This home was great for our group! Excellent property!

We had a three week stay at the property. The checkin was easy. The location was great. We had a couple of issues and the owner responded quickly. We do appreciate David being generally easy to work with. A few items that were missing in the house he got to us pretty quickly. The main drawbacks to the property for us were that the beds were extremely uncomfortable and we were only able to control the temp of the house between 74-78 degrees. We eventually placed the mattress on the floor to even be able to sleep. When I contacted the owner about the thermostat he told me he hasn’t had a complaint in the past and that’s the temp he keeps his own place. All of us were so hot every night. The beach equipment is left outside on the side of the house and isn’t in very good condition anymore due to the exposure. The straps of all the chairs are broken.

Enjoyed the house. Nice location. Quick drive to the beach and plenty of restaurants and stores close by.

Overall the experience was good. The property is very new on the inside and kept clean. Beds could be a little more comfortable.

My family and me really enjoy staying here ..So clean and the best of all so closed to the beach.... David responded really quickly to any concerns that I had... Totally recommend you to stay here 100%
