Great location and home. Beautiful view, close to community pool.

Loved the bay views and accessible parking.

We arrived to no air conditioning and then got locked out of the house because the keyless lock malfunctioned. Vacasa, the property management company assured me that a handy man was on his way but he never showed. We were here for 3 days and I communicated with the property management company several times but no one ever showed up. I called after checkout and Vacasa claimed to have fixed the issues and would not credit any of the $562 management fees for a 3-night stay. Ridiculous and so disappointing! Put a real damper on our mini-vacation. ☹️

this place was so clean and had all the essentials we needed.

Although this was the smallest 3 bedroom property we've ever rented, it had a lot of vertical elements which made it feel very spacious. As a property that allows pets, I wasn't expecting "spotless" but this was the cleanest property that my family has ever rented. We rent a patio boat every year and there is enough frontage to dock, although tight. We could easily pull the boat in front ways for loading and such. The back yard is small but very private. The dining table was a little small for 7 people, but their were enough chairs, so we made do. The view over the water was beautiful. Everyone in our party loved this property and we plan on renting here again.

The house was fine, could use a refresh. No barbecue grill, no wine glasses nor corkscrew?
