I thought the reviews were too good to be true, but I was proved wrong. This home is impeccably maintained, had every amenity we needed and all within walking distance to downtown Grand Haven. Check-in/check-out was very easy and everything was well explained and documented. We definitely look forward to booking again!

We really enjoyed our time at this property for a 4 day getaway to Grand Haven. While not on the beach, this property is close enough to everything that you can walk to coffee shops, bakery, restaurants and downtown Grand Haven, which was super convenient. Great communication from hosts and check in/out process super easy.

Our family of 5 had a great summer weekend vacation in Grand Haven at this home! It is clean, well-kept, and has all the things we needed for a fun summer vacation. We loved spending time on the front & back porch as well as playing card games at the dining table. We also enjoyed great dining, shopping, and the beach-all within a short distance. We would stay here again!

If you are going to be in Grand Haven and need a place to stay, this would be the place to stay. Excellent on everything. They supplied us with bikes and even got us an extra bike within the hour of asking. Everyone loved it. The host was very responsive and polite. Loved this place and wished we could have stayed another week. Location was great as well. This goes down as the best VRBO ever.

Excellent property in a convenient location. The house was clean, updated and had special touches like beautiful landscape, hanging pots and comfortable bedding. The host was kind and quick to respond. Five stars all the way around.

We decided to take my 88 year old mom back to the town she grew up in. Rather than stay at relatives, we rented here and what a wonderful decision that was. Communications both before and after the rental were great. But the house was what really stood out. It is new and beautiful. A large open floor plan made it so convenient to have family over. And the master suite on the first floor meant no steps for mom. The location was also stellar. So convenient to walk downtown, to the musical fountain, the beach, or even the lighthouse. Nothing but the best to say about this wonderful home.

Great property, well stocked and comfortable

Our stay at the home was outstanding. Pictures we completely accurate. The home itsself, was a perfect location . Resturants, bakeries and ice cream shop were a 3 minute walk. You could walk to downtown Grand Haven. We had a great time relaxing ouside and we seen dear walking through yard every evening. The home had everything you could need and Beds were comfy and house was very clean. It wont disappoint! We would stay the nextime we are in Grand Haven.

House is amazing, beautiful, clean, fully equipped and located close to town a little walk or short bike ride, it came with 4 bikes, we had an amazing trip with our children 22, 19, 16, my kids say this is their favorite vacation spot and they love the house, we rode bikes to beach to watch sunset most nights and stopped on the way back to watch musical fountain and have ice cream, bringing our dogs made the trip, the best ever!! ❤️

This home is a winner. Clean, spacious and in a great part of Grand Haven. Ericka has thought of everything to make a visit complete. Very favorable policies regarding pets and check out too. Quite responsive on the only minor issue with the garage door key pad. Addressed immediately. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the property to anyone.

My family loved staying at this property for our trip - so much attention to detail allowed us to have everything we needed on hand, and more! Super spacious, super clean, and wonderfully maintained. It was appreciated to have this type of stay, and definitely added joy to our trip. We will consider this property for any future trip, hands down!

Nice home, personal touches. Felt like we were home

We were traveling with a 1 and 4 year old and the house was absolutely perfect. Very clean and had all the amenities you could need for small children. They even had bumpers for the bed. The location was perfect for walks downtown, especially the farmers market, pronto pup, and all the restaurants. We even saw 4th of July fireworks from the driveway. We loved it and would definitely recommend and stay there again. Ericka was super responsive and helpful.

We came to MI for a wedding in Nunica and decided to make a beach trip out of it. The house made a great home base for family events in Nunica and Muskegon. Unfortunately it rained a lot of the free time we had. Luckily the house was spacious and had plenty of activities for us to enjoy. I was so happy to see how many baby items were in the house in case we forgot something. High chair, pack and play, plates and utensils. The sweet treats and kcups from the host were such and amazing gift. We loved our stay.

This house was spacious enough for my family to come visit us. Plenty of comfortable seating and places to hang out. We had everything we needed to cook a meal for those nights we didn’t want to eat out at the nearby restaurants. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to some local restaurants. Thanks Erika for sharing your home with us. The treat from the local Sweet Temptations store was a very nice touch.

Our stay at this lovely home was superb. The home was impeccably clean. Fully stocked kitchen with every imaginable pot, pan and baking dish, utensils, spices, etc. great coffee options…flavors and coffee makers…reg coffee maker, Keurig, and french press. Even snacks on the counter for us when we arrived. It is the little things that make a difference and this owner went above and beyond. We were even asked to kindly give the flowers around the yard a drink. IDK, it just made you feel some ownership in the upkeep and beautification of the place. Lots of restaurants nearby, easy on/off Hwy 31, a couple minutes from the beach. Quiet neighborhood. My 92 year old father took walks around the neighborhood with his walker every day. It was just a lovely experience all around. Best VRBO rental we’ve ever done. 10 Stars!

Such a lovely and well equipped home. I can’t wait to be called back to Grand Haven again so I can enjoy this home again.

I have always had high hopes for properties rented through vrbo, and am usually disappointed in some way. Not so in this case! The house was extremely nice and well-appointed with pretty much all the comforts of home. Everything was in perfect working order and easy to use. The best part was that it was in a homey neighborhood from which we could walk to the waterfront, downtown, and good restaurants, so we hardly used our car during our stay. We did no cooking of any note, so I can't comment about the kitchen equipment but it seemed pretty comprehensive. Thanks Ericka for a great stay!

Great location! Recommend having bug spray on hand. Cleaning of patio spiders in pergola is a must before sitting out. Everything else was wonderful.

We had a great weekend stay. The house is beautiful, well stocked with all the essentials and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. There was plenty of room for everyone and the house was very clean and spacious. The hosts were great at communicating and easy to connect with. I give this house a 10/10. We had a great time and created some awesome memories!!

This was such a wonderful place to stay! The house is very spacious, clean, and comfortable and everything was in good working order. There were plenty of supplies from sheets and towels (including beach towels) to cookware and other kitchen supplies. The only thing you really need to bring is food! The neighborhood is nice and quiet and very walkable. It is a long walk to the beach so we found it better to drive instead of carrying everything. We would definitely stay here again!
