The house was very clean and well furnished. Everything was there that we needed for our stay. Host was very responsive when we had a question. It was a great time for our whole family of 10. Would highly recommend and will stay again when we return.

This house was enjoyed by all 12 of us! Plenty of room to enjoy together or privately. Communication with the owner was easy and fast! If we ever travel the 17 hours again this will be the place we stay!

The property was very well kept and beautiful inside. The pool is absolutely lovely and there were plenty of rooms for all of our guests. The owner is easy to talk to and accommodating to requests. Will stay here again in the future.

This was the perfect property for our needs. The house is spacious with several separate living areas. Lots of towels and a well stocked kitchen for cooking just about anything. Susanne was very responsive and took care of minor issues quickly. We would definitely return.

There was so much room in this house with many spots to gather: inside, upstairs, downstairs, outside, deck, and poolside. There were 10 of us and we all had plenty of room.
We enjoyed the beautiful heated pool a couple days even though the weather wasn't great. The house is tastefully decorated and we appreciated the amount of plates, silverware and large pots and pans to prepare our meals. Suzanne responded quickly and was very helpful. We enjoyed all of the games (I think we played all but 2 of them) and the large tv to hook our switch up to. We appreciated the pool toys and the neighborhood was great. We would definitely stay at Susanne's property again.

Great Lake house
This house was perfect just what we wanted. Only thing is check out is 10a not 11 like it is listed here. But she was nice enough to allow us to leave by 11. Another thing the restroom upstairs runs out of hot water just be cautious of that, but the restroom downstairs was always hot. It was exactly what we wanted! Thank you again!

Great house for families
This house was great! It had a ton of space for sleeping and hanging out. It’s very close to the lake and other amenities. The house was fully stocked with kitchen appliances, cooking utensils, games and even some baby items. It was very hot in the area when we stayed here but the air conditionings worked great and kept the whole house cool. The host was very responsive with any questions I had.

Fun house, great host
Stayed here with family. There were a couple of cleaning issues. When I brought this to the attention of the host, Susanne, she immediately apologized and took action. We did receive a partial refund on our cleaning deposit.
Despite the issue, this is a great property! There are plenty of bedrooms, and the kitchen is stocked with what you need to prepare meals. The pool is fantastic! There is an upstairs balcony for nonswimmers to watch the fun!
We had a great time, and as I said, Susanne was fabulous!

Spring Break
Stayed here for spring break with my friends and it was a blast. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. The pool was our favorite part and we spent most of our time in the backyard. Sue made everything so easy and we loved our stay!

Great Lake Havasu house
We were really impressed with the property. The pictures do not do it justice. Spacious, clean, plenty parking, well stocked for everything (we made a turkey dinner!). Susanne was wonderful and responded immediately (I only messaged her to tell her how great the house was and that we loved it). Would definitely rent again, in summer to enjoy the pool when not at the Lake.

Havasu Get Away.
Our extended family got together at this home for the Lake Havasu Balloon Festival. The home comfortably fit all of us and the pool was a great addition for the 3 energetic young boys. The sunsets were beautiful and the access to the town and festivities was easy. The host was easily available. Great place!

This home is great for a large family. Five regular beds plus 2 sets of bunk beds, three separate living rooms.. nice deck over looking the mountain view.. plenty of room for our family without feeling we were on top of each other. So easy to deal with the owner

Suzanne was an excellent hostess. Her home worked great for our large group. It was spacious yet cozy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and smartly spaced out to give us our privacy. There were TONS of board games and fun touches like that every where you turned. We’ll definitely be returning!

Perfect Family/Friends getaway!
This two story split floor plan worked out amazing for our friends & family! Tho the drive was a little further than we’d like, it was actually perfect and I’m so glad we got the chance to stay at this home! The Pool was a great touch as well!

My family and I went on a short vacation to Lake havasu and we’re not disappointed with this house! Besides it’s spacious floor plan and beautiful decor the pool was perfect for my kids and grandkids to enjoy during the hot days! This house is perfect! The owner was also very communicative and nice as well! We will definitely be planning a trip back soon.

This house has everything you could need for a vacation. Owners were friendly and helpful. The house had plenty of space for us all to be able to spend time together indoors and outdoors. Close drive to anything in Lake Havasu City. Would definitely return.
