This cabin is exactly what we needed for a nice quiet getaway. The fireplace near the TV with a nice sitting area was wicked cozy. Plenty of hiking around the area and the town of Littleton is nearby which has some nice shops and restaurants. If you're planning on doing any cooking I'd recommend bringing a good chef's knife and a cast iron skillet as it's pretty minimal for kitchenware. Make sure to bring your own firewood as well. Overall we had a great time and would happily stay again.

Two non working refrigerator’s, one bedroom lightbulb was out, wifi is terrible, broken picnic table outside, coffee machine wasn’t working, home was fairly clean but did find dusty corners and both couches were covered in pet hair and just dirty. Vacasa sent out maintenance man on the last night of our stay and he was unable to do anything about both refrigerator’s. He did reset the coffee machine and was unable to replace the bulb because of not having a tall enough step ladder. I have been back and forth with Vacasa reps about trying to make this situation right and so far I’m yet to get any answers. This was my first and probably last time using these services. Too bad it is a beautiful home that does need a little work but what house doesn’t. We stayed from 8/21/22 to 8/28/22

Friday, July 8, 2022 Entered the cabin and noticed a very musty smell. One person took a shower and came downstairs stating the water smelled. Before you even got to the top of the steps the stench was very evident. No one could shower due to this. Had to go out and buy bottled water for drinking, washing and brushing teeth. Went to test the water from the kitchen faucet to find the whole unit hanging on to the base by a thread. Ran the faucet and the same stench was emitting from the sink kitchen as well. Decided to air out the cabin by opening the windows. Most windows that would open had no screens and the few with screens you could not open. Windows that did open and had screen were filthy with dirt, dust, grime, cobwebs. There were no curtains or shades on ANY windows, not even in the bathrooms. The refrigerator appeared new yet did not keep the food very cold, the freezer did not freeze. A bag of ice was placed in there and a few hours later water was leaking out of the closed freezer door. The mini fridge was not much better. Kitchen supplies were lacking. One frying pan, two sauce pans, a heavy-duty skillet. There was another fry type pan that was disgusting – not usable. Simple items such as a bottle opener, measuring cups, knives (not the small steak knives) etc…….. would have been useful. Old candy wrapper under a bed upstairs. Why are we charged 180.00 in cleaning fee when the place was clearly not cleaned thoroughly after the last guests let alone evidently for quite some time based on the windows, window sills, porch, porch chairs, light fixtures. Kitchen floor was dirty and should have been mopped. No smoke detector in the main living area, yes there was one in the bedroom off the kitchen (behind a closed door when people are sleeping), and yes there was one in each bedroom upstairs (again behind closed doors when people are sleeping). TOO LATE if there is a need for one, smoke would be up the stairs that you have to go down???????? Picnic table is not safe, one guest sat on one end and the board came flying up on the other end. She was able to catch herself and not fall off. Illegal plumbing and electrical

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cabin in the middle of nowhere, which is exactly what we wanted. A couple things where the refrigerator was not working and we had to throw away spoiled food, also no washer or dryer or outdoor water.

Both my partner and I enjoyed this rustic property booking. If you are looking for a gay friendly vacation camp experience (without the tents), this could be a perfect choice. Every aspect of the home and outdoor access felt like a camp experience. It was absolutely emaculate. It's better suited for a family with kids, but our family dog enjoyed everything. The only things to be aware: almost no Internet (that's okay), but you do need to be prepared for emergencies -- no phone service and after a certain time, the backwoods are pictch black and driving could be dangerous. I also think the key in process should be better outlined. At first we did not know how to access the indoors because there were multiple padlocks, so we freaked because we had no cell reception.

I had an incredible time tucked away in this spacious, clear, naturally lit cabin. Everything worked perfectly, it was cozy and warm and all the things you'd want and expect from a cabin in the woods.
