Beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. Right near the bike/running path to the beach!

Fantastic stay, beautifully equipped house. We’d definitely stay there again!

Great home perched above the gray but convenient to all Ptown has to offer. Great house for groups. Would recommend 10/10.

Real fine

The property was a DREAM but the neighbors were horrific and we tried contacting for help with questions regarding parking and the neighbors and no one got back to us until the neighbors contacted the homeowner and the homeowner contacted the property management. It was a shame because we really loved the place. It had everything we could have asked for

This rating is only attributed to the management company, Vacasa. Rented the property in January and selected it primarily because it had a fireplace, knowing a lot wouldn't be open and I would spend a lot of time inside. Arrived and the fireplace didn't work. Called the property manager - they sent someone out. He admittedly said he only checks the properties to see if they are clean. Said they would send someone out to repair it. No one showed up after calling. After my stay, sent multiple emails to Vacasa requesting some kind of reimbursement. Followed up again, and no response. I own a property that I VRBO and would be horrified with the lack of response if it was managed like this. I won't stay at a Vacasa managed property again.

The property was clean, well maintained, and was great for larger groups! It was about a 15-20 minute walk (5 minute drive) to downtown and to the grocery store. We would recommend this place to anyone coming to PTown

Beautiful, spotless multilevel vacation house. So spacious and clean. Short bike ride to town and two miles to Race Point. So grateful for your stay there.
