Great lake house with beautiful views! The hosts were very nice and even let our daughter play with their dogs. We would love to come back!

We unfortunately arrived later than expected for our first night however the lights were on and we had no problem getting into the place. The owners live in the big house in the front of the property. We enjoyed meeting one of the owners and getting a little history of the area. Will stay at this location again!

The rental is a lovely modern dwelling on a large flat grassy property facing the open body of Sinclair Lake.

My husband and I have stayed twice at this vrbo and its a perfect getaway for us. It is not far from our home and the owners keep it stocked with all the essentails so getting there and starting vacation is a breeze! They have a great little beach entrance not far from the cabin, a dock and kyaks that they will let you borrow as well as hammocks for lounging. They hosts have made it so nice and relaxing! They live on the property so if you need anything they are happy to help.

My stay was on Father’s Day weekend June 18, 2023 it rained but we had a great time. The place was real clean and nice and the owner and his wife was very friendly and made sure that we had everything that we needed for our stay.We definitely will be going back.

Beautiful property and location! Ernie and Kathy are great hosts. This cottage was perfect for our BFF getaway. Spacious and had everything we needed. Once we got there we did not leave until checkout. We even made all of our meals here. Hosts were super accommodating. They even got us set up to go out on their kayaks- fun!!! Also enjoyed reading on the porch/deck and around the fire pit, sitting by the lake and sunbathing on the dock (thanks for the chairs!). You will not be disappointed with your stay here! We came over the Thanksgiving holiday to fish on Lake Sinclair. The boys caught two catfish and a largemouth bass. The kitchen has everything you need to prep food. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. It’s a very cute cottage with the most amazing views. The host was friendly and kind; and quick to offer any help if needed. We normally don’t let our dog off-leash, as she’s a puppy, but the owner’s dogs were so friendly that our pup thought she was in heaven. They played well together! What a wonderful getaway for our little family over the holiday!

My husband and I stayed here while visiting our son at Georgia Military College. It was the perfect place to reconnect and relax. The views of the lake are amazing and there is plenty to do- fishing, swimming and SUPing/ kayaking . Will definitely stay here again!

The pictures on VRBO don't show the true beauty of this place . The Host are above and beyond trying to make your stay a great one . They have two sweet dogs in which my daughter fell in love with . I can't say enough positive things about this lake rental . It's a short drive to town but yet still on the water with a million dollar view . And a beautiful little cabin and spotless when we arrived . Will be returning soon it's a hidden gem of Lake Sinclair . Plenty of room for kids to play and swim or just sit in the swing by the water and enjoy the view. We loved it .

This property was the perfect place for us to stay on Lake Sinclair! The location is awesome and the home is clean, modern, and well appointed!

Ernie and Kathy were amazing hosts! Our family spent a long weekend at their place and it was one of the best trips we’ve taken in ages. The cottage is perfectly appointed/equipped for a family. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. We brought our boat (22’ pontoon) and they generously gave us space on the dock to tie up every night. Launching the boat was super easy. Sunset Marina is very close. They have a $5 ramp fee and they let me park my truck and trailer until I could come back for it after driving the boat to the cottage. The cabin was super comfortable and immaculately prepared for our arrival. Ernie met us in the driveway and helped to get us settled. You couldn’t ask for a finer property or better hosts. 10/10 would recommend. Will stay again.

We had a wonderful getaway! The house was immaculate and our hosts were super friendly and welcoming. We even enjoyed some of the delicious fresh veggies gifted from their garden! Some curtains in the main rooms of the house would have been greatly appreciated...a little unnerving to be so exposed while in the kitchen and living room at dark. But other than that...it was AWESOME!!!

This place was amazing!!!! The house has everything you need! The host was the best you could ask hands down.... my kids 16,15, and 12 had a blast.. between kayaking , swimming , fishing , playing waters ports and floating around the beach area kept them busy the entire weekend. The wife and I enjoyed it also!! The fishing is also top notch here when the sun goes down grab your pole and some bait head over to the dock and get ready.. catfish at night bream and bass during the day.. the house is newly built and is very beautiful. We take weekend and week long trips all year long but by far this is the best trip yet. I told the host when it was time to leave that I didn't want to go... this is our new go to spot all summer long.. If you book here you won't be disappointed I promise.. Overall 10 out of 10 perfect vacation.... thanks for an awesome time

My family and I were in town for a family reunion just down the street. The location was perfect and much more comfortable for our group than getting a couple of hotel rooms. The view of the lake was fantastic. The cottage is nestled in some trees making for some great bird watching in the the morning. We loved our stay!

The property is beautiful. The home was clean and comfortable. We had high speed internet and all the amenities we needed. The beds are comfortable and clean. Fishing peer was great We caught some nice sized catfish. Overall 10/10. Could not have been better, I wish we could have stayed longer. The owners are welcoming and friendly.

This was our first vrbo rental on Lake Sinclair. Excellent location close to Milledgeville and boat landings. Inside of cabin is extremely nice. As stated in description, small square footage but a very good use of space. Easily accommodate a 4 person family. Mrs. Kathy was very nice and accommodating.

This is a charming cottage right by the lake. It is located on the owner's property but seperately from their home. Ernie is very friendly and helpful. You will also be greeted by his two sweet doggies. They do not go by the cottage area but may come say hello if you are about on the property. They never bothered us a bit. There were three of us in our group and we were there to fish. The place was absolutely perfect for us. It is newly constructed. Everything is updated and nice. I cannot speak for the amount of kitchen dishes, etc. We did not cook there. There were plenty of items available for what we needed to do. The shower has great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The beds are comfortable. The view of the lake is phenomenal. The location is very convenient to shopping and restaraunts. We have already booked another weekend at Ernie's place.
