We rented this VRBO for a family visit over Thanksgiving & it did not disappoint! The master bedroom & bathroom is very large (love the king bed as that is what we are used to at home) & the walk-in closet in the master bathroom was fantastic! Our daughter loved having her own room & bathroom on the other end of the house. The kitchen was well supplied (even with a Instapot). The backyard patio was fabulous. It was great having an outdoor tv there to watch too! If you are even considering renting this place - just do it. You won't regret it. It's perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood but close to things you might need.

Stayed to check out area for retirement. Very nice neighborhood and home. Great communication with owner. Nice town and owner gave us privacy. Good amenities. Easy access to places.

perfect-as advertised

This is a great property. Quiet neighborhood and close to all activities. We golfed for 3 days and enjoyed the outdoor space. We had breakfasts and lunches at the house and took in local cuisine for the evening meals. Coffee and drinks on the patio was wonderful.

Stayed the weekend with a group of parents in town for our son’s sports tournament. The house was great! Clean, spacious, easily accessible to the sports complex (about 12 minutes) and to where our boys were staying in town. Tyler was very responsive. The back patio was perfect after a long day in the sun! Will definitely stay again if we come back to town.

We had 4 adults stay here for 5 nights. Was great place, close to golf and casinos. Clean with everything we needed for the week.

Myself and a few friends hit up Mesquite for several rounds of golf and this place was great. Super clean and great set up for a group get together. It was a bit chilly for us to really use the great backyard patio, but it's great for hanging out as well. I'd definitely book this place again if I return to the area.

Great property. Very clean.

No issues at all. House had all necessary ammentities. Owner was communicative and helpful.

Back Covered Porch was Perfect for a hot desert area. Going outside would simply not be possible without it. Nice place to stay. My wife and I took my senior mom out to see some of the sights, Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, Lake Mead, both dams, Red Cliffs in Utah, Snow Canyon Park and others. Nice to be away from the craziness of Las Vegas, but still close enough to drive in under an hour.

It was so nice to have the space for relaxing after our daily adventures. The outdoor area in the backyard was amazing.

The location in town was excellent and the patio was spacious and nice. The only thing that we didn't like was the hot water situation. After 2 showers the water was cool and not pleasant to shower in. Other than that we would rent the house again.

This was a great place to stay, very clean, plenty of room, nice beds, etc. There is not a better place to stay for the price.

we got there a little early and the cleaning ladies was just finishing up and they were very nice a respectable . the home was very clean and a good location for us. We hope to stay there again
