Location and large very well stocked kitchen

What an absolute beautiful and updated home in Boerne! The kitchen, dining and living room form one large space. The kitchen is so well stocked and even included spices and oil. In addition to the one large living room are two smaller sitting areas where you could work, enjoy a good book or set up a play space for children. My favorite part of each day was sitting on the outdoor sectional which overlooks the creek. The perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the decks.

Funky house but good place to get away from in-laws.

Before out trip, I wrote to the owner because a previous guest had written that the 2 FULL size beds were incorrectly listed as QUEEN size beds. I got a reply from owner that stated everything was as advertised. This was not the case! There are two full beds (we measured them) not two queen beds. We had one couple drop out of trip due to illness so we were o.k. on beds but guests should get accurate information. House is beautiful and roomy!! Host has done an excellent job of making sure every thing guests might need is supplied!! Boerne is a beautiful town and we enjoyed shopping there. WILL RENT THIS HOUSE AGAIN!!

We loved the layout of the house. We were not there a lot but totally enjoyed it. The porches were great to sit outside. It would have been nice to have a couple boxes of tissues. We had to blow our noses on toilet paper.

We were very happy with the living area of this house. But the 2 bedrooms that advertised 2 queen beds were actually 2 full size beds. I would not have rented this house if I knew this information. The rest of the house was excellent. The kitchen was beautiful with a huge island. The 3 bathrooms were nice and spacious. The outside area was a good place to relax. We were happy with the customer service when we called with questions.

Everything was new and up to date and very clean. The home had the best location to be able to enjoy downtown Boerne. Truly everything was within walking distance.

The inside of this house is lovely and roomy. Lots of toiletries and a well-appointed kitchen. The master suite is astounding! We enjoyed our stay. The only negative thing is the outside property. The yard looks kind of shabby. The cushions on the seating overlooking the river are too dirty to sit on and the cushions were blown all over the back yard twice.

Great house for our family and friends. Clean and neat! We will try and stay again!!

Rented for family in town for a wedding. House is modern, well appointed and comfortable for a large family or group, with several separate gathering areas and a wonderful back yard that slopes down to the river. Relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Enjoyed our stay for a wedding at Double Diamond Ranch. Added to your fishing kit, but unfortunately no bites at the river. Walking distance to Main Street and all downtown shops. Great place!

Loved the house, cleanliness, amenities, location, and friendly neighbors. Had some trouble with the TV. Calling Glen, the mgr on duty was not pleasant. It was after 5:00 and he was out at a club and annoyed I called. Never resolved TV issue. Bring your Fire Sticks! Encountered a couple other issues with Managment company. One of the guests had AIr B and B’s. Definitely more personal and flexible when able to talk to owners and not management company. However, overlooking these minor things the house was great. We’d certainly come back again.

This house was wonderful! It is in a great location, very close to great shopping and restaurants. Very nice neighborhood. After shopping, our family sat outside and enjoyed watching the ducks along the creek.

Great place for larger family. Plenty of space. Company so easy to work with and a great location!!

We had a great weekend getaway in Boerne. Nice walk to Main Street. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Perfect size for 3 couples. Definitely recommend.

The house itself was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our large family. The property was wonderful. There was a large grass area for the kids to play and they could fish, feed ducks, and watch turtles all from the rear yard of the property. Not only was the property great but it was also only short walk to town. We loved everything about our stay here.

The home was immaculate. It was a short walk into town, and Boerne was a lot of fun. Only complaints are not enough toilet paper or bath and face towels in the house. There is nothing in the kitchen, like basics such as salt and pepper & napkins. I know this is dumb to mention, but horrible cheap plastic toilet seats. Otherwise, bathrooms, kitchen and rooms were beautiful and spacious. We were under the impression that there would be a DVD player because there were lots of dvds in the home, but no player. Overall, if given the opportunity, we would definitely stay here again.

Great things about this place: the 3 bathrooms, the view of the Cíbolo Creek, the immense kitchen, the proximity to downtown Boerne. We had an excellent time.

This is an absolutely gorgeous home right on Cibalo Creek and so close to shopping the strip stores that one could walk. And we had an extra shopping plus with Boerne Trade Days the weekend we stayed. We spent time in the backyard and watched the ducks and geese parade pass. It was very relaxing. The bedrooms are very spacious along with very roomy bathrooms and an even more amazing kitchen that was stocked. Everything was clean and neat. There was a information notebook that was somewhat helpful however needs updating since COVID as several of the restaurants didn’t deliver. We would definitely stay there again. Just a few tips, bring your own coffee as we had forgot. They do have a regular coffee maker and a Kureg. There is one of those tall heaters outside but we couldn’t get it to light even after changing the tank with the grill tank.
