Great location, lots of on street parking (we brought our boats so that was a bonus. Home is as expected and as described. Only reason I didn’t give this VRBO 5 overall stars was b/c one of the beds was a blow up mattress. Home is listed for “sleeps 8” I don’t find that as an acceptable bed option- so that was disappointing. Only other complaint was we cooked from home each night and the kitchen was very sparse. Compared to other VRBO’s I’ve stayed at this home had minimal bowls/cooking utensils and the propane grill in the back yard needs to be replaced or repaired- burner on the right doesnt ignite.

Absolutely loved this place!! Super cozy and in a quiet neighborhood!! A quick 15 minute walk into town and super close to the lake for these summer days. Will definitely be coming back when we celebrate another bachelorette party!!

The property was nice and was mostly as expected except the listing had stated 4 beds available and there is actually only 3 so though the property says it can accommodate 8 it can really only accommodate 6 if people double up. I would recommend updating your listing. Other than that is was an excellent place to stay.

This is our second time staying at big red. We love it. After our first stay, my kids talked about return to "the red house" for months

We loved this home. The neighborhood was so nice and well cared for and extremely quiet! The home was spotless and even though it was raining, we could see how amazing the backyard and back porch would be to use!
The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen well stocked with lots of extras so we had everything we needed to prepare meals.
The basement is HUGE! Wished we had more people staying with us to take advantage of this area.
Great communication with owners. Would love to stay here again.

This house is small but has plenty of room. There is a large family room in the basement which my 3-year old granddaughter loved running around in and dancing to videos. Bring your own body wash because the refillable container was empty and used bars of soap were left out.

Spacious and clean for a family gathering nestled several blocks back from the hubbub of downtown CDA. Quiet and comfortable. Easy to cook and create meals at home. Thank you!

Amazing location! 5 minutes to everywhere we wanted to go. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was 100 degrees every day we were there and there was a portable ac that kept the house cool. Had a big fenced yard for dogs and a spacious basement. We walked dogs around the neighborhood every night and it was very quiet. Definitely staying here again.

We loved this property so much!! Everything was so clean and comfortable. The owners had a portable AC unit for added comfort, the basement area was perfect for all the kids (had its own separate bathroom!) and the location was perfect for our getaway to Silverwood!! They did such a good job with this property—the backyard was large and we enjoyed dinner on the large patio one night. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

A great spot for 6 adults to gather. The kitchen was well equipped and the downstairs shower was great. Nick was an attentive host who answered any questions we had. This place is close to a grocery store, the beach and downtown.

This was the perfect place for us as we transitioned to moving here from out state. We needed a place to stay for a week before we could close on our house, and this was great. Very clean, super cute and owners are great communicators. Thank you!

This place was so welcoming and felt like home! Our family was visiting to pick up a service dog for our son. The location is so close to everything. We were about 5 minutes from the resort and Tubbs Hill which was a great hike!

"Big Red" is a great family friendly place. We traveled with three kids ages 3-9. They loved having the basement and backyard to play. The baby gate seperating the upstairs/downstairs was great for our daring toddler. We really appreciated the blankets stashed in the upstairs and downstairs living areas. Host was quick to respond to messages and very helpful. The location was great, quiet neighborhood close to downtown. Overall, a great experience and we hope to stay again one day.

Ol' Red is a cute, comfortable house with plenty of space for the 4 of us. We cooked, ate, relaxed and watched movies. The downstairs area is great for watching movies & playing games. It's located a little farther from the heart of town than we would have preferred but we were there in the winter so walking in the cold and weather isn't as comfortable as in other seasons.

The house is an updated older home with a great basement in an area that makes it easy to get to downtown, the freeways and beyond. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There is also plenty of parking for guests.

House was exactly as pictured inside & out. Had all that we needed to stay comfortably. Loved the large basement/TV room & bath. Decorated tastefully and located close to downtown without being “too close.” Would love to stay again sometime.

Ol’ Red is a great place to stay in CDA. House is well appointed and central enough to downtown but also in a peaceful neighborhood. Nick is a great host and answered all questions immediately. Highly recommended.
