Loved this villa, it was beautiful and the views were breathtaking! The info given to us for arrival was all wrong - wrong gate code, wrong lockbox code, and completely wrong wifi info. We figured out the gate code on our own, hat to calm to get the lockbox code, and ended up too tired to call about the wifi. I would 100% rent this place again. We loved it! Just slightly clouded by the wrong code part.

Place was alot nicer and larger in person than pictures depict. The view of the mountains from the living room and balconies was stunning. Saw a rainbow on one of the days. The place is fully stocked with nice kitchen equipment, dishwashing soap and towels. We didn`t lack for essential needs. Unit is a quick 10 minute drive to Foodland Supermarket which is next to the roundabout where the entrance/exit to Princeville is. Didn`t really hear the roosters with the windows shut (and didn`t really see very many of them). The neighborhood and surrounding areas is very quiet and peaceful. Loved having the AC, washer/dryer and beach gear. The unit is in a gated complex next to the Makai Golf Course. Did the Sunset Tour there- which was alot of fun with great views. This is a lovely townhouse unit with everything you need for the perfect stay. We enjoyed the view from the living room deck and seeing waterfalls appear on the mountains after it rained. Very clean and well stocked. We especially appreciated the beach equipment including chairs and umbrellas. Good location to explore Hanalei area and convenient to the grocery store.

Fantastic place that looks even better than the pictures. The larger of the master suits is downstairs and has its own private lanai. The upstairs master is off the living room and has its own private balcony. The Princeville location is very quite and scenic. We enjoyed fantastic views of Kauai’s waterfalls from the shared living room balcony. We would definitely stay again. It was also very clean! Nice view of the mountains and waterfall, quiet and comfortable. Air conditioning was a nice plus. Had plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards. There was two sets of dated snorkel gear. Wi-fi was pretty weak. otherwise had a nice stay.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s. This was by far the nicest, cleanest and had the best view. This is also the only one that I will absolutely stay at again. I’ve told anyone thinking about going to the north shore of Kauai that this is the place to stay. They also have anything and everything for all ages that you would need/want for the beach. This property was THE best place we stayed in our recent visit to Kauai. Not only is it beautifully furnished, fully stocked (spices, cooking equip) and offers a convenient pool, it is perfectly situated to explore Princeville on foot or in the car. There are several beaches within walking distance (although two- Hidden Beach and Queens Bath- are a very challenging walk (not to be done after a rain). We loved Puu Poa Beach by the St. Regis (easier to get to AND you can buy cocktails/smoothies/lunch right at the beach). We also had a lovely last meal at Happy Talk Restaurant (also walking distance) for a fun dinner with music and beautiful views. A romantic dinner was had at the St. Regis. Plenty of options to explore. Definitely stock up at the Foodland right around the corner in the Princeville Center. What a great management team (always accessible for questions/recommendations) and what an INCREDIBLE property!

Great location for playing golf. Property was large but sleeping couch was uncomfortable. There were no stores within walking distance.

This property was perfect for our family of 4 because we had a lot of space to spread out and the mountain view was gorgeous! We went to Kauai knowing we wanted to drive to a lot of different beaches which is exactly what we did. Our favorite beach was Secret beach! We went there two days and saw dolphins both days. I am really glad we stayed in the north because of the dramatic beauty. The only thing I think should be updated is the refrigerator. When you open the door you can see rust, but other than that the unit is clean and beautiful, and HUGE!

Beautiful condo with spacious rooms, really comfy King beds, and responsive property management who provided everything we needed. Added bonus that the cooking essentials and spices were stocked! Bedrooms were on separate floors that made traveling with another couple perfect.
