We stayed here for four nights in January (offseason). It was nice, clean and exactly as advertised. The condo is essentially on the beach; you can see the ocean from the front windows and porch, and it is less than a minute walk to the water. Fun time and would recommend it.

My wife and I enjoyed spending time with our niece Molly in the Charleston area. We enjoyed our time at the condo especially being so close to the beach. Fortunately, for us, we arrived just before the construction next-door ended for the weekend!

I may have missed this in the listing but we had no idea about the construction. It went on all weekend except Sunday. They started at 8 o’clock in the morning and worked all day. Their trucks were in the way and it was definitely a view killer. I think I am due some goodwill from the Landlord.

We all loved the property. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting a nice peaceful vacation on the ocean.

Wonderful location and just what we needed for 2 family’s each with babies under 18 months.

I treated my Dad to this vacation for his 70th birthday. My husband and I, my parents, and my nephew all stayed and we loved it. It was like having a private beach because the beaches weren't packed and the pool wasn't either. We may make August an annual visit and we would probably stay at the same place because we were so comfortable. My only improvements would be the bed linens in the double bed room, pre-cleaning of the oven before our stay (we used it and set off the fire alarm because it was smoking), and someone to clean the pool maybe morning and afternoon. People leave a lot of sunblock in there and it was noticeable enough that we didn't swim our last day. Overall thou it was a nice stay and I loved having a washer and dryer and an amazing dish washer, nice showers, and my parent's room was perfect.

Island was nice. Condo was nice. Pool was a little dated. Glad we stayed here.

Communication with the rental company was excellent. Always responded very quickly!! Condo was clean, and perfect location to pool and beach. Only draw back is Pull out couch is in no condition for sleeping. It had stains on it and sand and crumbs everywhere. No sheets were on it.

The accommodations were excellent. We did not want for anything. So easy to access the pool and beach. Parking was easy. The overall atmosphere was quiet, peaceful and we felt safe! Looking forward to staying there again!

The process of renting and communication was excellent . The unit itself was clean and had great and easy access to pool and beach! Would 100% stay here again .

This property was amazing. We enjoy Wild Dunes and the quiet beaches. This property was exactly as described. Having the 2 bedroom 2 bath with the Laundry room is very important to us.All was great including the kitchen and appliances. The kitchen was fully stocked. Loved the location and having the really nice deck over looking the pool and beach. Really enjoyed having our coffee out there. Being able to walk out from the deck made it even easier to enjoy pool and beach! The owners answered questions immediately. I order beach chairs from isle palm beach chairs - they were sold out Saturday due to festival I wish i had the code to borrow 2 chais from their storage unit but we survived at the pool though we are beach people - my only suggestion. Highly recommend this unit - would not hesitate to rent again!! Outstanding vacation rental.

Very low key..great family neighborhood quick access to beach with clean well kept pool ...all accommodations to make your stay restful

It was a quick trip, great location and truly walked out the back door to the pool and the beach/ocean! If you have flexibility, bring beach towels and chairs or rent chairs.

We really enjoyed this unit. It was so easy to get to the beach and really quite location. The beach on this side was not busy so we felt really relaxed. The unit was comfortable and they gave you some very basic supplies like a hotel would give. I wish they would have supplied some detergent as to wash our towels more than once, but not a huge issue. They had lots of things to use in the storage unit below like boards for the waves. This was a BIG HIT for our kids. They also had buckets, sand toys, chairs, umbrellas, and wagon to haul them in. This was a really nice extra. There were also two bikes but we did not use them. Overall easy to work with very responsive when I asked about anything we needed.

Great place for a family vacation.

We enjoyed our stay at Summer House 109, especially the ease of access to the pool and beach. I will definitely book again.

My family enjoyed our stay. The rental was perfect for us. Location was great. Walk out right to pool and beach. There is little commercially in the area. A medium walk or short drive to the hotel for coffees etc. . . .the stores in IOP were further down the road. If you want to be in the heart of the action, this is more of a residential area. Property was great. Exactly what we were looking for.

Alec was very responsive to questions prior to booking and after and he checked in on us the day we checked in. The property was very clean and well-stocked. The beds were comfortable and we loved the location! You can walk right down steps to the pool and the beach. The Summer House was a peaceful, quiet place. The pool was huge, clean, with plenty of chairs. The beach was not crowded. We have stayed in Wild Dunes many times and decided this was a favorite. Away from the crowd, but easy to access everything. Very enjoyable!!

Spent Tuesday thru Sunday (Thanksgiving) with College daughter (mom/dad). Place was perfect. Love Wild Dunes. Clean, great kitchen, baths, beds, towels, etc. recommend. Great steps to beach off of deck too!!!!

Everything was perfect!!

My husband and I booked a last minute trip to Wild Dunes and were lucky to find this nice condo. We have stayed at several places in Wild Dunes and this condo is at the top of our list to to return to. The location is perfect, it's towards the end of the isle and the beach is not crowded at all. The stairs off the balcony were an easy access to the pool and beach. The condo was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. The furniture and decor were tastefully done. The bed was extremely comfortable. Josh was quick to reply to my inquiries and pleasant to work with. We will definitely stay here again.

The condo is in the middle of the complex on first floor and easy access to pool and beach. Very nice place with all the amenities. The complex is on the far side of the island, and when we stayed it was extremely quiet and relaxing. The grounds of the complex are very well kept. Would go back.
