This little escape on the bay is tranquil, tastefully decorated, offers beautiful views from each room and balcony, and conveniently located to Rockport’s amenities. Comfortable home away from home!

The Apartment was beautiful and clean but full of ants

Enjoyed our stay! Kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Location was great too! For others wanting to book, this 3-bedroom condo is on 2nd floor, and don’t think this was included in the description. That wouldn’t have mattered to us and we would bill again! Only areas to improve: dock access and checkout time (11am instead of 10am) since after summer season.

Nice and clean vacation home (unit). Easy to find. Prompt notifications and easy access. Visited with my family for our sons 24th birthday. We loved the home and it’s location. It was our first time to Rockport and enjoyed the easy and friendly vibe!

This condo is well decorated and very comfortable. There were 3 of us and it was nice to each have our own room. All linens were provided as was soap, shampoo and conditioner. Instructions for check-in and checkout were clear. It was great to have the Vacasa towels for the beach. HEB, the beach, Fulton Mansion and the tourist shopping/dining area were a short drive away.

Quality was just as I would want in my own home, beautiful views. Only issue was inaccessible shelves due to cabinet installed weirdly high in kitchen.

The property was very clean and conveniently located. Rockport is more of a fishing spot than a family spot but we really enjoyed our stay.

Easy Check In, clean and peaceful. The pool was big and within walking distance. We had a great stay.

The condo was clean and comfortable, but it was one of the few condo's that did not have an assigned pier to dock a boat or kayak on or fish from. The pictures in the listing made it look like there would be a pier to dock our kayak on during our trip. A great kayak location was not the only reason we booked the condo, it's location was ideal for our trip and the condo looked very pleasant. I messaged the host 7 days before our trip to confirm there would be a pier to set our kayak on so that we could decide if we wanted to bring it or not. The host never responded. If having our kayak was a deal breaker for us, I would not have booked the condo before confirming kayak storage/docking. However, I feel that given the picture showing the piers, the listing should specify a boat dock is not available. My biggest disappointment is the lack of communication from the host. A week should be adequate time to reply. This is the biggest reason why I would probably not book with this host again.

Cons: The pictures look better than the product. Everything worked - mostly, Some of the closet doors were difficult to open, lamp in guest room didn't work, cabinet above micro wave broken. Pros: Fast WiFi, pool super close by, nice views, location was nice.

The condo was beautiful. Minimal decorations that made it perfect. Upon entrance, it had a home feel. The layout was beautiful. The view was beautiful. We would rent again for a weekend getaway. Thanks, The Conde's

We had a great stay at this condo. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the patio and fishing on the dock. The place was quiet too. We would return.

When we first arrived to the property, we were a little taken back by the lack of greenery. Our initial thought was it had a desert feel to it, but we were pleasantly surprised upon entering the condo how different it looked to the property from the outside. The inside of the condo was very welcoming, clean and nicely decorated. But, there were a lot of broken items including the close door in the first bedroom with the bunkbeds, the thin cabinet door by the dishwasher, the bathtub spout in the first bathroom was very loose, all the stools and the chairs in the kitchen were loose. I would say all the items mentioned with the exception of the stools and chairs didn't impact our say negatively but we were concerned with being blamed for the issues since we were not made aware of them prior to our stay. Overall, the condo is very much so worth it. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the overall location was convenient as it's near the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. My only recommendation the broken items need to be fixed or communicated to the renter beforehand.

We had a lot of fun! The only thing missing was a dock to fish from.

We loved staying at Little Bay Escape. Clean, comfortable house with a great view, closed to the beach. Overall everything was great.

This place was clean, nice, had everything needed for the kitchen and more. The rooms were great and very comfortable. Kids loved the pool it was nice and quite!! Dog friendly and we will definitely be coming back!!

Second time we have stayed at this place. First time my in laws stayed in the squeaky bed guest room. My in laws did not want to stay there because of the bed being so noisy when you moved so we decided to stay in that room this second time around. Well they were right. Horrible bed in guest room. It makes so much noise that every time me or my wife moved in middle of night we wake each other up. Owners need to change the bed completely out. Maybe they haven't slept in it themselves but please change that bed so we can continue to rent this place in the future. Now I know why my in-laws did not want to rerent this place again. Please, I ask that this bed is removed so renters can come back. We could not sleep well bcz any little movement and the whole bed sounded like it was gonna break. Hopefully the owners will take some time to look into it and actually lay on it or have the rental company investigate it. Also the twin bedrooms mattress are also bad. They need new mattress too and more comfortable ones. Stop cutting corners on beds because those customers who rent places look at all those details in comfort especially beds. Other than that, the place is great, location is great, and size is great. We really love this place but the beds are horrible with the exception of the master bedroom. That bed is comfortable and not squeaky at all. Once again please change the other beds and I will return for a third, fourth and etc. I love this rental. That's why we gave it only a four star. Thank you again.

Very comfortable clean feel like being at home

This was a great lace to stay, although 2 things were not clean but overall cute, clean throughout rest of place, perfect room for our small group!

Great place. Great location. Condo very clean and provides everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Rooms very spacious and comfortable beds. Definitely be booking again in the future!

Pros for this property or the following… 1. Fresh and clean 2. Lovely coastal decor and some high end finishes 3. Dog friendly 4. Fresh towels and sheets and the bedding was very nice. 5. Lovely water views and great location. Cons for the property 1. Lack of fishing pier /dock. Although shown in the property pictures, there is no actual fishing pier. This was a disappointment. 2. Kitchen cabinets need drawer pulls/hardware because they’re hard to open up without them. 3. Although it was cold weather when we stayed here, there was no patio furniture. And if it had been warmer we’d wanted to be able to sit out on the patio.
