1. After initially booking this rental for our family get-away, I had to reschedule for 10 days later. Even though they were available, I was charged an additional $89.25. On top of that, after we booked through a laptop, I found out that had I booked through a phone app, I would have saved a couple hundred of dollars. Total rip-off. 2. I specifically chose this rental as the listing showed the view of the lake. As I had never been in that area before, I thought how lovely that would be to sit on the porch and view the lake. Ha! Was I fooled. There was no lake view. Picture of the lake was purely propaganda. 3. Upon entering, the rental was extremely hot. The temperature on the heating/cooling element said 84*. The entire time we stayed at the rental, the temperature inside was anywhere between 84*-89*. It was absolutely miserable. The air conditioner did not work. No fans to inside to assist. There were no screens on the Arcadia or front door to allow any airflow. Only response I received from the owner was there no air conditioning as it was up in the mountains. 4. There were hardly any hangers to hang clothes from nor were there any drawers to put clothing in. 5. Grill lighter did not work. 6. They had only the bare minimum of kitchen supplies. Knives were so dull we had to sharpen them ourselves to be able to use them. 7. House was not clean properly, including a very sticky dining table. 8. Outdoor patio lights did not turn on. 9. No instruction on how to use the television media system.

everything was fine, there was nothing missing, everything was very well thought out, kitchen utensils, first aid supplies, clean towels, bed linen. my children were very comfortable and loved it, we are thinking of staying there again.

The property is beautiful. Everything was marked and instructions/rules right out in the open. Also, there was a bottle of wine and glasses welcoming us to the property. Very nice.

Well, my grandson would have preferred to have a TV in his bedroom. But other than that it was great.

Very spacious cabin, the game room is amazing. Very well equipped: Keurig machine, barbecue, fire pit, laundry room, and a fantastic poker table!!! Great location, 5 min drive to the village. One of the best rental I ever had.

Only one parking spot that is tricky to access, especially in the winter (we stayed there in the summer).

10. Overall this place has great decor was clean, spacious and a wonderful feel to it, and we enjoyed our stay here. 11. Sorry to add but the downstairs bathtub faucet leaks, needs repair. It would also be nice to have a full length mirror.

8- Bedrooms needs darker curtains, so we don’t wake up at 5:00am 1- Slider glass door to top patio hard to open, also missing a sliding screen. 2- Ceiling fans / lights missing the long chain 1pull down on and off control chins. 3- 3 bedrooms/ 4 adults and 3 nights and there were only 3 coffee pods that makes only 3 cups!! 4- No natural sugar or dry creamer. 5- Up stairs closet doors keep coming off the rails, I have to get my tools and adjust it to be able to use. 6- Combination 1621 to get the key does not work, 3 of us tried it with no luck. 7- No scissors, beds need heavier quilts or more blankets. 8- Bedrooms needs darker curtains, so we don’t wake up at 5:00am 9- Exterior wood stairs from the parking area to the front door need to be painted and repaired/replaced they were rickety and could pose a hazard.

Great Cabin in a perfect location, nice patio with views of the forest. The furnishing were nice, and had some games and things too do. We truly enjoyed it.

Small issues, but need's more bath towels and the driveway is a little tricky.
