Lovely beach getaway in a fantastic location. Lots of fun beach toys to use at the water. Rooms were well laid out with plenty of space for our crew.

We have rented in BHI for many consecutive years, and this was definitely one of our favorite homes so far. There is plenty of beautiful space to spread out and get comfortable in this home. Bedrooms are large and beds are great. Bathrooms are well designed and spacious. The home is bright and beautifully decorated, and the location cannot be beat! Rich was very responsive and reliable, and we would definitely rent this home again!

Our family of had a great week at BHI. The house was perfectly situated for our many trips to the Shoals Club. We had plenty of room to cook and relax in the evening. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we were able to stream Wimbledon as we ate our breakfast! We took full advantage of the island biking, swimming, sun bathing, golfing, and playing croquet. Perfect week!

Our family spent a week at BHI. The location of the house is absolutley perfect. Rich was very responsive and helpful. Our vacation was fantastic in large part due to the house being so comfortable and inviting. We will be back!

The house was wonderful and exactly as described. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach, exceeded all our expectations! Clean, spacious, beautiful! We will absolutely be visiting this home again in the future!

Great house, great location. Our family of 4 stayed here with some friends and their 3 young kids (9 total) and it was perfect. Very clean house with all of the amenities. The kitchen is really well stocked, which was perfect for us as we cooked all meals in. Rich, the owner, was incredibly responsive and patient with our somewhat frequent asks. We are already plotting our next visit back in the Fall, hopefully when it’s not 38 degrees and windy! Despite the weather, we had a really great time. BHI never fails us!

Ten family members stayed for our parents 50th wedding anniversary for the week. Great house, wonderful location. Host had excellent communication. Would definitely rent again. Bald Head is just fantastic!!

This is a lovely house within easy walking distance of the beach. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. A wonderful spot for a family vacation.

Have always wondered how this Southern Living-inspired community would “feel,” and the answer is fantastic! Less than a five-minute walk to East Beach’s beautiful sunrises and reflective beach walks. Super-comfy beds and sofas. Easy-to-cook-in kitchen. Highly recommend!

We have been coming to the island and renting for 10 years and this home was at the top. The home itself is lovely, bright, white and beautifully decorated, yet still completely livable and comfortable for our family of 6! The home was immaculately clean and has all the amenities and utensils, including extra touches like yummy smelling candles plus all the things the kids wanted and beach amenities, bikes and boogie boards and beach chairs and skin boards and surf boards and pumps for the bike tires. It is perfectly and centrally located to shoals club and all the East Beach accesses and the Turtle Conservancy, but on a quiet little street that provides you some privacy from the busier stretches in Cape Fear. Rich was a breeze to work with and super communicative and responsive. We can’t wait to return!

We have visited Bald Head many times and enjoyed our stay so much. The house was beautiful, and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed to even enjoy our Thanksgiving meal away from home. Super comfortable for our large family and cozy beds/bedding! Location was great and walking distance to our favorite East Beach access.

This home is stunning and perfectly appointed. It was flawlessly decorated and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The location was excellent. We plan to return and stay here when on the island and are already looking to book our next trip.
