House was very clean and looked just like the pictures. And in a great location. My only complaint would be the hot tub/pool situation, anytime you wanted to use either of them you need to text the host an hour ahead of time to turn them on and then text again when your done to turn off. Just seemed to be a bit of a hassle and like we were bothering them at night to use the hot tub. Other than that we did enjoy our stay.

We had a great stay! The house was "better than the photos" for sure - one level home like most/all on the PHX area, one side had 2 bedrooms (3 beds total) with a shared bath. The center had a large kitchen that was open to an area with a pool table and large TV - the teenage boys loved playing pool whenever they could. There is also a dining room right off the kitchen and a TV room with couches. There were some board games to play in a cabinet. The other end of the house has master bedroom/bathroom which was great. The house has a golf-theme throughout - we had a great time with our family of 5 (parents, 2 boys, 1 girl) but could also be used for a guys trip. The outside had a nice table, fire pit, hot tub, and pool. Was nice to relax in the warm weather but the kids (young teens) also enjoyed the hot tub as the evenings were a cool. It is only a few minutes from I-10 that gets you into downtown PHX and a lot of things to do and many restaurants within minutes drive. Would definitely recommend. The hosts were very easy to get in contact with.

Great home

We had a wonderful time. There were a few issues with the pool and hot tub but the owner/management were very responsive and repaired everything as quickly as possible. The house was plenty large for five of us and very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. It was great to have two playgrounds for the grandkids within walking distance as well as a very nice golf course within a mile. It was also close to the Wildlife Zoo and Top Golf.

Quiet neighborhood with plenty of entertainment options!

This home is very comfortable and is in a great location for places to enjoy such as shopping and restaurants. The backyard is relaxing and the neighborhood is quiet. Owners were very easy to communicate with which made our vacation stress free!!! Would absolutely recommend for a great stay in Arizona.

This home is beautiful & everything is so well maintained. The beds are comfy & they provide plenty of plush linens (including several pool towels). The kitchen has everything you need (including a pantry with staples like spices, oils, etc). The pool, hot tub & outdoor area was our favorite & we spent most of our time out there enjoying the Arizona sun! There were a few minor hiccups. The pool & hot tub can't be heated at the same time & the only way to switch them is to contact the owners. The owners were incredibly responsive, but I felt bad having to pester them all the time (& because they were in charge of the controls, we weren't able to turn on the hot tub lights, the pool water feature, etc.). We also found the WIFI & cell coverage to be spotty, which is tough because the WIFI also controls the TVs & the thermostat. But again, a message to the owners reset the WIFI so it ran much better for the duration of our stay.

This home is even better than pictured with a picturesque backyard, comfy beds, and spacious interior. We did have a problem with the pool heater in late November, but the homeowner talked my husband through a fix, had the pool guy come out, and even refunded us some money back for our trouble. This is a dream of a house!

This place was simply gorgeous! The home and outside area were just as pictured and very clean. The beds were super comfy and the pool table was so much fun! It was just what we needed to get away and relax. Checking in and out was a breeze. We would definitely stay again, thanks for having us!

Despite the property having multiple issues during the stay, the property owner and host up representative were quick to respond and make every effort to correct all issues. Other than that, everything was very nice and we enjoyed ourselves.

The pictures do not do the house justice. It was amazing! It had everything you would need and then some. I will definitely book my stay here again on my next visit to Arizona.

No stone was left unturned at this place. Firstly the cleanliness and attention to detail of this place was breathtaking. It far exceeded my expectations to say the least. Everything that you could possibly need to survive in a place was already there from towels and bedding to condiments and seasonings for food. There were pots and pans also and a grill outside to accommodate any cooking that may have been necessary which, I cooked pretty much every day. The pool and hot tub were the icing on the cake for me. They added an extra touch with different color lights that could be applied to the pool. The pool table was also a nice touch. The house was good for me because the neighborhood was beautiful and there was a kids park within a 2 minute walk from the property which my daughter enjoyed. The host was very friendly, prompt, and always willing to answer any question. The only thing I regret is the fact that I didn’t get to purchase the property for myself when it was on the market. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone and I plan on staying again if I’m ever in the area.

The pictures do not do justice to how beautiful, spacious, comfortable and well supplied this property was. The management company is very responsive and the check in and check out processes are incredibly easy. The only thing that was not ideal is that the master bedroom fan speed cannot be adjusted and neither can the AC temp (not below 70 anyway) which made for some hotter nights than we prefer. All things considered, we had a great time in the area and some of the best were our times at the home and the pool.
