Location cant be beat and perfect for a family with little ones. Few steps from beach. 5 mon walk to town. And quiet. We can’t recommend enough and will be booking again.

Also, well stocked with day-to-day stuff like TP and paper towels as well as pots and pans, etc. Very spacious house - lots of room to spread out so everyone could do “their own thing” when not at the beach (reading, jigsaw puzzles, Fussball (soccer) on TV, relaxing and so on. Working summer rentals through Berkshire Hathaway is definitely a major (huge!) improvement over our previous experiences with other rental agencies in the area.

Reviewer Comments: This was our second year staying at 75 Atlantic Ave. It is literally across the street from the beach and only a short walk to the boardwalk. The house was clean and well equipped. We had a lovely week!

The location was amazing, the house was clean. Only thing that could have made it better is if the house had a porch. Only outdoor space is the small screened in porch off of the MBR.

We loved renting this house and hope to rent it again next year. Perfect location and the house had everything we needed. It was very clean and lots of space in the living room to spread out.
