This was our first time on Cape Cod and we throughly enjoyed our stay! The property and house are beautiful. Excellent location close to beaches. Frank was quick to respond to any questions I had before and during our stay. Absolutely recommend!!

Wonderful house and grounds. Everything we needed for a lovely summer vacation. Never needed to leave the backyard. Beautiful pool, fire pit, patio furniture. Great location in East Brewster.

The place was lovely, and my family had a great week. The pool was a nice temperature, and the kids spent a lot of time in it. My oldest would bike along the CCRT and meet us at the bay beach. The house and neighborhood were nice, and we had great weather. What more could you ask for?

The property was perfect! I ca't say enough good things about the house. The house was immaculate. The furnishings were updated and comfortable. We were impressed by all the small details that make a house comfortable that were included. They were well thought out and thoughtful. Like a coffee bar with a keurig, the fact that bikes, a cooler, beach chairs, tennis raquets, kyacks were all left for us in the garage to use. Everything was in great condition and worked. Wifi/ air conditioning worked perfectly (we rented plenty of places were this was not true). The house was conveniently located right next to the Cape Cod bike trail that we used a lot during our week stay. The bad yard was incredible. A beautiful place to hang, relax and spend time with our family and friends. It's how I would want my back yard at home set up. You can tell how much the owner loves his house by the care he takes of it. It was evident that it was personal to him to have his renters have a wonderful time staying at his property. It was an amazing week and we would stay there again.

This was a great spot to have a family vacation. The house was very comfortable and has everything you need and the pool was great during the heat wave! And the yard was nice and relaxing. It was so great to have the bikes and to be so close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and then have all the gear to have a great trip to the beach (the chairs, umbrellas and cart were lifesavers!). And the pickle ball court and ping pong were a nice activity for the kids and adults. Frank was quick to respond to a few questions we had and made our stay stress-free! The welcome package is a great touch!

This property was outstanding in so many ways! Frank had everything you could need available for use in the house, from a very full stocked kitchen, umbrellas and chairs for the beach, to sports, bikes and pool rafts. It was so convenient we didn’t need to lug extra stuff from home. AC in every room, nice new furniture and beds, towels and sheets provided. It was amazing to bike out of the driveway right into the Cape Cod rail trail. We did rides every morning! The pool water was 76 and so refreshing on hot days. And Frank was super responsive checking in to see if we needed anything during the trip. I would highly recommend and hope to go back again!

We just returned from our family vacation, and our entire group loved the house! There was more than enough space (8 adults), and the basement TV room/bar area was perfect at night to watch the Stanley Cup Finals. The house is centrally located to everything on The Cape. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is close by, we walked to Crosby Landing, and then to Skaket Beach when the tide was low. Gorgeous walk, the tide was about 1/2 Mile out and we all had a blast! We also enjoyed the wonderful backyard! Very well landscaped, nice pool, fire pit and BBQ area. This was our first time to Cape Cod, we would all definitely return and stay at the house again!
