Everything about this property was perfect for our family on vacation in Rosemary Beach! The location is very close to the beach, you can ride your bike or just enjoy a short walk through the main area of town. It is close to restaurants and shops as well. The multi-level floorplan allowed us all to have our space but come together for dinner, games, and we really enjoyed the view from the very top. Everything was available to us as far as beach access amenity cards, washer/dryer, grill, and parking. We look forward to coming back!

Great family house with plenty of space for 4-5 families.

Wonderful stay and property

Loved all the space and special areas of this big home. Sadly I don't think they are taking care of this gorgeous property as best as they could...broken handles on bathtub faucet, hot water issue in one of the bedrooms, the kitchen is lacking amenities - only had 1 skillet that looked 10+ years old for a house that can sleep 16, window sills filthy, bugs found throughout our stay. I think with alittle TLC and attention, I'd rate this house a 5 star.

Awesome house. I’d definitely recommend but a few minor things. First off, it rained for a day and there were leaks or bubbles all over the ceiling. We had buckets everywhere. I emailed the property management team and recieved no response. Secondly, we kept blowing a fuse (even if just one person was blow drying their hair) and the outlets would not reset. We were blow drying our hair in the halls. The location is great- one block from town and a quick walk to the beach. The house is fully equipped with everything you’d need and we enjoyed the 6 beach chairs in the garage. Two ice makers and 3 washer / dryers was a nice touch. Great spot for a family for 15!

The watchtower was a great place for our family of 15 to stay. It was decorated beautifully and pretty clean (keep in mind, they allow dogs, so I saw a little bit of dog hair and there was a giant urine stain on the carriage house rug that had never been cleaned) The bathrooms are gorgeous and the kitchen pretty well-stocked. The pans need to be replaced with better nonstick options and we were not provided with any sponge or scrubber so getting scrambled eggs out of them was difficult! There are lots of stairs so for our 3 elderly grandparents it was a little hard on them- the main living area is on the 3rd floor! We enjoyed the views and the balconies. The courtyard was nice and the carriage house was so great to have. Parking was easy. We had a few issues during our stay but beach getaways was pretty fast about addressing them! The hot water was never fixed in one of the showers, but everything else we reported was dealt with (clogged sink the whole week with black stuff coming up, stove burners not working) and the microwave is broken- most buttons don’t do anything. Overall, it was a wonderful stay because there was plenty of space to hang out, pretty decor, and location was great. With a few minor improvements, the property would be top-notch!

Overall-we loved it. Many stairs throughout.
