THE CONDO WAS VERY CLEAN AND VERY FUNCTIONAL FOR OUR NEEDS. WE LOVED THE GROUND FLOOR EASY ACCESS TO ENTER CONDO AND WALK-OUT POOL AND OCEAN FROM OUR ROOM IS A PLUS FOR US. WE WILL BE ADDING THIS UNIT TO OUR FAVORITE LIST. THE OWNER WAS GREAT AT COMMUNICATING WITH US.

This was our second family trip to Fort Walton, we love it! Such a great time and family/kid friendly! The room is amazing with an amazing view and great hosts! We will definitely be booking here again!

The stay was very enjoyable overall. We had an issue with a leaky shower and faulty toilet and the maintenance crew was very responsive. ADA height toilets would be a nice addition. Looking forward to our stay next year. Thank you

Outdoor furniture could use a good scrub and wipe down. Also, several doors could be wiped down, areas by the handles you could see where over time the doors looked dirty. The master shower also needed a good scrub, several areas of dark mold or soap scum especially around the shower door. Otherwise it was a great location. Very handy being on the first floor and walking out to the pool area from the patio.

Loved this Fort Walton gem. Plenty of space for all our guests. Great amenities. Loved our convenient access to pool and beach. Within walking distance to stores and restaurants. Wished we had more time in evenings for pool.

From the beginning to the end, it was a fantastic vacation! We had originally scheduled a Christmas vacation in a different condo but found out we were expecting a new baby so had to switch our reservations to a Thanksgiving getaway instead! It was seamlessly changed without any hesitation or trouble!! I really appreciated that.
We had a fantastic time in the condo. The only complaint was that we had to go home eventually! :). It was beautifully decorated and very homey! I love the location-right on the beach, can't ask for anything better!
We definitely look forward to staying again soon!

This is our second year staying at Azure and we love it! The access to the pool and beach can't be beat and the condo is so comfortably furnished and well stocked! The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella are a great addition. Perfect set up for our family vacations with a toddler! Can't wait to come back!

We stayed here as we have before a few times because of its location, cleanliness, and quality! It was great as always! The only complaint I’d have as I have become older and lost a leg and use a prosthetic, handicapped toilet and hand rails would be a nice upgrade! This is the best place for kids! We wish we had stayed somewhere a bit more adult oriented as we got away without our children and the rules keep you out of the pool and hot tub at 10 pm when we wanted to stay till 1-3 am and drink a bit. Not loud just enjoy the night! Still an Aa+ Resort!

We had a wonderful time with our crew of 10 (8) adults & (2) kids. It was so nice being on the ground floor of the condo units & directly by the pool. The condo had plenty of room for all of us & we felt like we were at home for the week. Another plus is having the covered parking garage it was nice always having a nice cool car to get into. We loved our stay and David & the crew at Coastal Vibe Vacations made things so smooth & easy for us. We look forward to staying at the Azure 107 again soon.

Sister's trip
We had a great time at the beach. Condo was clean, beautiful and spacious. Very comfortable! Patio opens directly onto pool area with a short walk across the boardwalk to the beach. Couldn't have been more convenient. We are already discussing next years visit. Highly recommended!

Fantastic time!
Our vacation was amazing and this was a great place to stay. The location was perfect! The first level access was great as we could go straight out to the pool and beach first thing in the am and could easily go back and forth as-needed. It was also nice to be able to be on the patio while the kids were in the pool and still be able to keep an eye on them. If (when!) we return to Fort Walton Beach we would definitely stay here again. Everything from the initial reservation, to check-in, very minor issues / questions during our stay, to check-out were wonderful. Thanks for the great family getaway.

Wonderful condo!
We loved our stay at Azure 107. Condo was beautifully furnished. Everything we needed was there. Location by the pool was so convenient. We love Azure, and this condo worked out perfectly!

A Great Stay!
Azure 107 is fantastic! We love to stay on the ground floor at Azure and have been in several different units over the years. This one was our favorite. The decor is wonderful and the location can't be beat!
