My group of 6 adults had a wonderful stay at Seaclusion. The house and property is beautiful, clean and has gorgeous views from every room! The beds are new and comfortable. Kitchen is clean and fully stocked with all the supplies you need. Outdoor seating is very nice to sit and watch nature. Showers are large and beautifully tiled.
That all being said, there were a few issues. The hot water heater stopped working halfway through the week. We notified the agent, but it was not fixed while we were there. The TVs did turn on but could not access any shows, live or otherwise. There were fire sticks on each one, but no matter how hard we tried, we couldn’t get them to work. The beach was the other issue. Beautiful to look at, but not to swim in. Very rough waters on this stretch of beach. At first we thought it was the weather and wind? But as we traveled around the island other beaches were calm and very swimmable. We were disappointed with this, but that just caused us to drive around and see the rest of the island.

We loved our stay in Exuma. The house has everything needed for a comfortable vacation. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are very comfortable and the views are amazing. We found great snorkeling right off the beach in front of the house. The water access is under repair but we had no trouble climbing over the rocks to the beach.

Seaclusion was AMAZING!!! We loved the location and the gorgeous views! The house was very well stocked with everything you need. We liked that there were beach chairs, coolers, floats and so many other things available for us to us, especially when we traveled to other beaches for the day. We also loved that there was plenty of room for 2 families with 4 kids total. We were able to explore Exuma during the day and enjoy the house in the evenings. Some potential “dealbreakers” for pickier travelers might be: the steps to the beach have washed away, therefore for small children or elderly it might be tricky getting to the beach/water. It was absolutely NOT a problem for us. For those that like to sleep in the bedrooms have sheer curtains, so the sun will wake you up. However, we enjoyed the beautiful sunrises/ocean view from our bed. The island has lots of biting bugs but we are from NC and can handle bugs…just bring spray!!
It was a treat that we got to visit this beautiful home!! I promise you that you’ll love everything about it! We would love to come back again! Thank you Abby for sharing your home, we are now ready to move to Exuma!!

This was our second time at Villa Seaclusion. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean and waking up watching the sun rise above the ocean is special. The house is tucked away and you enjoy full privacy with just a few homes on this particular stretch. It’s like a private beach. The house has everything you need. It is fully stocked. Check in and check out was easy.

Seaclusion is a wonderful home. On this trip we had 9 adults. Some of us first met in Miami waiting for our flight and this home gave us all the room and space we could need. Every room has an amazing view, comfortable beds and linens and the whole house is decorated “peacefully”. We have been to Exuma several times and have stayed in several properties, each having their own special attributes. Seaclusion is perfection when it comes to comfort and relaxation both inside and out. Please, please, please remember you are on an island. You are beach front. The very things you came for are things that should add to your stay not take away. Part of the deck washes away? The Ocean has her own mind. She’s magnificently powerful. Cold shower? What shower? Ocean! If you have an issue that is fixable, it will be addressed immediately. And if you don’t enjoy Seaclusion then perhaps Exuma is not for you. Relax

Second time staying here and it really is a magical house. Well equipped and comfortable with anything we needed. We had some minor issues during our stay and Abby was extremely helpful and responsive. The high tides in Exuma over the last couple years have affected the beach area and the dock to get down to the beach but you still have beach access. All in all it’s an incredible property in a beautiful part of Exuma.

We rented multiple properties and this was the worst service we’ve gotten. Our other properties met us at the airport to show us how to get to our homes, while we could barely even get a response from Abby on where to find the property. Once she did respond after we spent a very long time looking for the house her response to us was simply “I don’t usually have persons not finding SeaClusion.” No helping us get directions, nothing. Finally once we arrived to the property it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Floors were dirty, and countertops still had hair and all kinds of stuff on it. Disappointed overall.

Our stay at Villa SeaClusion was amazing! The location is insane- right on the last part of beach with absolutely stunning views!! The deck was such a nice place to hang out in the evening/morning. The house itself is so spacious, bright and airy. The floor to ceiling sliders were so amazing so that we could always see the beautiful ocean. The decor is calming and charming-it’s as if I had designed/decorated that home myself! Abby was responsive and kind. Overall, amazing stay and we would definitely stay there again!!

First impression: excited and outstanding!
Loved the setup with 2 master bedrooms. We enjoyed the living room, kitchen. Used the back porch and back deck every single day and night.
Very central location to our activities. Would stay here again.

Beautiful house with great Wi-Fi and great air conditioning. The back deck is wonderful and the steps down to the beach have been rebuilt and are perfect. When we were there, the beach was wide with plenty of sand. The water was calm and beautiful. The kitchen is gourmet and well stocked. We had plenty of room for four adults and five teenagers/children. Just keep in mind that the bedroom curtains in the master bedrooms are sheer. Also, There are only two hooks for towel holders in the bathrooms, so I advise to bring a portable clothesline to hang up wet bathing suits and towels. The temperature on the hot water heater could be turned up a little bit. Even when letting the water run for a while, it never got very hot.

A group of 4 couples rented Villa SeaClusion. The house is stunning and the beach, right in front, is as beautiful as any beach we saw in Exuma. We swam and snorkeled in the beautiful azure water almost daily. I hadn’t read much about the beach is front so I was a little worried. But, it is wonderful.I would highly recommend this rental. The only negative I have to say is I would suggest more hooks to hang clothes on since there are no closets. However, I would definitely rent this lovely house again!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Seaclusion. Everything is perfect and exactly as seen in the pictures. The booking process was easy, the communication with Abby was great and the check in process was a breeze. We had one small issue with the air-condition but Abby send someone the same day to have it fixed. The location of the house is fantastic. We love Farmer's Hill since it is very close to Cocoplum Beach, a quick drive from the airport and easy to get to George Town. The beach in front of the house comes and goes with the tides and winds. With that said, there might be incredible days to go swimming and snorkeling and/or it can be too rough to enter. This is not a beach for inexperienced ocean swimmers though. The day we left they fixed the stairs which lead to the beach. The house itself is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We ended up cooking a lot since restaurants are limited on the island and the kitchen is supplied with everything you can possibly think of. We enjoyed the spacious patio and the deck. We rented a car for the stay but the roads are rough in certain areas. We are definitely coming back and we can not wait to wake up and fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. Thank you for sharing paradise with us.

This rental is absolutely gorgeous with all the shades of blue. Everything matches. You see the turquoise waters through the (very expensive!) sliding doors. The beach-facing doors in the bedrooms also slide FULLY open to feel like you're outside.
There's a brand-new gas grill. The power went out daily but there's a generator that kicks in after a few seconds so it's no bother, huge plus! The appliances are very high-end and nice. The AC works wonderfully as well. The wireless network was really fast! There were TONS of towels to use and a great big float for the water. Kitchen had tons of dishes and cooking gear.
Bring your own spices, and maybe firestick. The water for us was barely tolerable to get a shower (even after running it a long time) and water pressure was low. No water jug so you'll want to buy bottles.
The breeze keeps most of the bugs away. Stairs are still broken but it's easy to get down to the beach I think.

This was our 1st trip to Exuma and the location of the property was outside of Georgetown so a short drive was required to go to grocery store or restaurants but the beach right outside of our back door was breathtaking! We had a sandy beach right off our patio and took walks on the beach every morning. Would definitely stay here again!

Incredible experience. This is our third yime at Exumas. The house is new, very comfortable, well decorated and super clean. The view is superb and the beach and sea amazing. We will come back!

We had three couples staying at SeaClusion, the accommodations where spot on with plenty of privacy per couple. The early morning breakfast started the day with a great sunrise. Most of the day we spent exploring the water, renting boats from exuma boat rentals, which in my opinion to get the most out of the exuma's you need to be on the water. We also booked a day trip with Roberts Island adventures, which covers all the major highlights in one trip (swim with the pigs, lizard beach, swim with sharks and dive into thunderball grotto). Overall a great place to stay, safe and secluded. Another note, a rental car is a must and the bigger the tires the better. You won't go wrong renting Seaclusion.

We just returned from a week at Villa Seaclusion and had a wonderful experience. The house is beautifully decorated and everything we needed was on hand. Beds were comfortable, and the view is breathtaking. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we could possibly need, and there were TVs and ACs in every room. We couldn't have been more comfortable. Abby was very responsive when we had a question or reported a very minor issue one day. I would definitely recommend this place and would go there again myself.

This was the perfect Lisa room for our girls trip!! Beautiful views from the bedrooms and living area. The beach seems very private. The only issue was getting down to the beach as the stairs were broken so just be ware of that. Otherwise you can’t beat the views and location. The house had everything we needed!

Seaclusion is a beautiful spot on a gorgeous beach! The property manager responded quickly to questions. But… the steps to the beach were destroyed a few days before our arrival. When we expressed concern, we were given a 1 night refund but it may take awhile for the repair to be done. Climbing over the rocks to the beach is steep and dangerous! I just wish they had contacted us immediately and allowed us to make another choice, as the beach is such a big part of this rental.

We had a great time at Villa Seaclusion with many amenities that made it a fun stay for my family. We were a group of 7 including my 77 year old grandmother and two toddlers who love the beach. The stairs leading to the gorgeous beach were broken, making it a little difficult for me (currently pregnant) to access the beach and too treacherous for my grandmother to navigate the rocks to the shore - so that was a little drawback. We were also looking forward to grilling on the beautiful outdoor deck but the grill was not maintained and we were not able to use it after specifically asking about it prior to our stay. Other than those minor disappointments it was a great stay overall.

Great location and house for family vacation
8.0 / 10.0
This house is absolutely beautiful and well equipped with everything you should need for a vacation. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is stunning. However, I only gave 4 stars because some of the beach pictures don’t seem to be accurate anymore and we chose the house so we could swim without leaving the property. Swimming here, for us, was impossible due to the water coming right up to the rocks even at low tide. While there is a nice sandy area above the rocks, it appears to me that some beach erosion (below the rocks) has occurred since the photographs in the listing were taken. At one time there had been stairs down From the lower platform, but the stairs have been destroyed by rough waters. One would have to climb over some very sharp coral or volcanic type rocks to possibly get down to the beach that is slightly off to the right side (during our stay, only rocks —no beach — was directly to the front of and to the left of the house) but the water here is quite rough for swimming. That being said, we certainly enjoyed sitting on the deck And gazing out over the water both daytime and night time when you can see a ton of stars. And we drove to some beaches that were absolutely incredible and great for swimming. I recommend Coco Plum beach and the Tropic of cancer beach. Overall it was a nice time.

Beautiful home, great location, the views are out of this world! The only thing I wish it had was a place to snorkel. The waves are pretty strong in that area, so we didn’t feel safe getting in the water. But you absolutely CAN NOT go wrong renting this house & in fact I would rent it again in a heartbeat. Every bedroom has a breathtaking view of the water. The pictures don’t do the house justice. If you rent this house, you won’t be disappointed!

Liked the location central to either end of island. Great accommodations, party of 8 and all had their own space to chill out and enjoy sun sand and surf. Amenities met all requirements just like at home. Real joy to walk out on back deck and head straight to beach and the water.

Great "Sea-cluded" House
We had a great time in the house. The beach location was fantastic. During our stay neither of the houses around us were occupied for most days so we had the beach to ourselves. The water was great for swimming but a little rough for snorkeling. We had a total blast. The house is central to Georgetown and the "North" end of the island. There were several restaurant choices nearby. We enjoyed Big D's, met medium D because Big D had gone home. There is an ice cream shop nearby that was fantastic and we had a meal at one of the resorts one night just to see what that stay would have looked like, for us the house was a perfect choice. We had 7 in our group (2 couples with children). Each couple had a bedroom suite with very comfortable beds. If you are not an early riser, then make sure and take a sleep mask. The sun rises right over the ocean for a terrific wake up call. The ambiance is beautiful in the house because of all the open windows and sheer curtains. This doesn't provide a lot of privacy, just so you are aware. It also allows the sun to shine through both sides of the house. To help with heat in the house we asked for a couple of fans and when we came home from a day trip to another beach, we found fans on the front porch. These helped tremendously. There were enough towels, both bathroom and beach, that we only had to do laundry a time or two during our stay. Having a fully updated kitchen was super nice to cook in. I even got to try out the outside griddle, which I have always wondered if I would like. It was awesome and we cooked on it almost every day. Instructions on finding the house were accurate however be aware that the sign at JT's that is used as a landmark is very faded and hard to read. There is a large blue mechanic shop building that you will pass on your left then the first turn toward the house is the next right. (If coming from the airport). We didn't have any complaints about the house it was perfect and exactly as represented. Abby was very responsive even if we were a little needy the first day or so getting situated. If I were to suggest any "improvements", I would say some pull down window shades, at least in the bedrooms downstairs and on the west side of the house. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We had 8 of us in our party and the house was incredible. From walking in the front door and that killer view just waiting for you. The house was spotless and had everything that we needed.
