This was our first time staying at Seventh Mountain Resort and we absolutely loved it. What a beautiful, fun place. Location was perfect. 15 minutes outside of downtown Bend, but was a peaceful, out-of-the-city vibe. Beautiful view from deck of trees and a small lake. Condo was great for our family of four and everything we needed. We had two teens with us. Murphy bed worked great for one, and the other slept on the couch just fine, although I would bring extra sheets if we did it again. We did BBQ one night, and didn't realize we would need briquettes for community grill, but you are able to purchase those at main desk or little store. Just make sure you get there before store closes. So many things to do here and the place does not nickle and dime, which is a rare thing these days... everything is included. Great swimming pool/hot tub, mini golf, hiking to Dechutes, community fire pits, pickleball, tennis, and disk golf to name a few.

From the moment we walked in, it had a musty smell. We had to air it out. It was extremely hairy. I understand this is pet friendly. However there were human hairs, on the sheets, in between the sheets and the comforter, and more humab hair on the pillows. Dog hair was in many spots in the living area. My spouse and I were very grossed out with the living conditions

Hans' condo is exactly what we wanted, and was as shown online. the king size bed is comfortable, the AC works quite well, and the kitchen had everything we needed. also, coffee was in the cupboard. the resort had everything we needed to relax for a few days and wished we had more time to spend. there are lots of things to do in the area starting with a walk up the river to see the falls. I also recommend the river float from the Sunriver marina 6 miles downriver where they pick you up to take you back to your car. it is a lazy float though, so if you want rapids check out some of the offerings from the resort. Hans & I texted back and forth while we were there, he is responsive and will do his best to make sure you are taken care of. when we return, this will be our first place choice.

Removed enough from Bend to be pleasant and quiet, but still close for everything.

Hans was a great host! This place had it all for my family. We loved the resort, especially the pool and the mini golf. We enjoyed using the kitchen for meals and hanging out in the room as a family. Everyone was very comfortable! It was a good price for a weekend in July. Thank you!

Had a wonderful time! The whole resort was having trouble with the AC, but our condo managed to stay nice and cool the entire time. The owner offered to reimburse us for a fan, but luckily we didn't need to purchase one. Beautiful views and just a short drive from town/lakes/the river-- it's the perfect summer vacation destination 🙂

Great amenities, good location for getting on some biking trails, and a peaceful nights sleep. What more do you need? There were some nesting cliff swallows in the hallway, stairwell that made a bit of a mess with their droppings. Didn't mind the birds, but would have been nice if the droppings were cleaned up.

Spent the holiday weekend at a baseball tournament and the place was as advertised.

Great view of the tops of the forest and out to the mountains...looking towards Bend (south). Located on top floor of the bldg. We stayed two nights with four adults and it worked perfectly for our purposes. Clean, everything worked, the owner was helpful with a couple questions and requests. Good experience and would definitely stay again.

We were pleasantly surprised with the property and property grounds. It was clean, had everything we needed. The pools and hot tubs were ahhhmazing! Food at the restaurant was awesome as well! And the location was a good distance from Mt Bachelor AND downtown. Highly recommend!

We've stayed at 7th Mountain many times and Hans's condo is one of the best. We loved that it was on the top floor with a view over the valley, and we especially loved how responsive and helpful Hans was. Also, the Murphy bed's mattress was surprisingly thick and comfortable. Great place to relax.

This apartment worked for us as a quick weekend trip to the mountain. I am sorry to say that I would upgrade to something more modern and comfortable if staying longer. - Apartment did not seem to be the most clean, it was surface level clean in our opinion - Apartment and appliances are outdated - Some great amenities in the resort such as a bar and hot tub - Some lacking amenities in the apartment such as no coffee - Bed could be comfortable for one person because it is very soft, but not comfortable for two as it sinks into the middle significantly, I'm afraid we did not sleep very well - Hans was a great host / communicator when needed, otherwise left us with privacy

Clean, well equipped apartment with lots of space for family of four. Resort has heated pools, skating rink and fire pits. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend that the .7th Mountain Resort should have tables, umbrellas and more chairs at the pool. Also the pool furniture needs to be replaced. Great place to stay though.

What a fantastic condo. Clean and spacious with everything you need for a getaway to Bend.

This property worked out perfect for our visit to Bend for a lacrosse tournament. The condo is extremely clean, bright and spacious. We did a combo of making food in the well equipt kitchen and carry out, and enjoyed the entire property in the evenings after games. We hope to stay at the condo next time!

Beautiful home with a treehouse view of southeastern Bend for half the price you’d expect. - Check in and out was a breeze - Communication immediate - Within 30 minutes of the Best Central Oregon has to offer.

Renting the property was easy. Correspondence was good and efficient. The grounds and amenities were nice and well taken care of. The condo itself was in need of some upgrades n cleaning. Actually, the place was clean but I went to get a blanket from the closet and it was full of cat or dog hair…GROSS. The recliner smelled like pee. The mattress should be replaced, upgraded.

We had a short stay here. It was perfect for what we were looking for. It was nice and clean.

Nice accommodations in a great setting. Many activities at your doorstep. Very quiet location, but full of outdoor fun.

Condo was clean and located in a great location for access to trails. It was quiet and comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed the area, would rent again if ever going back to the area.

The whole process was simple. From booking to checking in to staying at the condo. It was perfect. Will stay here again.

My kids love staying at this location because of the pool and minigolf. I love staying at this location because of its proximity to biking trails. Everyone will be happy here.

We could not have asked for a better location. The beds were comfortable and the Murphy was also a nice touch and out of the wayOur son goes to OSU and we were five minutes from there. The hot tub and pool were both heated and this was a great amenity. We will definitely stay again.

We got Covid while in Dechutes county and the owner was very prompt in calling me back to discuss options for checkout. The condo is super clean and functional and not an excessive amount of cleaning needed before checking out, unlike many other condo at Inn of the Seventh. I would stay there again, in a heartbeat.

My family had a great stay at this condo. Beautiful view from the balcony and loved that we were able to bring our dog! Would stay there again.

The condo was great for our family of three. Our favorite parts were staring out the windows looking at the trees and going to the pools and hot tubs after skiing. The only things that could have made it better were a teapot (we don't drink coffee) and a firmer master bed. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.

Great cozy condo with amazing view off the back patio where we spent every morning outside even in November. The king size bed was super comfy, it has a full kitchen where we were able to make a proper turkey for Thanksgiving, and the fact that is was pet friendly was essential. This condo is definitely nice enough while still being actually affordable for a young couple and not overly fancy. It's in a perfect location with walking trails right out the door, the river is a 10 minute walk away, and it's close to so many more trails for hiking or mountain biking as well as being very close to Bachelor. The resort is wonderful, being the perfect ratio of rustic to upscale. We hit up the hot tub every night, and the ice skating rink and outdoor fireplaces were super fun unexpected amenities. My only tip would be to bring an eye mask if light coming in through the blinds bothers you at night, since I couldn't get them to fully shut it out. Highly recommend and we will come back again next year if not sooner for sure!
