It was quiet, cozy and beautiful stay!

We had 3 adults and 2kids. We rented 3 bedrooms. Each had its own entry and bathroom. There is no kitchen provided but there is a microwave and kettle. The kids loved the hot tub and short walk to the beach. Nice spot to have a coffee in the morning overlooking the water. Easy to find. Quick drive to town.

Overall misleading and mismanaged but cheaper than other places. Listing shows the full house but you only get the basement level. Host tried to only give us 2 out of 3 rooms, after haggling we finally got the lock code to the 3rd bedroom we PAID for without enough towels or sheets for our group. None of the amenities worked (even though we were assured they would). It’s a cheap stay but not a bargain. If had known all the above, would’ve paid to stay someplace else.

Absolutely loved the vrbo, will definetly be coming back again…. Gorgeous views and it was very clean throughout.

We had a pleasant stay with our family in Ucluelet. The accommodation is situated at a beautiful spot with amazing views. Rooms are nicely decorated. Definitely recommended if you are staying on the island.

Overall we enjoyed staying at this place. It has no laundry or kitchen, so staying over 2 days with many kids may pose some challenges.

No Netflix No tv One day no wiffi

Had an amazing stay at this vacation home, we were blown away by the peaceful views and constant nature including eagles in the trees right out front and the occasional curious deer. Communication with the owner was efficient and we would come back again.

Our family of 6 adults stayed 3 nights. Our days were filled with surfing and relaxation. The property is beautiful with a fantastic ocean view. The location is within walking distance to local shopping and great restaurants. Communication with Andy was quick and friendly. Many thanks! We hope to stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at Andy's place! The property is beautiful, the rooms and bathroom were clean and well appointed, the king beds were really comfortable and the hot tub is a nice perk. There is no kitchen (as listed) so it might be a bit difficult to stay here for a while, however there are fridges in the rooms and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Also each of the rooms are separate which is nice for privacy, but there's no indoor common space which might be challenging for groups in cold/bad weather. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at Andy's place!

We had a great stay at this property. It looks like things are still being set up so a few things weren't ready, but other than that, it was fantastic!

The location is beautiful - five stars. And we really enjoyed our stay, would certainly come back, despite a few flaws. We rented it as a 2-bdrm, and it wasn't perfect for that b/c there is no indoor common area. It was two separate studio units. Neither of the units had any kitchen area (just microwave, coffeemaker like hotel rooms). There also were not any utensils (eg, stir stick for coffee) - though I'm sure the owner will fix that issue. During our stay, the rest of the building was empty. So we really enjoyed hanging out in the waterfront grassy yard. Not sure what it will be like when the other two units are rented - hit or miss, I suppose, depending on the other guests, you'll definitely be in a shared space with them. Probably still really nice, but less private than our experience. The check-in process was very confusing, because we were expecting one 2-bdrm unit. It was easy to get into the first unit, but it was only one-bdrm - minor panic ensued (what kind of mistake did we make??). Then we figured out there was a second unit with the 2nd bed - relief! But the only hint was a 2nd key in the lockbox, which we assumed was just a spare key. I'm sure the owner will make that easier to understand going forward, but it was alarming. I promised my adult daughter her own room, and for a good 20 minutes, it seemed like she would have to sleep on the loveseat. Upsides: it is a big beautiful waterfront property, looking out into an inlet with large fishing boats passing by regularly. A large eagle population lives nearby - we watched two bald eagles engage in aerial combat over a fish, and saw many golden eagles in the trees above the property.

I didn’t realize it was 3 separate suites when I booked but it was really nice to have privacy between groups. It was very clean and roomy. The location is great and the waterfront was amazing. I would recommend to anyone and would definitely come back. The beds were so comfortable too!!

My friends and I came to Ucluelet for the weekend and staying at this property was fantastic! The location is great and the house is gorgeous. Property is right on the ocean, and there is a hot tub which was very relaxing. And the two bedrooms we had was perfect for the 6 of us. We spent a lot of time in Tofino and surfing but we also walked around Ucluelet and also went to the lighthouse. Overall, the rooms were clean, they provide extra bedding, towels and the host was very responsive and easy to reach. Would recommend and would stay again!

Waterfront property on the harbour side, very quiet and peaceful. Rooms were a good size, king beds and pull-out doubles, bathroom also spacious. Don’t miss the kayak guided tours right next door.

Stayed with my husband and 3 kids. Ideas for on-site would be a kayak for use. Otherwise the accomodation was great.
