Stayed with my wife daughter for 5 nights. Great location on lake Hamilton for swimming and fishing and boating!! Very clean as well, will definitely be back.

This place met all of our expectations and more! It was very nice and comfortable and relaxing! The bed was comfortable, the house was very clean and the AC was 💯!! Will stay here again when visiting Hot Springs!

My son and I loved this condo! Very clean!

It was very convenient, easy to get places and choices of eating were better than expected. There were great food trucks just down the road and there was also a restaurant/bar across the street. Not to mention a great view of the lake. Very quiet at night and truly enjoyed the night time view and relaxation. Even got to wake up to the geese each morning! Will visit again!!

We stayed the weekend at this condo. We absolutely loved it. It was so peaceful to just sit outside and relax. The condo was great, it had everything you would need, very clean. We loved it being so close to the water. We watched so many boats go by, the people would wave, very friendly atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

The condo was exceptionally clean and central to all the fun things we did in the area. Its relaxing location on the water was beautiful and much needed! Can’t wait to return!

The property is right on the water with a pretty view. The condo is completely up to date and clean.

The space is nice. There was a lingering cigarette smoke smell that made enjoying the property difficult. The property is clean, just the smell was off-putting. It may have come from the neighbors. It was noticeable as we both have allergies that were activated because of the smell. The smell is in the vents and air ducts.

I was very impressed how clean and neat the place was it was very cozy and comfortable and I really enjoyed the view of Hamilton Lake will come and stay again

Great trip… wonderful condo. Quiet. Comfortable clean great views of ducks geese and boats. Only negative for me was that the sheets were too hot and that voicemail to contact number was not returned. Neither of these will stop me from coming back though. The sheets are a personal preference and perhaps the message number can be discussed.

My husband and I arrived to find a very clean condo, tastefully decorated. Everything appears to be well cared for and maintained. Truely the lake is steps outside the door and sitting on the little porch with coffee in the morning was so nice. Many good places to eat nearby and Bathhouse Row is 10-15 minutes away. While we didn't cook while there, we did use the coffee maker. Coffee, filters, and creamer/sugar were also generously provided. I noticed some spices in the pantry as well. As far as restaurants in the immediate area, we tried Fisherman's Wharf, Mama's Little Italy, Rise and Dine and Santorini's. (TRY SANTORINI'S- sort of a hidden gem). We hiked the first two days and kayaked the 3rd day. (We used Lucky's kayak rental and shuttle service and had a great experience). The only negative thing I could say is that there was the smell of old smoke each time we came into the condo. It reminded me of getting into a car that had been smoked in at one time. But it's not a deal breaker by any means. I hope to come back and would stay in this place in a heartbeat! If you like a very dark room to sleep in, you may want to bring eye mask. I think my eyelids are like a lizards... I can see any sort of light. Just a suggestion if you're sensitive like that. Overall we loved our time here!

We were traveling south from Kansas City. Broken Bow Lake was a perfect half way point. The cabin was exactly as advertised. My Brother and his Wife loved it as much as we did. Private and very clean. Highly recommended!

Nice view and loved the location. Bubba's restaurant was right across the street. Literally 10 miles from anywhere in Hot Springs. Very clean condo and comfy bed too.

The lake is outside the back door, easy access to miniature golf, pickleball, Hot Springs and many state parks. Very comfy bed and couch. Well appointed kitchen and full size washer and dryer.

Beautiful condo, beautiful view. We had so much fun grilling steaks and sitting on the patio enjoying the lake view and the each other’s company. Great central location. Close to everything Hot Springs has to offer.

Our trip was very relaxing. The property was awesome, right on the lake. We enjoyed the Quapaw Bath House, that was the reason for our visit. We have always wanted to experience the natural hot springs. It was beautiful. Nice place to visit.

This condo is super cute and was very clean. We loved the comfy bed—a must for me with my back problems.

This was perfect for our anniversary, very clean and so cute. They had everything you could want and more! We had a great time and hope to stay here again one day.

Everything about the location was as described, and it couldn’t have been cuter. It had everything we needed for space and amenities, as well as lots of extras. It way also very clean, very neat, and uncluttered. It is conveniently located near pretty much any and everything in Hot Springs, but even though it’s right off a main stretch of road, you can barely hear traffic when you’re sitting on the back patio. Both the sunrises and sunsets were beautiful over the water, and the overall vibe is just peaceful and relaxing. The hosts are very polite and communicative, and we will absolutely book this location for future trips.

Close enough to shopping at Hot Springs. Was very peaceful and safe location.
