A week was perfect! We cooked breakfasts at home, had everything we needed. The Publix and Hattie B's was close by and the Uber was 10-20 a ride making it easy to get to town. The Condo was very well equipped and beautiful.

This is very close to the city…a short 8 minute ride! The property is modern, clean, and well maintained. 8 adults were very comfortable, with plenty of “hangout” space, and very nice sized bedrooms. The property has a huge 2-car garage, so if you drive or rent a vehicle you will have no issues with parking. We loved the deck with gas firepit, and got a lot of use of this area. There is a grocery store, a Walgreens, a bank, a liquor store, and a bunch of other shopping, all within walking distance, which is very convenient when stocking up. It was a great stay, and we would stay here again!

Our stay was great! The home was great for myself and 3 friends. Everyone had their own extremely comfortable bedroom and 2 of the 4 had the private y of their own bathroom as well. Really nice. We enjoyed the roof top space every evening. The location is away from the crowds but close enough to easily enjoy all Nashville has to offer. Would definitely stay again

This was a very nice place for the 6 of us for our long weekend in Nashville. Nice quiet location and pretty quick Uber ride to downtown. There was a few ants here and there but didn’t bother me. Also we’re a few small hornet nests in the upper outdoor seating area that I think might be a problem later on if they aren’t removed before getting big. But that outside patio area up top was pretty nice to hang out and relax. Overall real nice place to stay.

This was the perfect place for our girls weekend for 6! So clean & so much space! It had everything we needed and was a great location! I would definitely stay there again. I’ve already recommended it to a friend!

Perfect location for visiting Nashville and Franklin. Our group included 3 couples, so having all the King beds and separate bathrooms made it perfect. We had a snow storm the weekend we were there (unusual for Nashville), so we really appreciated the garage! The rooftop space looked fun, but it was too cold to venture out! Would book again!

3 couples visited Nashville for New Years. House was perfectly located for all of our activities. We visited Zanies on Saturday night and General Jackson cruise on Sunday night. We would stay again.

Great gathering place for family of 7 for Thanksgiving holiday. Property is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. We would not hesitate to return, should the need and opportunity arise.

Very clean and convenient to most everything. The neighborhood was quite and no one bother us. Property management was easy to work with and quick to respond to any issues.

Nice king beds. Very uncomfortable sofas and chairs. Very little water pressure on the top floor. Easy to get to Broadway street to the bars.

The house was nice with room for everyone. Loved the location!!! Easy to get to wherever we needed to go. Beds were very comfy and loved the 3rd-level patio!!!

The house was perfect with four separate rooms, whether individually or couples. Everything seemed brand new very well appointed and comfortable. We love the rooftop deck! Only thing missing was the table outside as pictured, so we weren’t able to sit around the table on the deck.

This house is perfect for a group of 8 (we were 4 couples). It is spacious, exactly as shown in the pictures, well decorated, in good condition and clean. Beautiful house indeed. We were impressed and everyone had positive feedback. We loved that it had 4 king beds so no one had to compromise there. There is an awesome rooftop to hang out and play games, have drinks with friends and relax by the fireplace if it's chilly at night. We loved the lounge area on the third floor, too. The location I was worried was going to be far from downtown, but I was wrong - just a short Uber ride into downtown with an average of $10 each way. This house definitely made our Nashville experience a memorable one. The host (Laura) was great too - she let us check in a few hours early and answered all questions timely. We will definitely be looking into renting from The Music City Collection again if we come back! Thank you!

Good except the furniture was extremely uncomfortable.

Place needs a little TLC a lot of really small things loose screws handles and door knobs and bolts and marks on the walls, but over all the place was great and good location For a large group great place well organized

This is a great house for large families. The four king beds are perfect for grown children or couples. Location was close to everything. We enjoyed our stay.

Property had Amazing energy, and space. Check in process was extremely simple. The lighting, amenities, location was amazing. My family&friends had enough space for resting after partying, bathroom spaces were awesome. The rooftop vybe was extraordinary. Will definitely book again when we're back in town, and to refer others to this Host. The communication from the host was Spot-on just to describe some particulars, and the host was great in responding back. 10 out of 10. Keep that amazing place available if not booked.

Great place to stay, only 10mins from downtown!

This was by far the most beautiful rental we had ever stayed in!! The furnishings were gorgeous, kitchen was spacious!! Pillows were sooo comfy and so were the beds! At this price point babe 4 bedrooms all with king beds and 2 with their own bath and then 2 on the 3rd floor shared a bath and a half bath on the main level! The added rooftop seating area had views of downtown and fireplace!! The added living space upstairs with mini fridge was great as well and the couch served as a sleeping spot for an extra friend who joined late!! The area is extremely safe and only 3.5 miles to downtown! Berry hill also has some nice restaurants within .5 miles and there is a Float place and massage place within walking distance. Laura was great to work with and answered all questions I answered! Book direct through them as well saves on some fees. We will definitely be booking this place again on our next trip! As other said there is a train some of us heard it and the majority slept through it but bring ear plugs just in case but that is the only downfall. The garage is also super nice if you have a car! This rental is definitely more expensive in the peak times/summer but we got a fabulous price for the winter wine it being the slow season.

Seven of our travel group met here in Nashville to take in the weekend events with Hallmark’s Enchant and Opryland’s Ice. This townhome provided a great atmosphere, was close to all the events, and we greatly enjoyed our time together.

Check in process was easy. My contact was extremely responsive. The house had plenty of space, very modern, and updated. Uber rides were easy and short rides. I recommend staying here for sure.

4 couples total stayed. Perfect amount of space for relaxing and having a good time on the roof top deck. Close enough to downtown to Uber to reasonable rides. Laura had superb communication!

We were a group of girls in town to Nashville from all over the country. This location was an easy 12 to 15 minute Uber ride into most areas of Nashville. It was a safe area with the dog park close and some shops not too far away. Here were some pros about the unit: We loved the upstairs deck, beds were super comfortable, artwork and main hang out areas were edgy and we loved it! Some things that would make the stay a little bit better: more towels/dishes, missing some basic such as salt and pepper and Kleenex. Also, the table on the top floor deck has a leg that is hanging on by a thread (most likely needs replaced). Finally the check in process was somewhat annoying as you had to wait until four or pay $225. It would be awesome to be able to at least drop off your luggage into the garage area as 4 is very late. Overall tho, good experience. I would stay here again!
