The cabin was very dated and musty the floor slopped alot towards the water. The ad Appeared to have 2 separate bedrooms. All beds in 1 room. Appliances were dirty old and rusty. The outer washroom facility was very nice however only 1 clean tiolet. For the price i was extremely disappointed and i would not recommend this location.

The property as a whole was pretty well looked after. The cottages were rustic and adequate for our needs. The kitchen area had all the equipment one would need but water for washing had to be brought in by a water container. We brought our own drinking water. The washrooms were close to the cottage and were adequate and clean. There were 2 showers. The picnic table was by the cottage and close to the water was a great place to hang out and have our meals. The cottage was easy to get to, well sign posted and very lose to Wiarton for shopping.

Beautiful surroundings, nice and quiet! Loved my 2night stay!

Hauling water and separate washroom like camping but cabin clean and the lake was lovely

Cabin was dingy and run down with an overbearing musty smell. The dish ware was dirty, the picnic table was rotted and replaced 5 days after we complained. Many promo pictures are from a different cabins. Filthy showers. We shortned our stay when one of us woke up with a rash. SKETCHY. Still waiting to hear from owner…

Well the property said it had two bedrooms and a barbeque and I Donely had one bedroom so that was quite a difference.

Will not recommend this place, we are paying cleaning fee and when we check in the unit was so disgusting, flies all over and dirty.

Except the location of the cabin, nothing was right about it. Starting from checkin we had terrible experience. Our allocated cabin was occupied by some other family and when we tried to reach out to the owner he did not pick up. After discussing with the people in cabin we got to know they were given our cabin for some adjustment and we were not notified at all. We got the key of another room from that couple which is smaller in size and did not have curtains/ blinds. We got a message from the owner at night if we had got a room. He did not bother to call us. However, his partner came visit us next morning and apologized. Because of the location and the behavior of the partner we stayed back. The owner texted us and assured to readjust the fee and refund the money. However, after multiple text he completely ghosted us.
