First I wanted to say thanks for the fun place.They said it was a 3 minute walk to the beach, they were wrong, more like one. Easy walk. Great location to everything. Place looks just like you see. Bed was Fabulous and everything you need in kitchen. Will be back. Great beach location

This little cottage was absolutely perfect for my wife and I to enjoy Anna Maria Island. I was pleased that the owner was quick to respond to a couple questions I had before our arrival. It made for such a relaxing trip. The cottage itself was very clean, comfortable and well decorated, with a nice array of kitchen utensils and a great back patio. We really enjoyed the location as it was in between the busier areas of the island. It made for a beach that was not very crowded. It is an easy two minute walk to the beach, and the owners even have a wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, and floats. All you need for a day at the beach . The location also made for a short drive in either direction to see all the island has to offer. I would certainly stay here again.

The Sun Unit at Postcard Cottages was a perfect place to stay on Anna Maria Island. Close to the beach and the gorgeous sunsets! Private yet convenient to everything! Immaculate and comfortable! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We found paradise at Holmes Beach. The cottage was perfect for our needs. It is beautifully decorated and well equipped with necessities. Steps to the beautiful white sand beaches. Close location to everything.

Great location. Walking distance to beach, shopping and restaurants. Very clean and kitchen well appointed to be able to cook at home if you wanted. Perfect way to experience all that Anna Maria Island offers.

As always, was a pleasure staying at your property! We arrived shortly after the hurricane, and although we had no power for a few days, we were still able to check in. The house was clean, well stocked, and perfect in every way. There was some damage outside from the hurricane, which was fixed promptly! Our coffee pot was not working properly, and we had a new one on our steps the next morning! Communication with host was always answered right away. We love this place and can't wait to book for next year!

I needed a few days of peace and quiet. I live locally but love my local beaches so much that I often take little getaways throughout the year. This was my first time staying and it was really nice. I love the decor because I was inside a lot and appreciate having pretty artworks to look at. I actually did watch a lot of TV while studying and the TV was nice and had Roku with all my streaming services and also in the bedroom but no streaming in there. The wifi was normal and worked for my online classes and stuff. The kitchen was stocked with nice dishes and everything I needed except any extra spices. Prior tenants have left behind salt and pepper. Check the closets and under the sinks, because there are extra items you can use such as oven mitts in the kitchen and left-behind stuff in the bathroom like body wash or sunblock in case you are in a pinch. Not every place has that and I appreciated it. The towels and blankets and bedding was all soft clean and cozy. A/C worked great. I was there in September and it was extraordinarily hot outside. It didn't rain but I was surprised by that since it's rainy season . The house was impeccably clean and tidy and fresh. I loved the outdoor shower in the back and the hose in the front. I constantly hose my feet, another really nice feature for Florida. There are several ways to walk to the beach. The house provides some older beach chairs and even a wagon, this is nice. I had my own stuff. I found that walking out the front, turning right at the stop sign and accessing the beach from that public beach access location to be the quickest and easiest way to get there. Takes maybe 2 minutes to walk that way. You can't see or hear the water, until you walk to the beach, at least I couldn't. The outdoor space is clean and very tastefully landscaped, I loved it.. The laundry is shared with the other cottage and they would need to walk through your back patio area to get to it. I would have preferred to have curtains on that side of the house for that reason. I used clothespins that I brought to hang a sarong as a curtain on the back door. It was sufficiently dark in the bedroom

Postcard cottage was adorable! It was decorated delightfully in a beach theme with such happy colors and fun artwork. Jojo was very kind and responded quickly to communication emails. It truly was only a minute from the beach, with a pathway back through a gate that made you feel like you were in a very tropical place. The beach was beautiful and uncrowded… we even saw dolphins two of our days on the beach. It was magical to be walking along the beach, or in the water swimming, watching them at play and feeding time. Seafood lovers that we are, we ate at a different place each evening and enjoyed luscious seafood dishes each place we went, including The Feast, Seafood Shack, Ugly Grouper, Starfish Company, and Wicked Cantina. A visit to The Green Turtle was a fun stop for finding some t-shirts, hats, flip-flops and other little treasures. The ladies working in there were so kind and helpful. Finally, we indulged in a “couples massage” at “Sea-renity” with Amanda and Caitlin, and they were wonderful! Knots in muscles we’d had forever, are gone! It was magical! This trip was everything we hoped it would be🥰☀️🎉

Very convenient to all beaches and just about any where you want to go on the island. We rented a golf cart and that’s how we got around all week. Very clean , updated and quiet. Thank you !

Well-located and with everything we could need for a relaxing week at Holmes Beach - we cannot wait to come back! All the linens were so comfy, and laundry on-site made for such easy clean up with our daily trips to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped and with less than a 10-minute walk to the grocery store, we felt right at home making our meals here. The house has very pleasant design/decor, and we loved having breakast outside - the back patio felt like our own tropical oasis. We didn't have to rent any beach equipment because the sun cottage has it all. It was perfect for our family of three! Bonus points as there was a box fan in the bedroom and we all slept like babies on the super comfy bed.

Cleanest VRBO we have bern in. Sweetly decorated, nice layout, well appointed kitchen, nice neighborhood, walk to grocery & Walgreens. Special beach a short walk away.

The beach chairs and umbrella were barely usable and some of the other beach equipment needed to be replaced

As adorably decorated as pictured.. spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals.. loved having the beach chairs/ toys/ towels. The patio was peaceful and private. Would definitely stay here again!

I rent this property often, and am never disappointed. Close to beach, quiet, clean, perfect size and close to shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend for a couple, or twosome. Thanks again for great accommodations!

Excellent location - near to the beach & shopping - nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Extremely clean property with everything you'll need for a relaxing vacation at the beach. Property manager responds very quickly to messages and addresses questions/concerns.

This rental is an a amazing location. House was squeaky clean and kitchen stocked with anything you could need. The laundry room allowed us to pack light..provided one roll of toilet paper and paper towels. Nearby Walgreens with a large liquor store(and Publix if you don't mind a walk or quick trolley ride. )Holmes beach is a couple minute walk and this beach the most peaceful some of the other beaches we checked seemed crowded (coquina & manatee) outdoor shower was great to rinse sand. TV. Comfy King size bed and many pillows. Netflix seemed a bit slow on the living room but we weren't on vacation to watch tv. A/c was perfect after a hot afternoon to relax for lunch. Amazing places to eat within short walking distance too.

This is my 2nd time staying at the sun cottage. Only thing I wish was different, is its too bad its not right on the beach. Otherwise, I never want to stay anywhere else. Cottage has EVERYTHING you need, adorably furnished, great location conveniently located. Can't wait to come back next year.. Jojo is very helpful and an excellent property manager.

Super cute beach cottage. Had all amenities needed to make your stay a real pleasure. Fully stocked kitchen, comfy king sized bed. Loved the outside patio. Just perfect for a couple or small family.

This cottage was just as described and we would stay again and recommend to others. Our 2 teenage boys were with us and it was still cozy enough for the 4 of us. Short walk to the beach with no major roads to cross. Great location!

There were no paper towels, dishwasher detergent or dishcloths/sponges. Be forwarned. But the kitchen is really well stocked otherwise and we left those items that we bought for the next visitors. But in general this is a really nice place in a convenient and quiet location. We'd stay again.
