The property was as advertised in every way. Plenty of space for our family. Communication with the property owner was beyond our expectations. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Paradise Valley Village - It was a wonderful house for our children and family to gather during our stay. Clan - comfortable and very roomy with a great pool and games for everyone. Lauren was wonderful at making sure our accommodations were meet and her communication was always timely. This was our first visit to Phoenix and we were not disappointed! The house is not only beautiful, it’s clean and has all the extras we enjoyed on our vacation (pool, games, etc). Lauren, the Owner was super easy to work with and she took the time to answer questions to make sure our trip was perfect! This will be our go to rental next time we are in Phoenix!

This is one of the cleanest and nicest properties we’ve stayed at. Plenty of amenities for your stay. The home is well organized and excellent for a family. The backyard and pool is great as well.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here! The pool warmed up nicely even though it was very cold the day before we arrived and the communication with the owner was excellent. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was also very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and other attractions.

I cannot say enough good things about this home and it's hosts! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The home was beautifully decorated and equipped with anything you could imagine. The beds were so comfortable and all the rooms were nice sized and very nice. The foosball table was a huge hit! There is an amazing coffee shop, Cortado Coffee Roastery, a few blocks away, it is a nice, short walk through the neighborhood. But the real gem is the backyard! There was lots of space, multiple seating areas and options, and the pool! The pool was such a lifesaver! Even in the cooler weather it was the perfect temperature and the toys and loungers were a very welcome bonus! We will stay again on one of our future visits for sure!

We had a group of 7 fly to AZ to see our son. The house was perfect, and large enough for my son to join us. Slept 8 comfortably. The back patio was a great place to relax. The neighborhood was very safe and great location. Would stay again!

The location of this house is easy to find and close to a variety of things to do like Top Golf and OdySea Aquarium. The host, Lauren, checked in on us and made sure that everything was working for us. The neighbors were friendly as we went for walks around the block. The four bedrooms were nice for each couple to have their own room during our stay. Annie's House accommodated our group comfortably.

All of us absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. House was very clean, everything was well labeled and was very roomy. We had 9 people in our party and had plenty of room for everyone. Property was very nicely decorated and was clean, the neighborhood was nice and close to the hwy and grocery stores. The bedroom doors didn’t close all the way and would get stuck when you tried to open. I notified owner and they were willing to send someone out to fix it right away but we decided it wasn’t going to be an issue. The house overall was very nice and spacious and we really enjoyed our stay. I will definitely choose this home for my next phoenix trip. Thank you 😊

Place was nice.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property with my immediate family and two cousins. I can't say enough good things about it! We love the layout of the house and backyard. It is immaculately kept and well stocked with everything you need for cooking, convenient laundry to keep up with clothes, a comfortable sectional perfect for watching a movie and the beds and linens are lovely to sleep on. It is seconds to the highway to get anywhere you need in the city quickly. The hosts were great to work with and appreciated the opportunity to reach them directly instead of a third-party service.

I stayed here with Our family in May, for four nights. We were there for a wedding, which was amazing. The location of the home is in a great place close to restaurants freeway and also in a great neighborhood. The house was very clean, so was the outdoor space which we all loved! There were instructions all over the house on how to operate remotes, TVs and all the cabinets and drawers were labeled!!! We did not waste any time looking for anything that we needed! Thank you for a pleasant experience!

Beautiful property, spacious, clean and filled with entertainment options for all ages! Conner check in to make sure we had everything and very responsive.

I was traveling with my husband and three college aged sons. This was such a perfect place for all of us! Everyone had their own space, yet plenty of areas for us all to hang out together as well. The pictures are so accurate! We didn't do much cooking, but the pantry is very well stocked. We grilled lunch a couple of times and had everything we needed. In fact, the grill tank ran empty and there was another waiting to replace it. The whole home is very clean and has everything you need while traveling. Very generous with towels, etc. I loved that we could do laundry during the trip :) The backyard is gorgeous. The smell of the orange blossoms was divine. We are very happy that we were able to have the pool heated - the 5 of us used it so much. Plenty of outside seating. My boys hung out in the pool and watched March Madness on their laptops - they looked like they were in heaven. Nice location - it felt like it didn't take us long to get anywhere that we wanted. Quiet neighborhood. Will definitely recommend to family and friends if they are headed to the area. Thanks for a great trip, we plan to visit again!

We had a great time at this property. We felt very comfortable in the home and the neighborhood was very nice. I was super impressed with all the supplies available to us at this property. We had a problem with the door to the bathroom sticking and he was on it the next day. Always available to us if we needed anything. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate with us and we didn't' get to use the pool., but it was very nice. We would defiantly stay here again. It was nice to stay someplace that was just like their pictures.

We had the most amazing stay at Annie's Place. The house was very welcoming and the open floor plan made my wife want to sell our house and look for one like this! Our kids, 3 and 5, spent most of the days in the heated pool, and were completely worn out at the end of each day. Even though the weather was "cold" for Arizona standards (mid December), the pool heater was cranked to 97 to try and keep it warm enough (outside temp was 59-65 during the day, 39-44 at night, and the pool was able to stay around 80-82). Connor is a great host, who goes above and beyond to make sure his travelers feel at home and that no details are missed. Prior to the trip, he responded to all my messages quickly and continued to check in after our arrival. I wish all hosts took as much pride as Connor does, in making a trip as good as it can be, we will definitely stay at Annie's place again!

We had an amazing stay and Connor was a superb host! We've been a lot of places and never have we ever been to a place so stocked and ready for guests. There was absolutely no feeling of "stingyness" when it came to the towels or the comfort of the home, the kitchen accessories and utensils or anything in between! Every bedroom had a hamper or laundry basket and a mirror which we appreciated. Seems silly or small, but those things are really useful! Every bathroom had toiletries ready for us to use and that extra effort was so appreciated. It allowed to us to start relaxing even sooner. We'd suggest adding trash cans to each bedroom as well (we were changing diapers around the clock!) But that is extremely minor. When Connor learned we had a baby with us he went above and beyond to provide baby items like a pack n play, portable seat, and toys. We felt so cared for and truly at home. Even though we had to pay a daily rate for the heated pool (we came in October) it was well worth it as our kids were in there all day! Connor's hospitality and preparedness for guests is unmatched! The only suggestion we'd make is to eventually add a hot tub out back!

We had a fantastic 9 day stay at Annie’s Place. It was the perfect setup for our stay. The large open living room/game room/kitchen was great for meals and card games. Our girls, ages 10 and 7, couldn’t get enough of the foosball table and the pool. There are endless choices of games on the arcade machine The backyard is a great space to relax with a swim in the afternoons or enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings. The master bedroom is large and comfortable with a great bay window looking out at the pool. Connor thought of a lot of things you’d need, with plenty of bowls, plates, cups and tools to grill and bake with. There was coffee and spices there. Oh and wait until you see the pantry. Rest assured you’ll have an enjoyable, comfortable, and memorable stay.
