The pool and the party in the bar

The location was as advertised, i thought it was safe at first with the locking gate and 24 hour desk, however it turned out that anyone could be let in and there was a public club on the property
Not advertised is the horribly loud discotheque bar that blasts music that shakes your entire room until 1-3am and allows creepy men to roam in and out of the hotel - unsafe for women. I went down to ask how long it was going to be going on, as well as messaging the person who confirmed our checkin (via Whatsapp) and although they turned it down for 2 minutes, it continued throughout the night. When inquiring about the noise, there were several men (without wristbands, which we were required to wear on checkin) wandering about coming in and out of hallways and the front gate. It made us nervous to go out again that night. Would not recommend for any female travelers and I don’t understand why they even are trying to have a hotel if guests have to sleep with earplugs (the bar club is definitely a permanent fixture with music blasting all night)

The staff is super friendly and there is a nice bar on the second floor where I met some local people. It was really fun. I totally recommend it!

Awful. Pounding music played in the hostel until 2am that could be heard (and felt) in the dorms. It was so loud that it was impossible to sleep even with my earphones in. I had an early flight to Inquitos and the lack of sleep had a knock on effect that made me fall sick and made me miss my expensive Amazon rainforest tour. I spoke to the guy at the desk about it and he said there was nothing he could do - if there were clients still upstairs the music had to keep playing. This is ridiculous. There really should be a quiet time like every other hostel because not everyone is there to party. Some people book a place to sleep to ACTUALLY sleep. And the irony is that I booked this hostel because I was in a party hostel before and thought I could get some sleep here because nowhere did it mention it was a party hostel.

I met excellent travelers in the common areas, the bartender taught me how to make pisco sour, they gave me a tour of bars and restaurants in Miraflores, and they gave me a surf lesson

Convenient and safe location. Showers were warm. Affordable prices. They helped arrange transportation to and from the airport. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice.
They put us in the incorrect room but we were able to fix it. Unfortunately the new room was SO HOT we couldn't sleep at night. A fan was provided but it wouldn't stay plugged into the wall (it kept falling out). We eventually ended up taping all of our plugs in to try and get things charged. We tried to sleep with the windows open but the smell of smokers outside and loud music made it impossible. The lock box did not open after we put our things in, I almost thought our passports would be locked in there which was terrifying. In the morning, I was hoping to buy some snacks and drink from the front desk before a long tour, but noone was there (we thought it was 24 hour reception). Overall not the worst hostel we've stayed at, but definitely could use some upgrades.

The location is great, the swimming pool is really nice and the staff is very friendly. It is also very clean and the beds are confortable. I recommend Llaqta Wasi in Miraflores.

I liked the receptionist. She spoke English. It was nice they had a small area to eat. The cook was accommodating and friendly.
Noisy and the credit card connection didn’t work so I had to go to an ATM to get cash. 3rd floor room was a long way to carry bags at midnight. The manager texted me using WhatsApp to say someone would pick me up at the airport with my name on a sign. He forgot to arrange my pickup. Thanks to Taxi Green at the airport who took over.

To be comfortable, the people I met there, and the staff is nice, easy in their mood, table tennis.
There is no space between the stuff that is in the place, the beds are to much closer to each other, the facilities as well, seems like they tried to put in so much stuff that everything is squeeze, too few space to being around.
The pool is no quote clean or at least seems to be like that, I never saw someone cleans it, it is to cold despite they know the weather is cold they don't look like they care about that.
They are selling a room of 4-mix-bedroom and when you arrive they said that room is not available anymore because is a female dorm, be careful not to lease that room.

The pool was nice on a hotter day, good ping ping table too. Breakfast was nice but always late, so if u have an early start u miss it.
Group of people staying up all night long being noisy and finishing their bottle of Whiskey at 9am when we went down for breakfast. Staff could be rude at times and unprofessional. Gap above door where window usually is so light and noise reached our bed.

The Staff and the owner were amazing and super helpful! The location is perfect, close to the beach for surfing and 15 minute walk to the main restaurant area. Room was very comfortable and clean. Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

the location is good.
my room was next to the reception so everything could be heard. in addition, the other people in my room spoke until midnight. there isn’t much room for your baggage and beds are close together. the power sockets next to the beds didn’t fit the plugs properly so they hung loose unless you have something to prop your plug up with. I’ve travelled for three months in South America, and I have had the least amount of sleep in this hostel.

I would appreciate from the merits: a good, tourist area in the city and close proximity to the park and the sea. Low prices for dorm. The staff speaks English. There is really hot water in the shower.
