Nice larger home to accommodate a family of 5-6. Pet friendly with a fenced yard. Home is older but updated and decorated nicely. Read listing description thoroughly for what's provided/included as far as amenities. No access to basement or garage.

We were looking for a home that was pet friendly, but unfortunately our dog did not come with us. This house is beautiful and comes with many extras …. Washer/dryer, fire pit with wood, gas fire on outdoor patio, everything you need to cook or even bake, Hugh master bathroom suite. Enjoyed my weekend in Lenexa!

The house is very clean and centrally located; not far from restaurants and entertainment. Just a heads up, there is a full basement that is roped off and not for visitors but it does not reflect that in the description. Is mostly an entertainment area but that is the only safe place in the house if a tornado warning were to occur. I asked the host about the basement and received no response in the 3 days we were there. There is a phone number they provide, but I felt like the question was not worth bothering them for. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we would stay here again if we came up.

Layout worked very well for our stay, located in a very nice neighborhood. We met up with family for golf and shopping.
There are areas of the home that need attention. Deck is showing age and spindles are falling out which would be unsafe for a family with little kids.
I wish we would of had access to the whole home or notified prior to staying that some areas are off limits.
Other than that minor stuff, it worked very well for our trip. Kitchen is nice and big.

My family and I came in town for a wedding. We also had a last minute bachelorette party the night we got to the house. We had a speaker to bring with us for when we left for the bachelorette party. The host kicked us out because he thought our intentions were to throw a party. There was only three people at the house and we weren’t loud. We had no intentions on throwing a party at the house. We were about to leave and we got a message that said we had to leave in 30 minutes, and we had to get a hotel which was very hard last minute. I will never be booking with this host again. I’ve booked over 8 houses for traveling and this has never happened to me. This was miscommunication and the host wasn’t very responsive either.

We had our annual family/girls shopping trip over the weekend and this place was more than accommodating. It is a lovely, spacious home with everything we needed and the location was perfect for all the things we did in the Kansas City area.

Ended up unable to stay in the main master bedroom due to it was uncomfortably cold. Couldn’t sleep in there no hot tub unless they meant the bathroom jet tubs but it says “hot tub”

The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and close to restaurants and stores. The home is very spacious, had comfortable beds and was well-appointed but it could definitely use a deep cleaning and maintenance. Jeremy, the host, was very responsive and accommodating. All in all the spaciousness made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This home is great with a lot of space and worked well for us. Beds are comfy and there are plenty of bathrooms. TV is big and smart so we were able to hook up to our streaming services. Large couch in the livingroom was great for the 4 of us to hang out and talk.

This was a great property. We were there on the hottest week of the summer so the air conditioning had a hard time keeping up upstairs but that was to be expected given the Heat. Jeremy The Host it was very helpful.

We came up for the race weekend with our family from around the country and had a fabulous stay! This place was perfect for us! Plenty of room and a fabulous backyard to watch the games and all be together! Can’t wait to make it an annual trip!

Family popped in for a couple days to enjoy KC. House had plenty of room for relaxing and kitchen was nice to prepare meals for the 8 of us. Sleeping accomodations were nice with master bedroom on main floor and having multiple bathrooms kept the kids peaceful! Good location and easy to get around.

The house was great, the deck was a little dirty but we cleaned it up ourselves and had fun cooking on the black stone. My boys also enjoyed the video game table!

Stayed in town for a softball tournament and this home could not have been more perfect for what we needed! Great location…close to fields, shopping and restaurants. Lots of space at the home to relax and regroup after the games. Really appreciated the home away from home feel and great communication with the property owner!

There were four adults who stayed at the house.
Overall, we really liked the house, furnishings, and neighborhood. The host was very responsive. When asked if a blender was available, they went out and bought one for our stay.
There were plenty of utensils and items needed for a comfortable stay.
The main complaint we have is half of us did not care for the padding on the beds. I noticed it took a while for the shower water to heat up, but no biggie.
I went for a walk in the neighborhood, and it was beautiful and relaxing.
The provided waters in the fridge and coffee were much appreciated.
We recommend this house.

This home was a perfect fit for our mini family reunion. Lots of room to be together or spread out. Nice, fenced back yard. Beds are so comfortable. We wanted for nothing. The host was prompt with responses to a couple quick questions. Highly recommended 👍

A lot of us have never been to Kansas City before and we take a yearly trip of all of the guys and we go and have a good time to get away from the wives. I will say this is hands-down the best stay experience I have ever had I hope to come back very soon.
