I can't say enough positive things about the host(s). Many nice touches and extremely well equipped. Residence was exceptionally clean and welcoming. Our first time visiting Butler Beach and we had a wonderful week exploring the area. Thank you Jack and Heidi for providing such great accommodations.

Spent a weeks in this wonderful condo. Very well appointed and great location. Several pools with the beach just steps away. Highly recommended.

Our family stayed for the Labor Day holiday weekend…our stay was relaxing and fun! The hosts, Heidi & Jack, went above and beyond with all the extras. The condo was beautifully decorated and felt like it was an extension of their home. The location was awesome too. Short walk to the pool and beach. Highly recommend!!!

This unit was perfect for us. Plenty of room, easy access to pool and beach, and the owners were so nice with all the little extras. My sisters and Mom all stayed in different units at Sea Place and they were all jealous of ours. Decorated to feel like summer/beach vibes, lots of cozy blankets, well stocked kitchen - PLUS - stocked coffee supplies, candy treats, cold drinks (non-alcoholic) waiting in the fridge - it was a wonderful surprise when we arrived. Beds are comfy, showers are great, and great beach buggy to use when heading to the beach.

The condo was lovely and very close to the beach and pool. It was the most well-stocked condo we have ever stayed in, and we very much appreciated the drinks and candy upon arrival. The host was readily available for any questions we had and was very gracious. We had no complaints and would easily recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for an enjoyable vacation!

The condo was perfect for our family of 3. The location was great. Short distance to restaurants and activities. The property owners were so thoughtful and kind. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly during the stay. Will most definitely stay there again.

Lovely place — very comfortable, clean, cozy and well supplied. Best part is being SO close to the beach and ocean — just gorgeous! The unit was perfect for a small family, pleasing kids with pool option and beach toys, plus streaming options and games/puzzles, and pleasing adults with easy walksh to the beach, balcony view of the ocean, well equipped ocean, separate prime bedroom and bath, and lots of nearby amenities (by car). Lovely place!!!

very relaxing only issue was that all screen doors 4 total on sliding glass patio doors needed replaced

One of the best St Augustine rentals we have ever stayed in! Very clean and inviting. The furniture inside and out is nice and comfortable to relax in after a busy day. Jack and Heidi thought of everything to make their guests feel at home. All the little extras were unexpected and really appreciated! /

We had a wonderful time!!! The condo was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! There are no words to describe how perfect our host/hostess were!! Everything was PERFECT! Excellent location, right on the beach!!!!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. Jack and Heidi responded quickly and kindly to every inquiry before and during our stay! The property was beautiful and comfortable in every way. We were welcomed into the unit with a personal note and provided with a fridge full of beverages, candy, and a well-stocked coffee bar. The complex itself is beautiful and well maintained. The unit was very clean and the beds were comfortable. This beach has become my favorite - it is so wide and uncrowded. Most days we were able to view a beautiful sunrise AND sunset. So hard to leave!

My family booked 5 condos at Sea Place for the week, and this one was by far our favorite! It is decorated so nicely and has lots of thoughtful touches. We especially loved the coffee bar in the kitchen! If you are looking for a condo at Sea Place, you can’t go wrong with this one!

This was the best condo! We were steps away from a private beach and the condo overlooked a relaxing pool. It was very clean and was decorated adorably. When we arrived, we were surprised to find fun treats and gifts for both children and adults. They definitely thought of every detail because everything we needed was there. We loved it and will definitely be coming back!!

Excellent hosts with a well stocked kitchen when we arrived, and many other little touches. Beautiful decor, cozy furniture. Very nice patio furniture. Plenty of board games for family fun. Truly a little home away from home. The walk to the beach was close and convenient! We truly enjoyed our stay here and wish our plans had allowed us to stay longer!

This condo was amazing. It was very clean and comfortable and several personal touches to welcome you to the condo. We had such a great time! Super close walk to the beach and only about 20 minutes from the old downtown, with lots of restaurants and shops. The owners were very kind and very quick to get back to you. This is definitely the place to stay if you make a trip to St. Augustine!!!

Visited for a mini baby moon! We loved everything about our stay! Location is great, easy to use amenities and when we arrived a few things were already waiting for us which was much appreciated! We had an issue with our grocery order we planned ahead for so having a few things as simple as bottled water and coffee available made our arrival was a great start! Thanks to Jack and Heidi for creating a comfortable place for us to relax before we welcome a new baby into the family! Easy to find, parking, great view and quick access to one of the pools. Having the beach supplies- chairs, toys, towels made for easy packing and not spending additional dollars for a quick visit. Condo is well stocked, very clean and the decor is adorable! I googled the towel brand and even purchased a set for myself before our visit was over! Hosts are very hospitable! We left an item and they immediately sent a note to arrange for it to be sent back! Thank you!!! Welcome notes and personal touches go along way and we really felt at home!

Great unit! Check-in process was a breeze. Unit was just as pictures reflected...wonderfully decorated, all the necessities with lots of nice extras. Clean and welcoming. Great pool view and excellent beach access. We will be back.

This was such a welcoming space to stay at. Their individualized hospitality and amenities were so thoughtful. The decor was cute and cozy with lots of comfy furniture and decor to make you feel at home. The beach and pool were both right around the back and parking was so convenient! A great find and would love to stay here again.

The owners were absolutely fantastic, so accommodating and truly cared about our experience. They had all sorts of refreshments and EVERYTHING you could ever need! We loved that the pool and beach were just steps from the door and that the unit had a washer/ dryer. It was SUPER clean and very cozy!

This condo was amazing! The owner went above and beyond expectations and then some. The grounds are well maintained and the beach is beautiful. I most definitely want to stay here again Thank you Heidi and Jack for making this 2 week vacation so memorable.

It was apparent the owners really cared about their property and their guests. They left goodies to welcome us and we really appreciated it. The unit was clean and updated. The pool is not heated but warmed up and we swam everyday. The beach is also lots of fun. There were chairs and beach toys, as well as towels. We will be back!
