Fully stocked, clean, so pretty and relaxing inside and on the porch. The neighbors were so friendly. The neighborhood great for walks. Downtown so close. Easy to walk to everything and such an easy quick drive to the beach or to St. Petersburg.

This house was perfect in every way for our family over the holiday. The modern open kitchen/living area gave us every opportunity to be together. We loved the porch! Best of all we we just a short few blocks from the beach and Beach Blvd with restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

The location is great with access to near by restaurants, bars and cafe. Christine was quick to reply and gave us an extended check out.

This is a fun property. The neighbors are welcoming. You can walk to everything you need. We really loved our stay. Made amazing memories.

The only suggestion we would add (not a complaint) that would make our stay more enjoyable is some ceiling fans. A fan in the carport/outdoor cooking area. More comfortable beds as they were very hard. The addition of a hose (which we went and bought) would be nice also after coming from the beach each day, not to mention for safety while grilling outdoors! Like I said these are suggestions but keep in mind this is a brand new property and is absolutely wonderful!! It was super clean and very well decorated and well thought out with all the conveniences of home and we will definitely return in the future!! We really really enjoyed our stay!! We felt at home!!!

We LOVED our 3 weeks in Gulfport! The house was perfect for us and located just short straight walk from the bay and beach. There are wonderful places to eat and we also were able to cook in the nicely stocked kitchen. The beds are super comfy, the front porch is lovely. We can't wait to come back!

We had to move out of our home suddenly for our contractor to finish repairs. We found this amazing place and I have a feeling it will stay booked. Awesome location as well.

Brand new, clean, and well appointed. Great central location that is easily walkable to town.

Check in/out was seamless. Communication was a breeze, Christine even managed to get the NHL playoff game (Tampa vs Toronto) on the network for us just in time for puck drop! We had a car rental because we were also visiting my son in the St. Pete’s beach area but Gulfport is loaded with things to see and do all within walking distance. And the restaurants were fabulous. My personal favourite was PIA’s everything is homemade on sight. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the home is within walking distance to Gulfport beach, a small but clean beach used mostly by the locals. Great for children as the water is shallow and calm. The home owners took great pride in the design and decor of this place and you’ll want for nothing because they thought of everything. I have rented several properties in various locations and in many different countries, this home exceeded my expectations and then some. We were sorry that our time there was short but we are happy knowing that one day soon we will return and stay longer. Don’t hesitate to book this property, you will not be disappointed.
