Over we had a great stay. Plenty of room for six people.

Perfect location.

The house was hard to locate on GPS. 2 of the 3 cars we arrived in had mixed issues. I have mild joint issues and found the house difficult with height of toilets and couch. The hot tub needs to be skimmed. House is in a beautiful area and well stocked. Host needs to provide a place to hang clothing. Ironing board was provided but vacation. All in all a good stay.

Very clean. Beautiful area. Fairly convenient to Asheville. Loved the hot tub fit 5 easily. Very nice beds. Big rooms. Pool table was nice for kids. Well equipped kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms. Nice beds. Fireplace outdoors on patio was great. Wood provided. We had an issue with a smell like a dead animal but we were able to isolate it and just not use that bedroom/bathroom. PMI was working on it and will hopefully resolve it. One suggestion is a grill for outdoors. I was surprised there was not one.

Location to Asheville was great (about 25 minutes) and you felt like you were in the mountains even though it was an easy drive up to the house. House had lots of amenities but was a little more worn than some of the pictures showed (unmatched paint, old furnishings, shower wall peeling). Perfect set up for our large family so we would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We really enjoyed the house, the fun loft and the area. And our water-loving lab enjoyed her afternoon romps in the creek! Only suggestion is a more welcoming hangout area in the backyard. We would have loved couches or hammocks to lay in as we admired the starry sky.

We really enjoyed the privacy of the house. Plenty of room to spread out for a larger family. It was only a short drive away from Asheville, hiking, and horse back riding locations. The outside fire place and ping pong table was a favorite of our kids.

The property was as described in the listing. It was very quiet with a beautiful outside area and a creek running along the side which made for a wonderful outdoors experience. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, containers, spices, coffeemaker and Keurig. There was an entire closet for extra sheets and blankets as well. It also had hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, sponges and garbage bags. The location was about 20 minutes from downtown Asheville. Definitely recommend visiting the Black Mountain Historic District/Downtown while there. Cute shops and coffee places. There were eight of us, scour adults and four children plus a dog. The house was spacious with two master bedrooms on one side and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the other. We would definitely stay there again.
