Very nice property and enjoyed our stay

This house feels like a luxury get away. The views of the sound/inlet waterway are stunning. I love drinking my morning coffee on the deck, and having a cocktail at sunset. The sun sets are stunning. I love this property, and the property manager is excellent. She is very communicative, and really helps make the stay welcoming and comfortable.

We had a great week in this beautiful house with an amazing view!! All the rooms were spacious, functional and welcoming. The outdoor living was also extraordinary with multiple decks, patio and poolside seating. The pool and spa were definitely a hit! We had so much fun! Very relaxing too!

A beautiful house! The owners were very helpful and easy to reach. Recommend highly. A lovely view; loved sitting on one of the many decks and listening/spotting lots of birds. Comfortable beds and lots of space!

The house is really nicely decorated and was extremely comfortable. We had a lot of rain during our stay, but it didn’t matter because the views were beautiful and we were here to spend time with family. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine, chips & salsa. We were celebrating my Dad’s 87th birthday and Angie (the owner) had some chocolate covered strawberries delivered. What a great surprise! Angie was absolutely fabulous to work with & we really appreciated her thoughtfulness. There are a lot of stairs, but there’s also an elevator which is nice when you’re bringing up luggage and groceries. Also, there’s a pool being built in the backyard which will be great for warmer months. All in all, I definitely would recommend staying here.

Clean property with the feeling of home.

The property was very nice. It was perfect for our family. Very close to shopping. Beautiful view of waterway. Great internet.

Everything about our stay was dreamy and relaxing. From the Prosecco waiting for us in the kitchen, to the gas fire pit on the back deck. The house is immaculate and decorated beautifully. The host has everything you need for a fun vacation: corn hole, ping pong, quality beach gear and toys, etc. My husband and I stayed here with 5 other couples for a wedding in town. Everyone in our group said this was the best rental they’ve ever stayed at! One complaint would be that the upstairs master bedroom doesn’t have curtains. I imagine they didn’t want to obstruct the gorgeous view of the river. This wasn’t a big deal to me because I wake up early anyway. But something to consider if you need the environment dark. All the other rooms have full blinds. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Great property. Will be adding this to the list to return to in the summer.

We had a lovely time in this beautiful house with amazing views of the sound. We loved watching birds from the back deck. We were a group of 6 adults, and there was plenty of room to spread out. Comfortable beds, with deck access from every bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking (though be warned, usually in a rental house there are leftover condiments, but we found some packets of bbq sauce and ketchup, but no salt, pepper or sugar). We walked to the beach, and to a nature trail by the grocery store, and drove to Fort Macon one day, Beaufort another, and Cape lookout visitor center the day we left. Would absolutely stay here again when we return to the area.

My friends and I decided to take a friends trip to Atlantic Beach this year. This house is absolutely gorgeous 😍. The area and views are perfect of the sound. The house was very clean and met all of our expectations and more. The beach was a short drive with public access. The house is so close to alot of great restaurants! Angie was sooo helpful and a great host ! She is quick to respond and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend this house if you are planning a trip to Atlantic Beach.

We stayed here with another couple for a wedding in Atlantic Beach. The house was very close to the reception and within walking distance of town. Everything in the house was very clean and new--it was so nice to have extra bedrooms and space! The view over the marsh was beautiful and we really enjoyed all the outdoor space.

The house was beautiful and very clean. Each bedroom has a King bed, so everyone was quite comfortable. The living spaces were also big and comfortable. The deck on the top floor had incredible views of the sound and salt march. We had a delightful stay.

Beautiful home with beautiful sunset views! There is an amazing 3rd floor deck with comfortable outdoor furniture and a gas fire pit to enjoy a drink from the wet bar in the evenings. Kitchen has all the amenities needed to prepare meals if you wants. Bedrooms are also comfortable with King size beds in each. Atlantic Beach is one of our favorite places to visit with family. This home is perfect!

This home is everything you could ever ask for! Beautiful views and all! The icing on the cake was THE ELEVATOR! Perk for getting groceries in the house! Great walking distance from the beach and got rave reviews from other family members who popped in during my family reunion. Sad we had to go but, look forward to coming back to the property hopefully in the future. Angie was a lovely accommodating guest and very responsive when it came to answering any questions the family had. Thanks for having us and you’ll be seeing us again!!!

This is a wonderfully decorated house with unbelievable panoramic views over the sound with beautiful sunsets!! The house appears professionally decorated with many extras such as an elevator, fire top table on the upper deck, wall mounted large flat screen TV’s in each of the 4 bedrooms as well as the family room. The kitchen is well stocked. Each bedroom has a very comfortable king bed. You can walk to the beach in about 10-15 min. Main living is on top or 3rd floor with master BR, with other 3 bedrooms on second floor with their own outdoor deck. The ground floor garage has been converted into a game/TV room with a ping pong table which we enjoyed. I would definitely rent again and owner communicated well! The only suggestion I would have is for the owners to put blinds or curtains or shades over the huge window in the master bedroom that overlooks the sound! It’s a beautiful view, and high up so no one can see in, but the light overwhelms the room at dawn. Some may like to wake up and see that beautiful view, but it would be much nicer to have the option of closing curtains or shades if you want a darker room and sleep in on vacation!!

Had the best time being reunited with my best friends at this house. We ate countless meals on the back porch as we watched the sun rise or sun set. Had the most amazing views and a home full of everything you could need for the best beach vacay! Hosts were responsive and so kind!
