Loved the property and location. Quiet neighborhood just off the main roads with everything you could need within walking distance. The property was very well kept and included everything we needed. The backyard was very private with lovely trees and landscaping. We walked to the beach, restaurants, shops, pier, post office and farmers market.

This property has a great location. Loved the pool and sitting area under the house. Stairs might be a little tough for older guests.

Just a 2.5 block walk to the big beach on the West side for sunsets. Just a bit further to the East for sunrises, and Cool Beans coffee shop. Also of note is the house had great wifi and the pool is salt water and heated. These nice features were not part of the description, so now you know what we didn't. House and kitchen are well stocked with everything needed, which was great, as we cooked there for most meals.

We had a great stay at the Beachcombers house! The house was very clean. Location was perfect. Overall very happy with this house and would return to this property.

The house is amazing and the pool is beautiful. You couldn't ask for a better location with two blocks to the ocean and countless stores/restaurants surrounding you. The free trolly was an island perk that got us everywhere we needed to go. The main issues we had were communication with the property manager which could use so much improvement. There was a lot of confusion and their communication wasn't helpful in resolving it. When the maintence person came he was amazing and kind. A big thing to be aware of is when you arrive there is nothing there outside of some small starter kits (tiny shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods etc). I've never been somewhere before where there wasn't salt and pepper or other condiments left by previous tenants. We received an email after we booked letting us know there was two toliet paper rolls and one paper towel rolls. We got in late and put in a grocery delivery order for the morning and then we were surprised there was nothing. Everything on the island is quite pricey which makes sense but I truly hope everything we left was passed onto the next guests and the next guest weren't also left with nothing upon arriving.

This house is great for 6 people! Super clean! A few minor things like the pool light was not working and no inside entry from the garage or pool. Other than that, the back yard and pool were beautiful and very private! The house was perfect and in very good proximity to most things we wanted to do!

The house is very comfortable, very clean well equipped and the pool is very well located with a lot of sun.

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was perfect for us!

Great vacation in our favorite place!

This was the perfect location for a fun stay with my wife, adult children and significant others. Clean, comfortable beds, nice pool area. It was nice to have some umbrellas and beach chairs. Could have had better cooking tools (a cookie sheet would have been nice). And only one of the bikes could be used without having to stop and put the chain back on every couple of blocks. But overall, I’d rent here again.

We LOVED this house. Great layout, clean, well-stocked with plenty of towels, cooking supplies (no spices or anything… but plenty of pots, pans, dishes, etc.) we loved the outdoor shower and took tons of showers out there! Plenty of pool and beach toys, wagons, chairs, etc. Firm, comfy beds! About a 5-minute walk to the beach. Would definitely rent again!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. Very clean, close to everything and had everything you would need. We had a small issue with the locks on the first night, I called the emergency number and it was resolved within 20 minutes. Can not beat service like that. I would definitely recommend this property and this management company. Loved it!

The front porch and chairs were extremely comfortable and inviting. We really enjoyed them in the early mornings and late afternoons. The house was a perfect get away. The pool needed a little attention but the next day the pool people came and took care of it and within a couple of hours it was resort ready. It was a great location we were able to walk to the beach, shops and food. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Beachcombers was just as picture perfect as the pictures show. The location is beyond fantastic, 1 block to Pine and 3 blocks to the beach. The heated pool, grill, ping pong and the bikes were all excellent amenities that we really enjoyed. The only negative was the mattress was a little firm for my liking. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to AMI.

Can’t say enough good things about this house! Perfect location, 2 minute walk to the beach by the sandbar or short drive (or 10 min bike ride) to bean point beach, short walk to shops, restaurants and general store. The house is awesome, plenty of room, super clean, And the backyard is great! The one thing I would change is to replace the lounge chairs by the pool but other than that this place is literally perfect! Looking forward to coming back next year! Thank you

Wouldn’t change anything... It was a great and pleasant experience. Anna Maria is a beautiful place to go and enjoy by yourself, friends or family. The house was in mint conditions and property manager was very responsive. Will definitely be back soon!

The house was nicely decorated. Even though it can accommodate 8 people, I think 6 will be more comfortable. It has two bathrooms one downstairs and one on the second floor. Three comfortable bedrooms x 6. And a sleep sofa downstairs. There is coffee makers and plenty kitchen utensils. May need to bring additional paper towels, toilet papers, etc. Not too many provided. Few blocks from the beach. A breakfast place and a restaurant just a short 2 blocks away. More available but a little more walking or very short driving distance. Nice secluded patio with heated pool. We had no problems so, we did not need to contact host. Definitely, we will go back . It is a beautiful place!

This was honestly one of the best vacations we have ever had. Anna Maria Island is quaint, quiet, and beautiful. Beachcombers was the perfect home for our stay. It is walking distance to beach, bay and shops/ restaurants. The home was clean and bright. The front balcony was perfect for morning coffee. The back patio and pool were amazing and private!! Just like the pictures. We had bikes, beach chairs, beach toys and a ping pong table. I can not say enough about how happy we were with this property!!

Nicely decorated and maintained. Everything you could want for a great stay. I loved the pool and landscaping and amenities. I would go back again and again. Easy walking to either side with great restaurant choices.

The house was perfect - my only complaint was the lack of stairs going into the backyard for the pool. However, I believe that the issue is going to be taken care of- I would recommend this house and look forward to staying there again next year!

Adorable house, was very clean and cozy. Fresh mangoes every morning from the tree on the property, quick walk to get coffee/chai tea (at Ginny's), quick walk to Beach or Bay, lots of beach towels provided (which turned out to be very nice with kids!), and bikes were provided! That was a great addition to the house that you don't get with other properties. Also provided was every pool/beach accessory you can think of. Kitchen also had everything you would need to cook, no need to bring any appliances or pots/pans. Absolutely GREAT location...close to EVERYTHING! And with bikes, it made it even easier. The only negatives is that we didn't realize the two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom (maybe our oversight), and there is no way to access pool/laundry room from the back of the house. It would be great if the deck wrapped all the way around to the back of the house, with stairs going down into the backyard to access the pool and laundry room easier. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would stay here again!

Loved the house, very comfortable and clean. Great location for a walking to the beach, the restaurants and shops. The pool in the back yard was nice and private with beautiful landscaping around. It was very nice to have a place that provided bikes and beach wagons, umbrellas and beach toys for the kids. Loved sitting out on the porch at night too just relaxing. Had a great stay would definitely recommended.

We loved our visit to Anna Maria. Making it especially nice was the home we stayed. Very comfortable with great beds and beautiful front porch where we had breakfast every morning. Pool was beautiful too. We really enjoyed this vacation and highly recommend this home. There were chairs, umbrella and toys in the garage for us to use as well. Thank you so very much. Hope to come back again.

Stayed a week over Xmas 2016. A wonderful location, quiet but close to beaches, restaurants etc. The house is clean and modern, spacious. On the downside, we noted the really noisy mattresses in the 2-single-bedroom upstairs and the all-day noisy pool pump which made the garden less relaxing. In summary, still recommended.
