Property was very spacious, clean, and exceptionally quiet. Wooded view out back was very nice. Loved the extra blankets and throws!

The place was beautiful and the decor was modern and inviting. There was plenty of space and the notebook was very helpful. The view was fabulous! It was very quiet and relaxing. My only issue was that I was unable to lower the temperature and it was very warm and difficult to sleep.

For four friends who ver taken a vacation together. The Sunny Side was perfect! We each had ou Sunny Side was perfect! We are four old friends who had never gone on a mini vacation together before. We loved having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. From the minute we walked in to the end, we enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Two of us took advantage of the hot tub one night and the private porch was so nice. We were able to get to all our activities as we rented a vehicle at the airport and it was fairly easy to get around thanks to GPS as well as the use of Uber. It was about 16 minutes to Asheville. Woodfin area was very quiet. Since you asked for suggestions, a hair dryer on each floor would have been nice. Everything else needed was supplied. We definitely recommend The Sunny Side!

I rented this condo for a girls’ weekend and it definitely exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious, more than enough room for 7 women (we decided there would have been plenty of room for a couple more!). It was spotless, the bathrooms had plenty of storage, beds were very comfortable and the closets were huge (and having hangers to use was a bonus). We loved the hot tub, used it every night, and really loved the open kitchen/living area, it was so spacious and a great conversational area. Because the kitchen was so well stocked with dishes/utensils/equipment we used it more than we planned which saved us money and gave us more time to visit! Ingles Market is only 1.5 miles away so it was very easy to get whatever we needed. Some minor suggestions for the unit would be more towel hooks in downstairs bathrooms, a bigger pizza cutter, and we had some trouble with the coffee maker (we accept that we could have been the problem there 🙂). But overall our stay was wonderful and would definitely stay again/recommend to others. Five Stars++++!!!!

Property was perfect for four life long friends. Each had their own bedroom and bathroom. Beautifully furnished and property location could not have been better for exploring Asheville!

This property is perfect for a group. 5 king sized beds! All the bedrooms are en-suites. Large table for gathering in the kitchen, lots of chairs on the deck and the hot tub was perfect.

We really enjoyed out girls weekend away at this property - convenient location, ample space, cozy bedrooms and the hot tub was something we truly enjoyed after our long day of hiking! Highly recommend!

A group of 7 of us stayed here for a friend's wedding in Weaverville. We wanted to be to close to downtown and close to the wedding venue and this was the perfect spot!! It was very clean and the checking in and out process was seamless. We loved that everyone had a king bed and a private bathroom and easy parking. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place! Super convenient, very clean, well-appointed, easy to park. Wifi is a bit of a challenge at times. Had some issues with air conditioning upstairs but property managers responded quickly. Highly recommend it for a large group.

We prefer to stay in a condo so each family member can have our own bedroom and shower. This place was perfect. We enjoyed being away from downtown although it was just a short drive to get there. Would definitely stay here again.

6 friends together after the Ayurvedic Conference. We were amazed at home pristine and beautiful everything was. Very comfortable King beds in every room! Large bedrooms. Enjoyed the hot tub on the back deck with the green of the forest. The only thing I would mention is there are NO spices, not even salt and pepper. That would have been nice. The proximity to town made for an easeful and fun stay. We will be back!

Close proximity to plenty of activities and breweries. The rental was in great condition and we had no problems with the rooms, kitchen, or social areas. Would definitely go back if we're in the area again.

Great location for visiting the Biltmore, downtown Asheville and the surrounding area. Well-equipped kitchen, wonderful accommodations with hot tub, and responsive communications made our stay perfect from check in to check out. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Perfect house for four couples. We debated between this house in Woodfin and one of the mountain homes with the amazing views. After driving through the mountains on a way to a hike, we were so glad we choose this home! It was so convenient to go almost anywhere, easy to get an Uber, walkable to a cup of coffee, and a very comfortable home. Each spacious bedroom had its own beautiful bathroom, which is key! Kitchen was well equipped so we could make a dinner at home. While we didn't have sweeping mountain views, the porch is surrounded by trees so it was still lovely to sit outside. The house is nicely decorated and appointed, beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed, and are already planning a return trip to Sunny Side!

Property was as described. Great location. We had everything we needed. There was a little confusion about how to manage the garbage when we were leaving. The instructions said to leave it in the garage, but there wasn’t one. A man picked it up, so all was well.
