area. The only negative is the refrigerator needs replacing, shelving was missing and a draw was put in its place that didn’t fit and the toaster did not work unless you held the button down the whole time. The home is not well stocked on toilet paper paper towels or any soaps so be sure you bring your stuff. The condo has several balconies but several had bee or hornets nests on them so we couldn’t use, but the front balcony overlooking the beach was awesome It did not impact our stay and we would definitely stay there again

The view’s are amazing! Property is great unfortunately we were not aware we had to provide our own toilet paper. It would had been nice on the details to provide items the guest must bring . Other places that I have stayed would provide toilet paper,soap, shampoo and conditioner. I would definitely recommend this place. Great time!!

Peaceful ocean views
Our new favorite area to visit! The place was plenty of room for us, three kids and a grandparent! Ocean views from nearly every room, steps right onto the beach. Calm clear waters for miles and miles. We loved it!

Perfect for a Family Getaway
This was a very quiet area, relaxing and peaceful with stunning views.
The beach had only a few people which made it nice to relax as a family and not be on an overcrowded beach.

Quiet beach get-away
Lovely spot for a couple or family. Needs some updating and oddly no rugs/bathmats were in the unit, but overall great condo. We would stay again.

Great Stay
Great location. Awesome view. walking distance to restaurants. Rental was super clean, kitchen is very well stocked. The only thing we lacked were beach chairs for the 6 of us. Some of the beach equipment was pretty old, but we made do.
